“Always takin’ such good care of me,” Yuuji says easily, voice low, but he’s smiling up at Megumi, can see his green eyes glistening down at him.
“It’s my job.” Megumi says back, breathless. Yuuji tilts his face into Megumi's hand, softening under his touch, and Yuuji can see an impulsive, wild look go over Megumi's face as he moves his thumb over Yuuji’s lip, tugs at it while his own mouth is agape, as if he can’t believe what he’s doing. Yuuji can make him believe it just fine.
“Yeah, yeah,” Yuuji places a hand on Megumi's jaw, sees Megumi's eyes dart over Yuuji’s face. “How about you let me take care of you for a change, hm?”
Or: Yuuji, undefeated light heavyweight champion, starts to deliberately take the punches coming his way.

Summary
He watched Sasuke struggle for a few more minutes before he finally gave up and called his name.
“Hey, idiot.” Naruto looked up from where he’d totally not been staring at Sasuke’s nipples. “Give me a hand, would you? Make sure you wash your grubby hands.”
“Would it kill you to be nicer when asking me for help?” Naruto rolled his eyes, but immediately got up from his bed to wash his hands and go over to Sasuke.
“You’ll live,” Sasuke returned as he laid back on his bed.
Alternatively,
Sasuke asks Naruto to help him switch out his nipple piercings for new ones. Naruto, of course, agrees. Naruto learns something new about Sasuke.
