Wow, this was quite a tour de force. Probably will reread a few times. Way to take the amnesia trope and make it the springboard for a bunch of really cool world-building and magic theory, plus setting the protagonist and antagonist up as foils for one another.
Super interesting treatment of Ye Zun's characteristisation; wow. A lot of interesting stuff going on there psychologically.
