Chapter Text
The next morning, Peter wakes up in Tony's arms, feeling content.
As he stretches, he notices Tony is still asleep.
Peter untangles himself from the embrace and heads to the kitchen for some breakfast. Stephen is in his usual meditating place.
"Good morning," Peter smiles.
"You're in a good mood. I thought you’d be hungover?" Stephen asks.
“Yeah my powers help process alcohol faster so no hangovers I guess and I’m just in a good mood. I had a great night," He says slightly blushing.
"Oh? Do tell," the Doctor says, moving to the island with a smirk.
Peter blushes deeper, "It was just a normal night. Nothing special."
"Normal?" Stephen chuckles, "You look rather... satisfied for someone who had a normal night."
"I don't know what you mean, Doc. I just enjoyed myself at the gala, that's all."
"Mhmm with who, if I may ask?" Stephen says knowingly.
Peter looks away, unable to meet Stephen's gaze, "I, um, I spent some time with Sam and, uh, Thor."
Stephen's eyebrows raise, “I'm sure that was... enlightening."
Peter flushes deeper, "It was fine, really. Nothing crazy happened."
"Of course not," Stephens tone dripped in sarcasm, "I'm sure a night with Thor was perfectly innocent and chaste."
Peter opens his mouth to protest, but snaps it shut. There's no use denying it.
“I have to say, I'm impressed. Thor is quite the specimen, I can only imagine the stamina required to keep up with a god," Steven continues.
Peter blushes even deeper, thinking about his time with Thor.
The doctor notices and smirks, "I see the effects of your 'normal' night are still with you. Thor left an impression, it seems."
"You know, if you ever need to release that pent up energy, I'm more than willing to help. Thor's stamina is impressive, but I can be quite... thorough as well."
"Oh how you gonna compete with Thor, magic?" Peter finally having words to respond again.
“I'll take you into the mirror dimension if you'd like?”
“And do what?” Peter asks challengingly not being able to help himself.
“Well since you really want to know, I’d pin you against a wall kiss you, pick you up and fuck you till even with your healing factor you’ll lose your ability to walk,” Stephen says simply.
Peters eyes go wide in arousal and surprise at the response, “Whoa, is that just a now offer or is it open.”
“Doesn’t have to be now, when you take up the offer I’m sure we could figure something out.”
Just as Stephen finishes his sentence, Bucky walks into the room stopping, looking suspiciously at the pair, “Er… did I walk into something here.”
Peter chokes on air, “Nope. No nothing, just magic talk.”
Stephen unfazed, takes a sip of the coffee he made, “Very advanced magic.”
“You know what, I don’t think I should’ve asked,” Buck says sensing the undertone.
Wanting to change the topic Peter asks, “Where’s Steve?”
“He’s running, you know him,” Buck says.
“Figures,” Peter nods.
Bucky leans against the counter quiet, “Yeah. He’s been doing that a lot lately.”
“I thought he always ran?” Stephen asks.
“I mean thinking. Like I feel like he is hiding something from me.”
Peters memory supplies him with the memory of Steve telling him about the interrupted proposal.
Stephen sets his mug down, “If Rogers is thinking, he’ll come back clearer.”
“Probably,” the solider sighs to himself, “Anyway coffee,” He says turning to the machine.
“I’m sure it will work out and you don’t have to worry about it,” Peter states confidently.
Buck just nods in response.
