Let There Be...Carnage !

Summary:

When Steve breaks the rest of his team away, he causes chaos in the Raft, that allows Cletus Kasady to escape the Raft, with his new symbiote, Carnage.

Now the New Avengers must come together to defeat Carnage and Shriek, along side Eddie Brock and Venom, as well as capture the Rouges before they get things even worst.

Ah I had this idea since I saw Venom: Let There Be Carnage. I had to get it out.

I really liked the movie. I had tons of fun of it, the Eddie and Venom relationship is great, and Carnage is awesome !

So here it is, my idea for a little story against Carnage.

Oh and this story has spoilers for the movie. So unless you have already seen it, or don't care for spoilers. Get out of here, and come back when you have seen it.

Finally. I’ve been thinking of giving Eddie a ship. And...what would you guys say, of Eddie/Darcy ? I think it could be cool.

Chapter 1: The Monster Breaks Out

May 2016.

Eddie Brock entered the halls of the Raft.

"He's waiting for you." A guard said.

"Yeah..yeah I get that."

"Be on your guard."

Eddie entered the cell, where a television playing the recent Lagos disaster was playing.

"Eddie Brock. I missed you."

Cletus Kassidy looked at him.

"Hey Cletus."

"I always knew you were gonna return."

"Well you didn't give me a lot of confidence after your, carnage message."

"Ah yes. But it seems I am not gonna get out in any time soon."

"Senteced to death..."

"Thanks to you." He growled.

"You gave those clues. I did my job."

"Ah see. See I am angry with you, but you also published my poem for my shining star. So I'll give you that."

"Look...what do you want man ?"

"I want to pass my wish to you Eddie. We are both...cancers, we ruin people that we love. Both of us have abusive dads, and well....we have a lot in common. Eddie, you feel like home to me, like family. I don't regret giving you the story after all, what is mine is yours.....and what is yours is mine."

Cletus rushed and grabbed Eddie's hand. Biting it and getting blood.

"AH, STOP !"

"EDDIE, LET ME EAT HIM !"

"NO SHUT UP !"

Just then, a guard came in and separated them.

Cletus licked his lips.

"What is that...I have tasted blood before, and that is not it. What is your secret Eddie ? What do you have ?"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Some months later, in the Raft.

Steve sneaked in in the Raft. It seems the guards where in lower guard today, which is perfect.

It had been hard to get into the Raft, as things had not gone as plan. T'Challa had not welcomed him into Wakanda as he had expected. He only welcomed Bucky in.

And despite Steve protests, Bucky decided he wanted to stay in Wakanda, even if Steve wasn't welcomed.

So Steve had to leave, the Wakandians gave him a jet to take him to a place where he choose, and then the jet returned to Wakanda alone.

Steve however was recovered by Fury and Hill, and taken to an old SHIELD base.

Turns out SHIELD is also on it's own civil war. One side lead by Fury and Hill that oposses the accords, while the other is lead by an alive Coulson, who supports the dam thing.

Steve was shocked about that, but he had to get over. If Coulson chose that side, then he is not a true Captain America fan.

He had to take a longer time than what he planned to get the others out of the Raft. Luckily they were able to find Nat, who had been abandoned by Tony

Steve won’t lie. He’s disappointed at Tony. He thought the man would be able to get past his ego and see that Steve was right on his stand against the Accords. That he should have never separate the family. And Steve still hasn’t forgotten his attack on Bucky.

But Steve knows he’ll come around. He always does.

Tony is part of the family. The Avengers are more family to him than Rhodes and Potts.

More than those New Avengers.

Steve still can’t believe Tony actually thought he could replace them. He never expected him to take this petty to make a whole team.

Of course Rhodes and Vision were in it. So was Thor as a reserve member, when he has time from his duties in Asgard.

Steve is still suprised that Thor sides with Tony. In the conference where he signed the accords, he explained things like that were normal in Asgard and other worlds, and that he supports them whole hearty.

Truly, even if he could talk to him and explain his side, Steve doubts Thor would change sides. It truly makes Steve wonder what would happen when Bruce returns. Will he side with Tony as well ?

Then there are the new members. Those who Tony got to try to replace them. Stephen Strange, Carol Danvers, Daisy Johnson, and Yelena Belova.

That last one had come as a great surprise to Nat, and Steve later learned she is her sister ! Steve had no idea Nat has a sister ! And she chose Tony, despite what he did to Nat ?

Though from the news, it is clear she has little love for Nat. She says she wants to proof that a Widow can truly leave the Red Room. Steve thought that was a great insult to Nat.

This whole team was an insult to the Avengers. But the public loves them. Praising them for how they cooperate with the authorities, the minimal damage and casualties left in their missions, and how they respond when something like that happens.

Steve thought that was so unfair. The safest hands were their own, and sometimes they can’t save everyone. That’s the thought of a hero, and Steve is sure the world will soon see that.

But in the mean time, he must get his team.

“Steve, the cost is clear.” Nat said.

“Great, let’s go !”

They entered the cell block where his team waited.

“Steve, you came !” Sam said.

“Of course I did.” He looked around. “Wait. Where is Scott ?”

“He’s been gone for a month.” Clint said hugging Nat after she freed him. “The Pyms got him a deal, and he was able to return to the States. What took you so much ?”

“Things went a bit south ways. I thought T’Challa had seen the truth, but he still sides with the Accords. So I had to find Fury and Hill to help me out. It also took time to gather resources.”

Steve finally got Wanda free and saw the colar.”

“Steve. Please help me.”

“Of course Wanda, come here.” Steve grabbed the colar and ripped it off.

Soon her powers came back.

“So What now Cap ?” Sam asked.

“We go back to base, and figure out a way to end the Accords.”

“”First we need to get out of here. Be ready for a fight.” Natasha said.

“Leave it to me.” Wanda said, as scarlet energy flowed threw the raft.

Steve smiled as they faced the guards.

The true Avengers were finally United. Together, they’ll defeat the Accords, get Tony to see the truth of things again, and things will finally be as they were before.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In another area of the Raft.

“Cletus Kasady. You have been found guilty of all of your crimes and sentenced to death......”

Cletus closed his eyes and this shit when on.

“Do you have any words for the families of your victims ?”

He raised his head and smirked. “Enjoy the show.”

He felt as they began the procedure, thinking of his beloved Frances one final time.

But then the scarlet energy came in and striked some people. Including Cletus.

And while those hit cowered in fear. Cletus felt something move on his inside.

Something alive...something deadly.

Perfect.

“Chaos...soon chaos coming.”

Then a red thing took over his body.

And now instead of Cletus, stood a red monster.

“GWOAR !”

The monster attacked, killing those under Maximoff’s spell, those who tried to fight him...or just everyone who came across him.

It was absolute carnage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the Rogues took of in their jet, a guard that Steve had beat up layed down hurt. But alive.....

Only for the monster to come in.

“No please....I have a family.”

Not caring, the monster ate his head.

Then Cletus came back.

“Wow, that was amazing.”

The monster’s head came out of his shoulder.

“Who are you ?”

“Call me Carnage.”

“Carnage huh...”

“Listen Cletus. Here is the deal. I help you get that woman and your revenge, and you help me kill the one that made me.”

“It is a deal.”

Carnage took over his body once more.

He looked at the hangar door and roared.

“Let there be....CARNAGE !”

He jumped to the ocean and swam away. Ready to unleash death and destruction to all he came across

Chapter 2: New Avengers

Summary:

The New Avengers come back from another mission, to learn about the Raft break out.

Notes:

Another chapter ! In this one we meet the new team ! and start the romances between Yelena/Tony, and Carol/Daisy.

Now I should warn you. This is a story where Carnage is the villain. So as you can expect....death will come across this story.

Stay until the end and you will see what I mean.

Tony looked as Carol and Rhodey restrained the villain of the week.

Quentin Beck was a brilliant inventor, but he’s unstable and his intention with the BARF tec wasn’t the best.

But honestly. Did he really think that this whole fake elemental monsters and Mysterio ? It took FRIDAY two seconds to find the drones and deactivate them.

“I gotta say I’m disappointed Mr. Beck. I thought you would use your talent for truly great things.”

“Dam you Stark. That was my invention ! I was gonna change the world !”

“By becoming a fake super hero ? Yeah I can see that working.”

Rhodey dragged the man away before he could rant more.

“God he’s annoying,”

“If he would use that brilliant brain, we would even know it was Pepper who fired him, and with the consult of mental health experts.”

After Stane, there is no way he would allow anyone who was unstable and would use his try for not good porpurses on S.I.

“Brilliant Brain is something I don’t think he has.” Rhodey said, closing the truck taking Beck to prison.

“Well. It all ends well. The only damage left behind is that light post that I can easily pay for.”

Vision flew to them.

“I have checked with the injured parties and they have been successfully handled to Doctor Palmer. Their injuries are minor and will recover in a day maximum.”

“Thanks Vis.”

“They also express their gratitude.”

“No needed, but aprecitated.”

They walked to the jet where the others were waiting.

“I gotta say, it’s nice to have a team like this.”

In truth, the Civil War ended up being some gift. It taught Tony how a true team works out. Not one where you are treated as a bank account and a spacegoat.

None of the New Avengers cared about what Tony could give them, but for him as a person. From the old team the only ones that did that where Rhodey, Vision, Thor, and Bruce, who would be welcomed back once he returns from where he is.

Rogers and his cronies weren’t healthy for him, and to be finally free from them was great.

“You look happier and healthy.” Rhodey smiled. “And now that you have true friends, who knows. Maybe you might willing to go out with someone again.”

“O sour patch, even if I wanted that, there is no one I would go out with right now.”

“Oh really ? Cause I have seen you stare at Yelena for quite some time now. And you two are...particular close.” He smirked at Tony.

Tony looked over to Yelena, who was talking to Vision in a corner.

Now everyone on this team is hot, no one is near being ungly, but he has to admit, Yelena for him is the most attractive one.

She’s also the one personality wise he likes the more. They get along very well. A great contrast from him and Natasha, who barley got along.

Unlike her, who only spoke about “wiping her ledger” Yelena actually takes steps to get out of the Red Room. The scars are visible on her and she tries to heal them by....not killing people,for,the good guys (if one could say the old SHIELD was good) Yelena sees therapists to help her break her conditioning. She doesn’t believe she’s the best, and actually asks for help when she needs it.

So yeah....a relationship with her, would be nice.

But he won’t pressure it. She is healing and frankly p, so is he. Their mental health is more important at the moment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After they returned to the huge Avengers compound, while everyone else went to the common room, Yelena quietly went to a study.

It’s not like she doesn’t enjoy being with the others. She’s just....new, to this social life. She doesn’t know how to interact with others very well.

So she just came here to be a bit alone.

It’s crazy where life lead her. When Oksana freed her with the Red Dust, she was not sure what to do.

Her first plan had been to send Natasha the Red Dust, And had her deliver it to Tony. But seeing how her sister became a global fugitive, and Dreikov had to be stopped, she just decided to bring it to him herself.

It lead to her joining him and his friends and killing Dreikov, ending the Red Room for good, and freeing the Widows. As well as sending Alexei and Melina to the Raft (she still has some conflicting feelings about that, but she’s sure that after their work for Dreikov, they deserve to be there) She signed the accords because she felt they were right. Powerful and skilled people needed to be under check, and Then somehow she joined the Avengers.

She wasn’t sure at first. But seeing the damage Natasha had done with the info dump, and being a puppet of Captain America. She felt she needed to make up for it. To show that a Widow can leave the Red Room, she just needs to try it.

She found a therapist to help her out. Her teammates, particularly Tony, helped her by signaling her what was right, and what came from the Red Room so she could leave it behind. It was slow yes, but for the first time in years, Yelena felt she was regaining her life. That she’s back on control.

Well.....there is another reason she agreed to join and that is.....

"I thought I find you here." Tony said, sitting besides her.

"You know me so well."

She had to admit that Tony is her favorite person on this place, and none of them are bad mind you. He's just the one she...likes to be the most with.

Well they do spend a lot time together, it's kinda her job now. Unlike the rouges, the New Avengers refused to live off from his money alone. Yelena wanted to enjoy her freedom and that meant getting a job like normal people would. Fortunately, Pepper hired her to be Tony's private security guard.

"He always needs someone to take care of him." She said fondly. Despite breaking up, they still care for one another, and she wouldn't allow him to come in any harm.

How Natasha read this man so wrong is beyond her. Yelena is by no means a profiler, but even she knows that so called report is bullshit. A clear try of manipulation so that Tony would feel the need to proof himself to SHIELD.

Though from what she gets, her sister has a need to always be right. So she probably made herself believe that report is true, as its clear she doesn't like Tony, and probably tried to make others believe it, which worked with the so called Rouges.

Her feelings towards Natasha are mixed. She still cares for her, and remembers the good times. But to know that she left her behind on the Red Room with no care, and had multiple chances to go safe her....she won't feel bad when Natasha has to pay for her crimes.

But as for the other rouges, she hates them all. Specially Rogers. He reminded her too much of Alexei. Thinking they are the greatest gift of humanity. That might be a biological problem with super soldiers maybe....

"Well you aren't missing much. Stephen ranting about how Beck made him look bad, and Carol once again, trying to flirt with Daisy."

"God, how hasn't she noticed she's into her ?"

"I don't even know if Carol knows she's flirting with her." He shook his head. "Rhodey is gonna have a heart attack if they don't realize it soon."

"Ha. I doubt Rhodey will die knowing someone needs to take care of your ass."

"True, that's my sour patch for you."

Yelena chuckled a bit more. She really likes Tony.

Maybe a bit more than as a friend...

She has little experience with romance. Having never once in her life fallen in love, she has no idea herself how it feels. But the others have given her an idea.

And...she thinks that's what she is feeling right now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carol sat on the common room, with a drink at her hand.

She never thought that her return to Earth would end up with her staying. But with the Guardians of the Galaxy out there, and Thor working sometimes off world, she could enjoy her time back in here.

Of course, she would have enjoyed it more if her and Maria were....still together. But she understood why she had felt the need to break up. Carol barely came back during her time as space's protector. Maria wanted to have someone there to support her, and Carol was unable to do that. She wished her happiness with her fiancee.

Monica however insisted that Carol should try to find someone else, another woman to be with, now that she is on Earth.

Sadly for now there is not time for that. Captain America had left a mess of things when she returned. The fact that Fury enabled him angered her. She never thought he would fall so low, but at least Coulson managed to remain good. Getting a new SHIELD that Carol could agree with.

And also getting a very very hot daughter.

Her eyes turned towards the inhuman, Daisy.

Carol had felt a connection towards her fellow Kree victim, they both hated the bastards with passion.

"You are starting at her again." Stephen said, distracting her from her thoughts.

"What ?"

"You are starting at Johnson again."

"No I'm not !"

"Please Carol. It's kinda obvious."

"Shut up Stephen. I'm just admiring the view ok !"

"You seem to particularly admire her view alone."

"Well who else is there to admire. I'm a proud lesbian who only wants to fuck women, so you boys aren't for me. And Yelena is most likely into Tony, so why would I delude myself with that."

"Hm. But remember. Daisy has had a shit of time with her past relationships. Her first ex boyfriend turned out to be Hydra, while the second gave his life to defeat Hive."

"Well.....now she can potentially try it with a girl."

"Do you know if she is straight or not ?"

"She's bisexual. She confirmed it to me, that while she has never have a girlfriend, she has felt attraction to both men and women. So she's open game."

"Hm. Just be careful ok. Treat it with delicacy."

"Got it. Now can we talk about how Beck made you wizards look bad ? I mean he most likely inspired Mysterio from you."

"No, I am not staying for that. I'm gonna call Christine."

Stephen left to call his fiancee, leaving Carol alone with Daisy.

"What's bothering you tremors ?"

"God I hate that Mack told everyone about that nickname."

"Well I like it. It seems cool to me."

"Hm."

"So.....what's up ?"

"Nothing much. I've been trying to get in contact with Fitz and Simmons for a while. But it seems their mission is taking longer than expected."

"Well it might be nothing, it could be a minor complication."

"Yeah well....."

Just then, Rhodey came in.

"God, that mother fucker has gone and done it !"

"What's wrong ?" Daisy asked.

"Turn of the TV."

Carol did that and the news came out.

"Raft personal has just confirm from the recent Raft break out, that the ex Avengers, Sam Wilson, Clint Barton, and Wanda Maximoff, are among the escaped inmates. Footage from the prison shows both Steve Rogers, and Natasha Romanoff, helping in their escape."

The room froze for a bit.

"Shit."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tony and Yelena also watched the news as they showed the break out.

"On their escape, 5 guards were harmed, and 2 were killed. It is said Rogers and Romanoff brought an unidentified jet with them, and left with their rest of their teammates. Raft personal is still recovering, and we should get more information if any other convict managed to escape. But folks let me tell you, from what we can know, there are a lot of dead. The question is, did Captain America lead this massacre on the Raft ?"

Tony sighted and places his head on his hands.

What the hell was Rogers thinking ? How did he thought this would help his cause ?

Not that there was much of helping the man. While the president and some officials had opened the posibility of pardoning Captain America and his team, and bringing them back to the Avengers, the overwhelming negative response both nationally and internationally killed those plans right of the bat. Elis might be a fan boy, but he is not gonna risk damaging the country's international relationships for one man. And the accords council is clear they want him under bars.

Lang, they managed to get a deal for, guy was clearly used (and Stephen found that Maximoff might have....messed with him a bit at the airport) and Barnes.......Barnes doesn't deserve to be the rest of his life at prison. Now that he is on a better place, Tony can see that, Barnes did not do....what he saw him do. At least not at his own will. And during the Civil War, his mental state was most likely compromised. So does two are getting other chances. But Rogers, Romanoff, Wilson, Barton, and Maximoff ? They are to blame for their actions, and no pardons are coming for them.

Desespartion maybe ? Maybe Rogers thought he and his team could go on "avenging" to proof that the accords are wrong ? Tony can already see the disaster that that would lead to.

It's also highly probable that Fury and Hill helped him and Romanoff out. Coulson said they have been trying to get back to control SHIELD, ever since he changed course on how they wanted to rebuild the organization (which was to make it just as rotten as before) but so far, very few agents are loyal to them.

Truly, Tony can't understand what Rogers was thinking, or how he thinks he can turn this around. Maybe they are still thinking that he would help them. That he would fix everything for them like he did before. Well, Tony is happy to disappointed them. That ship has long sailed. He helped Sarah Wilson and Laura Barton get better lifes for them and their children (and also gave the latter a good lawyer for her divorce) but that's as far as his kindness for the Rouges go.

"Oh Natasha." Yelena shook her head. "I swear, I don't know what is going on her head."

"It might be a desperate attempt to try to get things back to how they want. With no sign of pardons, Rogers would want to take matters into his own hands."

Tony sighted. They should have made a harder attempt to capture him and Romanoff. But with the rest of them in prison, and villains trying to take advantage of the Civil War. Not to mention the time they had to spend off healing from their injures, they never gave it maximum priority.

Now though, now they are gonna have to hunt them down, before things get....

"And we have more breaking news." Christine Everhardt interrupted from the news. Tony looked at her, and her face was somber...not a good sign. "We have now confirmed that another inmate has escaped the Raft prison, and the responsible for the massive deaths on the prison. Convicted serial killer Cletus Kasady, has also escaped the Raft Prison, using Rogers' break out to escape his execution. Kasady is extremely dangerous, and should be treated as such..."

Tony stood up after hearing that.

"Fuck !" He yelled. "Oh fuck, for fuck's sake Rogers, now you have gone and done it !"

"What ?" Yelena asked. "What is it about this man ?"

"Cletus Kasady is the most dangerous serial killer of America, possibly the world. He killed more people that any other single individual, and hid the bodies so well...If he is out there, he will continue his killing spree."

"Yeah but I mean. He is just a regular man isn't he ? It should not be a problem for us."

"You are right about that, but...."

"Monster !" A guard being interviewed said, interrupting their talk. "That's how Kasady escaped, he turned into this red monster with fangs, he killed everyone that came across him, Guards, visitors, even inmates !"

Tony and Yelena shut up at that.

Kasady turning into monster....it might seem fake, but there is also that monster on...

"Boss, Director Coulson is calling for a meeting on the situation." FRIDAY said threw the comes.

"Go...got it. FRI. We'll be there."

 

 

 

 

 

The New Avengers sat down with the director as they thought what to do.

"So." Coulson said. "This is a horrible situation."

"You tell me." Rhodey said. "What the hell was Rogers thinking ?"

"While dealing with the Rouges is an issue we must tackle Colonel. I think we have a bigger fish to fry. Cletus Kasady is the most immediate threat."

"Is it true though ?" Carol asked. "That he somehow turned into a monster ?"

"I had FRIDAY get footage from the Raft's cameras and...well see it for yourself."

Tony showed it on the screen. A big red monster, with...tentacles ? coming out of it's back, and big sharp fangs.

"Shit.."

"This thing killed everything it came across." Coulson said severely. "It even killed Blonsky, who could rival the Hulk. It's clear whatever happened to Kasady to turn him into this, has make him a level 10 threat. Our priority is to stop it. Either by capturing it, or killing it."

"But how do we deal with that." Yelena asked. "We know nothing about it."

"We don't." Tony agreed. "But I think I know someone who might, and he might also know about Kasady."

Tony showed them a picture of a man.

"This is Eddie Brock. He's the only person outside the prison staff that Kasady agreed to speak too. In fact, it was thanks to that interview that Brock managed to find where Kasady hid the bodies. It was that that got Kasady sentenced to death."

"So he's a clear target." Rhodey said.

"True. But Brock is also....an interesting individual. He's been around many things recently, like murderers and theifs being killed, he is there somehow. He was also the only witness to the explosion of the Life Foundation's rocket, and the death of Carlton Drake. He's also the one that exposed the Life Foundation's corrupt human experimantion that got it shut down, and many arrested."

"And you don't think this is a coincidence." Yelena said.

"No, because on the few times Brock is not around, this one is."

He showed them a picture of a monster similar to the one on the Raft, only this one was black.

"This thing has been called by some folks on San Fransisco as...the Lethal Protector. It's just like Kasady's but it only hunts down theifs, criminals, and rotten people in general. It has never gone against an innocent before."

"And you think that Brock and this monster...are the same."

"I nailed it on Spiderman's identity. I'm pretty sure I got this one right too."

"Ok. Even if that's wrong, Brock is a person of interest in this." Coulson said. "We should get him to come here, and see what he knows. We can figure out of he is a...lethal protector then. I'll call Thor to see if he can help out as well. I want everyone to prepare, as soon as we find Kasady, we need to strike him. Who know what a man like him would do now that he's enchanced. Or the chaos he'll cause...."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fitz and Simmons finished up hacking the computer of the old SHIELD base.

"Do you think the location on that prison Fury still has is here ?" She asked.

"It has to be, other wise I would be lost on where he is keeping that..."

Just then, the door opened. A red haired man came to them.

"Eh sir. what are you doing...."

BAM !

Without warning, the man punched Fitz on the face.

"FITZ !"

Simmons tried to help him, but the man swatter her away. He kicked and kicked Fitz on the ground, until he stopped moving.

Simmons shook, knowing who this was.

"You are....Cletus Kasady !"

He smirked at her.

"Hello !"

He turned back to the computer.

"Now let's see here."

Carnage took over his hands, and hacked into the computer.

"Is this what you wanted ?"

Cletus smiled as the file showed him the secret prison....and the person he is looking for.

"Frances Barrison, prisoner 87...she's alive !"

Fitz started to struggle on the ground again. Cletus changed into Carnage and grabbed him.

"FITZ NO !" Simmons yelled.

"Jemma..I lov.."

He wasn't allowed to finish. Carnage threw him at his mouth, and ate Fitz's head.

"NOOOO !" Simmons could only watch as he lover was eaten by Carnage.

He turned to her.

"Hm. Tasty. Don't worry, you will join him as well !"

The last thing Simmons saw, were Carnage's jaws coming straight towards her head.

Notes:

OH NO, CARNAGE HAS KILLED FITZSIMMONS ! .........I told you. Death is coming on the story. This is just the beginning.

The romances are a bit different. Tony and Yelena are already falling for the other, they just don't know how to express it. While Carol and Daisy is more of a...slower develop.

Next chapter, Eddie and Venom enter the scene, and we see what has happened with the Rouges.

Chapter 3: Eddie & Venom

Summary:

Eddie & Venom meets the New Avengers, and the Rogues learn of Cletus’ escape.

Notes:

Eddie and Venom enter the scene. And well....Steve is being stupid. What else is new ?

Eddie Brock entered the shop of Ms. Chen.

"Hey Ms. Chen."

"Hey Eddie."

Hey Ms. Chen !"

"Hey Venom."

Eddie walked around the shop, gathering some food. But...

"Hey Ms. Chen, where is..."

"Oh, the chocolate delivery hasn't arrived yet."

"WHAT !"

"Oh no no." Eddie said. "We had a deal..."

"Well is not like it's my fault. Besides I kept it haven't I. I've kept the secret. So are you gonna stop protecting me ?"

"I am happy to it Ms. Chen !"

"NO, you can not eat Ms. Chen !"

"Wha...what ?"

"Just...do you have chicken ?"

"Eh....yes around that corner."

Eddie sighted and walked away.

"By the way. Have you heard the news ?"

"No I have been busy. You know, rebuilding my life after Drake destroyed it."

"The Rouge Avengers escaped prison."

"Oh those guys. We should eat them Eddie. They seem, delicious. Specially Captain America. "

"Yeah don't get ahead of yourself buddy. The Avengers probably have this one."

"But we could become super heroes ! We could impress Anne !"

"Look man. Anne is marrying Dan now, and I'm cool with it ok. I'm gonna go out there and search for someone new now."

"Well being the great hero will attract the ladies, I assure you that."

"Well...."

"Cletus Kasady also escaped."

That made Eddie stop.

"What the !" He turned to her.

"Yes. He used the commotion caused by the Rouges, and escaped the Raft."

Oh no no no. This is bad.

He had found the bodies, he had gotten Kasady sentenced to death.

Eddie is sure he is a target now.

"A relax Eddie. What is a simple man gonna do against us ? We will...."

"They said that he turned into a monster you know." Ms. Chen said. "One that sounds just like Venom, but red."

"On second thought. This is a bad thing Eddie. We should run !"

Venom made Eddie run away, throwing Ms. Chen the money.

"Bye Ms. Chen, keep the change !"

"Hey hey stop right there, what are you doing !"

"Running. If it's a red one, then we need to escape !"

"Wait wait. Do you think that Kasady really gained a symbiote ? But the only ones where you and Riot, and he's dead."

"Well, when he bit you, a part of me might have gone inside him....hey, I am a dad now !"

"So ?"

"So, something or someone must have activated the symbiote inside him ! and red ones are known to be restless hunters !"

"Oh sounds fun..."

Just then, a portal in front of Eddie opened.

"What the ?"

"Eddie Brock." A man said coming out of it. "I am Doctor Stephen Strange, member of the Avengers. I need you to come with me."

"Oh shit."

Eddie was brought inside the compound, where Tony waited.

"Ah Mr. Brock." Tony greeted. "Tony Stark."

"Yeah I know...big fan by the way."

"Thanks. Now have seat, so we can talk."

"Uhum."

"This is my friend, Yelena Belova. She's gonna take notes for us."

"Ok." He nodded at her, who nodded back.

"So you are quite an interesting individual Mr. Brock. Your connection to the fall of the Life Foundation and the Death of Carlton Drake, all of the is interesting, but that's not in discussion here. Now as you probably know, Cletus Kasady has escaped the Raft prison, using the chaos caused by Steve Rogers."

"Yeah..I know."

"Now Eddie. You were the only person outside the prison staff, that he agreed to talk to. Why was that ?"

"He said that he liked me. And yeah we have some things similar. Bad fathers, not the best childhoods. But he said that I was like...family to him."

"Like family ?"

"Hey guy is hard to understand."

"And he never talked about a escape plan I take ?"

"No."

"Now, you found the bodies, How did you do it ?"

"Well as part of the deal he let me inside his cell. I found some drawings he had drawn on the wall. When I played with them a little, I found it matched some areas around San Fransisco. Turns out that's where they were."

"A deal ?...what deal ?"

"He wanted me to publish a pome for the love of his life. Once he saw it on the front page, he told me his story."

"Oh. Now Eddie. I might be going a bit personal here, but...well have you heard that Kasady somehow turned into a monster."

"Yeah I heard about that..."

"And I have been searching about some...lethal protector that protects the city of San Fransisco. A monster like the one Kasady turned to, but only hunts down the scumbags. And Eddie...you for some reason, are always around the area the monster is seen. Now it might just be a coincidence and...."

"OH FUCK THIS SHIT !"

Eddie suddenly stood up and a black thing took over his body.

"What the hell is that !" Yelena welped.

"It's...just like Kasady's." Tony said. "Who..are you ?"

"We are Venom."

"Venom heh....so buddy...may we ask what you are."

"I am a symbiote from another planet. I was brought alongside three others by the man named Carlton Drake."

"Huh, and how did you and Eddie...met ?"

"Drake tried to get us to bond with not worthy humans. Then Eddie appeared and I found him to be a comptable match. And seeing how he was such a looser, I decided to help him out."

"Hey !"

"You know..." Yelena said. "This might be weird, but I like you Venom."

"Thanks !"

"So you then what, killed Drake."

"Well, something like that. Drake bonded with another symbiote named Riot. Riot wanted to flee to our planet and get our people to invade with Drake's rocket. But I like this place, so Eddie and I decided to stop them, and after an awesome fight, we won !"

“I can see that. So you decided to stay and help out ?”

“Yes. The Lethal Protector !”

“And you eat....criminals ?”

“Mostly when there is no choice. I need a special cell to live. But it’s found in chicken and chocolate, I only eat when there is none of that. Also...brains are tastetier.”

“How did Kasady get his symbiote ? From what you said there were other two aside from you and Riot.”

“They died before him, as they found no way to feed.”

“So...how did this one came out.”

“I believe it had something to do with Kasady attacking Eddie and biting him. Eddie can explain better. It was a pleasure to meet you !”

Venom morphed back into Eddie.

“Come on man, a warning !”

“Sounds like that’s fun.” Yelena said.

“Trust me it’s not.”

“So Venom said Cletus attacked you ?”

“Yeah, when I was doing my final interview with him, he sort of grabbed me and bit my arm. Venom thinks a part of his dna entered his body, and together it made this new symbiote.”

“That’s how red ones are born !”

“He says that’s how red ones are born.”

“So just like that, he ate it and the monster is born.”

“Hm.....well mostly. But Venom says that it just doesn’t wake up on its own. Something from the outside must have made it wake up.”

“Something......oh god. I think I know what is it.”

“You do ?” Yelena asked.

“When Rogers freed his cronies of the Raft. He broke the collar in Maximoff. As soon as he did that, she sent a wave of her magic towards multiple areas of the prison. Including the execution chamber where Kasady was at the time.”

“Oh...”

“Yeah....he says that that’s a probable answer.”

Tony sighted. God Rogers, breaking your cronies was bad enough, but now creating this beast, inside the world’s number 1 serial killer ! What is that man thinking ?

“Well. Eddie, Venom. I propose...a deal. Fighting fire to fire and knowing about the monster will help us fight Cletus and his friend. So here is the deal. You help us take them down, and in return I’ll clear everything up in San Fransisco so the police will leave you alone.”

Venom appeared in Eddie’s shoulder.

“I like this idea Eddie. We can’t take them down alone.”

Eddie sighted.

“Ok. We will help you out.”

“Great, let’s get started !”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tony, Yelena, And Eddie entered the meeting room where the others were waiting with some new faces. Thor alongside his girlfriend Jane Foster, And their friend Darcy Lewis.

“Hey Thor.”

“Hey my friends !” The Asgardian Prince said. “And hello new friend.”

“This are Eddie and Venom.”

Venom came out of the shoulder.

“What the !” Rhodey stumble back.

“Wow, that is so cool !” Darcy said, getting closer.

“Darcy don’t get so close !” Jane said. But as always Darcy didn’t listen.

“Oh I look forward at experimenting with you in greater detail !”

“I like this one Eddie.”

“I can see that.”

Rhodey turned to Tony.

“They are good guys Honeybear. They want Kasady down as much as we do, and well. What better way to fight fire, than with fire.”

“I guess you are right then.”

Yelena looked around. “Where are Stephen, Carol, And Daisy ?”

“Stephen is setting Christine in the Sanctuary. She’ll be safe there with the protection spells and Wong. As for the other two....” Rhodey looked down.

“Rhodey...What happened.”

“We just got a call....Agents Fitz And Simmons are Dead. Daisy went to blow on some emotion and Carol went with her for safety.”

Tony stumble back....no. Not does two. They were so kind and pure, prodigies in the science world...

“How did...”

“Kasady.” He said. “He...that thing came in and ate them.”

Rhodey looked at everyone seriously.

“That thing is literally killing everything it comes across. The victims of the Raft haven’t been entirely identified and more and more keep coming. We need to stop Kasady out before he creates a massive carnage, so, let’s get moving.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile at a secret base.

Steve felt that for the first time, things were finally looking up.

The real Avengers were finally United again. They can finally get things back to the way they should be. They just need to plan their move carefully.

“So Barnes is safely in Wakanda.” Sam asked.

“Yes. T’Challa said that he would help him with the triggers as compensation for chasing him. I thought he had seen the truth behind the Accords, but he still supports them. He didn’t agree to help us.”

“The Black Panther is a reserve member of the New Avengers as well Steve. Not as active like Thor, but he will help them if needed. He’s very much on the other side.”

“Another Stark follower.” Clint growled, Wanda nodded behind him. “But oh well. That won’t matter after we knock the guy of his high horse. So what’s the plan Cap ?”

“As long as the Accords are still around, the world is in danger. The Avengers need to be able to operate freely without any restriction. The safest hands are our own after all. So we need to take them down.”

“And how are we gonna do that ?” Sam asked.

“We need to get to Tony.”

“Are tu serious. Why do you want Stark back !” Wanda yelled. “He’s a nussience. We should just get rid of him !”

“You might not like him Wanda, none of us might really do.” Natasha said. “But we do need him. At least we need his money and his tec in order to operate perfectly.”

Wanda grunted, not being able to argue with that.

Steve agreed with Nat, they need Tony’s money and tec. It’s for the Avengers and the good of the world after all. But Steve does want Tony back because he misses the man.

Despite all the mistakes he had made. Steve still wants Tony to be part of the family. Obviously this New Avengers aren’t the geniuses family, and he’ll be so glad once Steve gets rid of them. He’ll come back to them, and once he apologizes and makes it up to the team, Steve is sure they’ll welcome him back.

Then he and Tony will be back to how they were before.

Maybe...they can go even deeper than that.

Steve will admit that recently he has felt a strong attraction towards the genius...well for some time actually. He realizes he wants to be....closer to Tony. He never pursued that feeling before becasue of Pepper, but now that they broke up. It’s the perfect oportunity for Steve to finally get him.

Of course there might be come complications. Natasha told him that while Tony is bisexual, he does have a stronger preference for the opposite sex. And of of course Tony will probably still be bitter about Steve keeping the secret of his parent’s deaths (which he was right to keep.) But once Steve sits him down and properly talks to him. Steve will get him to see just how much of a perfect match they’ll be.

Then in their relationship Steve will be able to have Tony under control and be a very positive influence on the genius.

Things would be even better than before. It would all be perfect.

“So how are we gonna get to Stark ?” Clint asked. “He probably has FRIDAY ready to shoot us at sight, so I ain’t coming close to the compound.”

“And with Strange around, using Wanda is to risky. I think we need to wait until he goes to his next gala, and corner him. If he refuses to talk then we might need to...”

“Rogers !” Fury yelled threw the coms. “Get your ass in the control room NOW !”

Steve looked at his team in confusion.

The team headed to the control room.

“Fury.” Steve said. “What is it ?”

“Rogers. Remember the question I asked you when you brought them back from the Raft ? About if any inmate aside from those three escaped the prison ?”

Steve sighted. He’s very grateful for Fury’s help, but his paranoia is annoying.

“I told you Fury, no one but us got out.” If a villain had tried to get out. Steve and his team would have defeated them.

“Oh really. Then explain this please.”

Fury turned the TV on..

“Cletus Kasady has been named the top fugitive of the country. Just a day after he’s escape from the Raft, and he’s already leaving a blood bath behind, auhtorties say...”

Steve head Sam, Clint, and even Nat gasp at the name, but he didn’t understand. Who is this man ?

“So Rogers. If no one escaped, then tell me, HOW THE FUCK IS THE WORLD’S NUMBER 1 SERIAL KILLER. OUT OF THE RAFT, LEAVING CARNAGE WHERE HE GOES !”

Steve stumbled back a bit.

“But...I didn’t saw him....who is this man ?”

“Cletus Kasady.” Hill explained. “He’s the most dangerous serial killer that has ever...,existed really. Before his imprisonment, he had more than a hundred victims on his name, and always avoided police. It was Stark in fact, the one that finally got him arrested. He was to be executed at the Raft at the same time you and Romanoff broke in and....well now he’s out there again.”

“So what ?” Wanda said. “He’s just a normal man. If Stark took him down, we can do that easily.”

“Oh yeah Maximoff. I would be so worried about a normal man. Oh no if that where the case, I wouldn’t be so worried. Sadly though, it seems Kasady is NOT a normal man anymore.”

Fury then showed them the picture of a.....red monster !

“WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT !” Clint yelled.

“That Barton. Is Kasady. Somehow he turned into that..thing !”

“You are telling me a dangerous man like him, got a Hulk like transformation !” Sam yelled.

“This is a fucking disaster.” Fury said. “The President’s efforts to pardon you fail after they caused national and international outrage. We didn’t know how the hell we would get back the Avengers legally, and now this ! At this point, getting Stark might not even be enough.”

“Hold on Fury. We can still fix this.” Steve said. “Sure he might have that creature. But we can take him down.”

Everyone looked at him.

“We are the Avengers. The real ones ! We took down Loki, and we took down Ultron. I doubt Kasady will be as dangerous as they were. We are the best qualified team to take him down. And by doing this, we can finally show the world who the true heroes are.”

He saw hope enter his team’s eyes. This is just the chance they need. They can proof to everyone that the real Avengers are still around to protect them.

Fury sighed. “Alright, take him out. But Rogers, you must do it before Stark and his team does. Because if they get him first, it will be seen as Iron Man cleaning Captain America’s mess again, and whatever minimal chance we have to get you pardoned and back in command of the Avengers, will be gone for good. Got it ? Now go, capture him or kill him, it doesn’t matter this time.”

“Don’t worry Fury. The New Avengers Don’t have our comarade and power. We’ll take him down before he can even act. Come on guys, let’s make a plan and go.”

Steve left the room. His team following his command.

Despite the situation, he couldn’t help but smile. This is the chance they have been waiting for. A dangerous villain out there that will show everyone that Steve and his team are the true Avengers. The true heroes.”

“Hang on Tony, we’ll be back soon, and we can be a family again.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Sir.” Hill asked. “Thinking they get to him first, Do you think they can actually get him ?”

“Well either they do, or Kasady kills them....brutally. He won’t take prisoners. For their sakes they better give it their all.....say Hill. Get us a chopper ready.”

“Where are we going ?”

“The Raven.”

“The Raven ? Why ?”

“Because that’s where Francis Barrison is. And I’m pretty sure she’s the person Kasady is after.”

Writing Eddie and Venom is so fun ! And this is just the beggining !

And there goes Steve. Thinking this will be easy, and underestimating the enemy.

He’s gonna regret that. Oh trust me, team cap will wish to be on the Raft after they encounter Carnage. They’ll beg to go back there.

Next chapter, Carnage gets Shriek, and the New Avengers head out. Also some romantic drama from one of the couples. Here’s a hint, it’s not from Tony and Yelena.

Chapter 4: Carnage and Shriek

The Avengers tried to find any clue where Cletus was heading.

“We can’t wait until a pile of bodies shows up.” Rhodey said. “We need to find where the bastard is heading.”

“Hard to say. What could Kasady be looking for ? Apart from more victims.”

“Maybe it’s just that. Victims.” Yelena said.

“Maybe, But....Ugh this is so confusing.” Rhodey yelled.

Tony kept looking at his computer.

“What are you looking for ?” Yelena asked.

“Before leaving with the others, Eddie mentioned that Kasady talked about his angel, his shining light on this broken world. Well I made a little digging.”

He showed them a picture of a woman.

“That’s Francis Barrison. She was at the same jubie that he was. Turns out they were childhood sweethearts.”

“Well look here.” Yelena said as she read. “She’s as crazy at him.”

“She’s also a mutant.” Tony said. “She has a supersonic scream. The louder she yells, the more powerful and deadly her power becomes.”

“But here says...she’s dead.” Rhodey said. “She tried to escape and was shot and killed.”

“Now that could be true. But take a look at who were the ones to get her.”

Tony showed them that the writers of the report where....SHIELD. and not the friendly one of Now.

“Crap.”

“Everyone here does what the higher ups of SHIELD would do to get their hands on a mutant. With Xavier and his school getting them would be impossible, so they have this one that was free for the taking.”

“You are saying that they could have faked her death, to make her disappear so they could test and get everything they could from her.” Yelena said.

“Yep. I beat she’s on the Raven. And Venom says that his kind can hack computers so...”

“There’s a Chance that he is going after her.” Rhodey said. “Fuck of all the ways to find the Raven.”

“Daisy is hard at work trying to get that place. With the deaths of FitzSimmons she is particulary determined.”

“Good. I’ll see how she’s doing. The clock is literally ticking,”

Rhodey left the two of them alone.

“So you heard...the news.”

“Yes. FRIDAY told me.”

One of the victims on the rampage of the Raft was recently confirmed to be Alexei Shostakov. Seemed the idiot tried to fight the beast, only to get slaughtered by it. Melina Vostokoff was smarter and ran, so she’s alive with minor injuries.

“How are you doing ?”

“He sold me out to Dreikov. But....I don’t know. At least he went out fighting.”

“It’s ok to be sad or conflicted.”

“I’m fine. I’m just....ready to move on.”

Tony patted her shoulder, she grabbed his hand.

“I’m happy to hear that.”

“Yeah...I got new people now.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eddie sat in the lab as they continued to make some tests.

The weird thing is that Venom is allowing it.

“I like them Eddie. They are cool.”

Dr. Lewis took a little blood sample.

“So if I ate this, I would have a cool symbiote of my own ?”

“Darcy, don’t.” Jane warmed.

“As far as I know symbiotes can bond with any living being.” Thor said. “But they eat up their host, unless they are a perfect match for them. What makes you and Venom bond son of Brock ?”

“I don’t know man. He’s been here for a year, and granted, he does make life more interesting, fun, but also chaotic.”

“I’ll take that as a complement Eddie.”

“Haha, I like you both.” Thor laughed. “You remind me of me and Loki back at the day.”

“Wong never told me about symbiotes.” Stephen said. “You guys well.”

“That’s because magic has little effect on us.” Venom came out of his shoulder. “Once we are formed, we do gain mostly immunity to it.”

“Hm.”

“Oh you have made him bitter.” Tony said coming in with Yelena. “Someone call Christine. He’s gonna have a heart attack !”

“Shut up Tony.”

“Boss. Mr. Parker has entered the premise.”

Everyone saw Tony sight a bit.

“Let him in FRI.”

He will have to tell him that training is temporally canceled. There is no way he would allow Peter anyway near Kasady.

“Hey Mr. Stark.” Peter greeted. “I see everyone’s in the edge, what’s...happening ?”

Peter was suprised at the amount of people.

“Is...is that head coming from that man’s...arm ?”

Then suddenly, Venom took over Eddie.

“Hey !”

Venom ignored him and walked towards Peter.

“Eh...Mr. Stark ?”

“Calm down kid. He’s an ally....right ?”

“I do not mean any harm to this one. He just seems....special.”

Venom got even closer to Peter.

“Look at him Eddie. If it wasn’t that you are already here, he would make a fine host.”

“Great, now take a step back from him !”

Venom grunted and stepped back. Morphing back into Eddie.

“Oh god, I’m so sorry, I don’t know what got into him.”

“What do you mean you are sorry. That was so dam cool !” Darcy said.

“Eddie, I like this one better than Anne. She would make a fine partner indeed.”

“...”

Tony sighted.

“Sorry for the craziness kid. However, I’m sorry to say we are gonna have to stop the training for sometime.”

“What...why ?”

“Because there is another monster like Venom out there. But this one bonded with a serial killer and they are both equally blood thirsty.”

“Oh...but I could help.”

“No. Listen kid, even without the monster I would never allow you near Kasady. He’s to dangerous without it, and with it.....well that’s another level now.”

“But Mr. Stark....”

“Nope. I made my choice. Responsable adult talking.”

Peter sighted in frustration.

“Don’t be mad little spider.” Yelena comforted him. “It’s for your own good. I would like to keep training you more (she had become his hand to hand teacher) than fighting that maniac.”

Peter sighed.

“I understand sir....I won’t lie. Kasady does creep me out.”

"Any smart person would be creep out by that man Pete..."

"So, I guess I should be going now."

"Yeah, take care kid. And hey, don't go out at night. It's better for the friendly neighborhood spiderman to stay in his home while Kasady is on the loose."

"Yeah yeah. I get it Sir..please be careful."

"Of course. Now off you go, say hi to May for me."

"Yes Sir."

"We will see each other again little spider," Venom called as Peter left.

"What is it with him and you ?" Eddie asked.

"I doubt you'll understand that."

"You guys are so cool." Darcy laughed.

"You always think the weird is cool Dr. Lewis." Stephen facepalmed.

"Lewis....by the way, are you related to some Dan Lewis, a Doctor on San Fransisco ?"

"Huh ? Oh yeah, he's my brother."

"Oh.."

"He's a dick and I hate him."

Meanwhile at the secret prison, the Raven.

Fury and Hill just landed at the prison. The last place were they could get enhanced in, that hadn't been discovered by Coulson.

They were dam lucky that the man was stabbed by Loki just before he was granted authorization to know where the Raven is. If he knew....then it would all go to hell.

Fury knew exactly what happened to change Coulson from the loyal agent of his, to this one trying to tare all SHIELD's control down.

That woman, Johnson.

Ever since he brought her in, Fury had known she was trouble. She questioned to much, she didn't back down from the more...questionable things. When they have built that team for Coulson, they had selected every member to keep the man loyal under control.

Then again, all of that team was messed up. Grant Ward was Hydra, they should have know the close relationship he had with Melinda May could have won out, and those scientist were just newbies. But that girl that they never saw coming, it changed everything.

Her morals and curiosity rubbed off to Coulson. Suddenly he was no longer fine with the secrets and manipulations, he wanted to change things, and when the old SHIELD fell, it gave him the right opportunity. He completly ignored Fury's plan, and teamed up with other agents that also questioned the way SHIELD used to work, as well as General Glenn Talbot, who hated the old SHIELD, so he could basically fuck all of his plans.

And to make matter worst, his team up with Stark made things even harder. Oh what would Fury do to have the billionaire under their thumb again.

"Director Fury, Ms. Hill." A guard greeted. "Why are you visiting ?"

"We need to see Prisoner 9. Francis Barrison."

"Barrison ?" The head guard asked. "But why her ?"

"I think you all know of Cletus Kasady's breakout. You know her connection with him."

"Yes. She's been unstable since all of this happened." She told them. "I have had to improve security."

"That glass was meant to hold on the Hulk. Are you telling me she can break that ?" Hill asked.

"We were never able to properly test it Mam. We have no idea if someone like the Hulk could break it. And it is not her we are concerned about, but rather that her now monster boyfriend comes for her."

Fury nodded, that is a good reason.

"Lead us to her."

She nodded and walked with them.

"Any word from Romanoff ?"

"So far nothing, he has gone off radar."

"Fuck. Did you tell her and Barton where we are ?"

"Yes. They were the ones that arrested them sir, Kasady might target them.."

"I am aware of that Hill. Which is why we are having Barrison moved to another place."

"Why not just....kill her."

"Because she is the only mutant we have ever gotten our hands on. With that school most of them are under protection of the government, and now the Accords Council."

Fury wasn't exactly a hater of the accords like Rogers was. Keeping heroes in check, even he knows that has its merits. But that also meant all organizations keeping tabs on enhanced were kept under check, meaning SHIELD wouldn't get away with anything now.

"And we are not repeating the incident with Deadpool. Guy slaughtered all of our agents."

"Agreed. But why keep it from Rogers, Wilson, or Maximoff."

"Becasue Rogers and Maximoff are destructive as hell. They come here, and they'll create a chaos that will be noticed by everything, meaning Stark would find the Raven. And telling Wilson is just like telling Rogers himself, so.."

Dam it, Fury sometimes wanted to strangle Rogers.

He knew his leadership would be toxic. He knew it would ware Stark down, that's exactly why he placed him on that post. But he never imagined the man would throw such a fit over the accords, and Barnes of course. All of that hard work to get Stark under their control, now gone.

Now the man is surrounded by people that do have his best interest at heart. Even if for some reason they manage to get Rogers and the others pardoned, getting Stark back to how they wanted him would be extremely hard, maybe even impossible.

Fury has tried to sneak in to visit the man, but has failed every single time. Most of them by FRIDAY, but one time, he sneaked in into his car, only to find Yelena Belova to be the one driving it (he had tored Romanoff a new one when he learned she never told them of her sister, or that her father was a soviet super soldier, that is now dead thanks to Kasady) and he almost got shot on the face.

So in other words, this was a complete disaster.

"We are here."

The guard open the window to the cell, where the glass box that held Barrison was in."

"Hey Francis." The guard called. "This people want to talk to you about your boyfriend."

The woman stood up and glared at them. She typed on the key board that she used to communicate.

*Screw..You*

"Oh lovely." The guard laughed. "Sad to say you are not my type, I'm straight honey."

The woman continued to glare.

"Now Ms. Barrison." Fury spoke. "Do not loose your marbles yet. We need to know all you know about Cletus Kasady."

*Never* she typed.

"Surely you know, he is not gonna find you. Now if you help us, we may help you in return."

He saw her eyes go wide. They had her.

"Now tell me, where do you think, Cletus Kasady is."

*I'm right here*

Suddenly, a large red...thing grabbed the head guard, and held her by the neck.

Fury and Hill saw it in shock, and then turned to the cell, only to find...

"Why hello there !" Cletus laughed.

No....this was fucking impossible.

Cletus smiled and had Carnage break the guard's neck. She fell dead besides Fury and Hill.

"Freeze !" Hill shouted, pointing her gun at him. "Hands on the air, now !"

"Oh ok...but which hands ?"

A giant red spike came out of his shoulder and went threw the door, impaling Hill and throwing her to the floor.

"HILL !"

"Nick..." She mumbled, before the red thing dragged her back to Kasady.

Fury then saw a red head, the one of the monster, come out of his shoulder, and....eat Maria Hill alive.

"Ah, so much chaos...so beautiful."

Fury stumbled back a bit.

"Ah but where are you going Director. See, I am a revengefull man. And you...you kept my beautiful Francis, locked on this cage, for all this dam time ! I think, I think some payback is in order."

The monster's head turned to Fury. Growling and smiling.

"Mother fucke...."

He was unable to finish before the monster went straight for his head.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cletus watched as Carnage finished eating Nick Fury. The great Director has finally meat his end.

After that, he turned to his Francis.

"Baby." He greeted her. "I'm back..."

"Baby, what's that !" She said exited.

"Now don't be afraid, he's just my new friend. Meet, Carnage."

The long tentacles spread around Francis' cell, gripping it tighter and tighter.

"Wow, that is so sexy !"

Cletus laughed as the glass started to break.

And then...it shattered. And just when it did, Cletus grabbed his angel and kissed her.

"Now my love. Let's have some fun."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Fuck !" Rhodey screamed, coming into the room.

"What is it now Colonel ?" Vision asked.

"He found it, he found her !" He yelled.

"What are you...oh shit." Tony said.

"Can someone fill us in please ?" Stephen asked.

"Tony deduced Kasady would go after his old lover, well he found her, on the fucking Raven. Of all the ways to find the prison, this had to be the one !"

"Barrison is also a mutant." Yelena said. "So this has become even more dangerous."

"Carol and Daisy went on ahead." Rhodey added. "I tried to stop them, but dam it. Daisy is desperate for revenge, and Carol is so in love with her she went along, at least she's keeping her safe. Dam it guys, they left before he caused this mess ! "

"Daisy must have found it, and FRIDAY told everyone about Barrison....Then we need to move, before Kasady and his pal do something horrible to them !"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carol had heard that love makes people do stupid things.

But this was so dam stupid.

Daisy had found out the location of the Raft, she was deperate to go there and avenge her friends. And Carol like an idiot, agreed to go with her.

Which is why she is driving a car now, with Daisy at her side, going straight towards a secret prison, without the others.

"Would you relax. You are making me nervous while driving."

"Yeah well you could have let me go alone. I could have driven myself, and already be there."

"And let you break traffic laws, possibly crash before you reach there, or get yourself killed. No thank you. I still think we should park on this...desolate road, and wait for the others."

"And I think you should go faster. There are no cars in here now, we must be getting close !"

"Look I get you wanting revenge, but..."

"No, you don't get it. I lost Trip, I lost Lincoln, and now Fitz and Simmons. And everyone always wants to calm down instead of going after their killers."

"Raina and Hive are dead now aren't they. You could have waited to take down Kasady with the others. You heard what Venom could do !"

"He said sound is one of their weaknesses. I can create sound."

"Yeah but who knows if you can stay still enough so you can actually hit him."

"Why do you care so much about me anyway ?" She asked her seriously.

"You know...you are my teammate."

"If one of the others would be on this chase, would you go with them, or stop them at any cost ?"

....

"Yeah, I'm not a fool Carol. Don't get me wrong, you are really pretty, but...I think I know what you are really after, and I don't know if I like it."

"What do you mean ?"

"I am meaning, that you might see me as a replacement for your wife."

"What ? That's not..."

"Really, because you come back, and she divorces you, and then suddenly you are making eyes on me. I know you are a lesbian, so there are other woman you could make eyes at, why not at Yelena ?"

"First, Maria and I had planned the divorce for a while ok. Second, Yelena is cute, but she and Tony are obviously gonna end up together so why would I look at her. And yes there are a lot of other cute women in the compound....but well I think you are the prettiest, sorry if that offends you ?"

"It's not like that. Look I have had shitty experiences with me exes. Not just with men, but with a woman I dated as well."

"You did have a girlfriend in the past, but Coulson.."

"I asked him not to tell. It was sometime ago, when I realized I am bisexual. Anyway, it did not end good, none of my relationships end good, and I don't know if I want to even try with a woman that just lost her wife."

"Now look here, I have done nothing to earn this mistrust and...

BAM !

Carol's words were interrupted, when their car was suddenly hit by something and they were sent rolling threw the air.

Notes:

So Carol, you drove Daisy because you were afraid she would get in a crash....yet you still crash anyway....ok. Let's hope they are gonna get out ok !

I feel Daisy might come as unfair to Carol, but to be fair, she is not in a good place after two of her best friends were killed.

Oh right, I forgot....FURY AND HILL ARE DEAD NOW ! THE CARNAGE CONTINUES !

There are more victims yet to come, and well here is a spoiler....one is gonna break your hearts.

On the next chapter, we will see if Carol and Daisy manage to survive the crash, and what will be the first face off of the story !

Chapter 5: A Skirmish with Death

Summary:

Carol and Daisy have an encounter with Carnage.

Hey, another chapter ! This one was a bit hard, and I am not very proud of it, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless !

And I'm afraid before the fight, you are gonna have to read some delusional Steve, sorry :(

Also, forgot to comment this yesterday. That Spiderman: No Way Home trailer......I can't wait to see that film. It was amazing.

Steve sat on the back sit of their ban, with Natasha driving, Clint at her side, and Sam and Wanda at the back with him.

They had been looking for leads on Kasady. But so far nothing.

"What's the point on this ?" Wanda grumbled. "We have been on this car for two hours now !"

"We need to find any leads. Sometimes you need to go out and search on the field."

Steve liked being on the field. Really, he did. Is one of the things that he misses and wants to return the most once the world sees reason. But still...

"But can't we go searching on the computer liked we did before ?"

"That was when we had Stark tec at our disposal." Natasha said.

Steve had nothing to say. He gripped his fists for a bit.

Tony will see the truth soon. He'll welcome them back and things will return back to the way they are supposed to be.

Steve is so sure of that, just a little bit more.

"Hello ?" Natasha said, interrupting his thoughts. He noticed she was on her phone. "Yes.....yes......Understood."

Natasha turned the phone off, and immediately turned the car to another direction. Almost crashing with a family.

"What the hell Nat !" Clint yelled.

"Kasady found the Raven." She said, extremely serious.

Clint gave a shaken breath when he heard that.

"Dam it."

"Hey, for all of us that aren't secret spies, what the hell are you talking about ?" Sam asked. Steve nodded. He is the leader of the Avengers, he should know everything.

"The Raven is the prison that Fury has been working so hard to keep from Coulson." Clint told them. "But it seems Kasady has thrown that out of the window."

"But why would he go to that prison ?" Steve asked.

"Because of Francis Barrison." Natasha answered.

"Who ?" Wanda asked.

"Barrison is Kasady's childhood sweetheart. The only person he cares about. She was taken to the Raven after she developed enchanced abilities. A supersonic scream is what she can do. It makes sense Kasady would go for her."

"So we have two enchanced to fight." Steve knew the dangers, but he was also exited. When he and his team defeat them, it will even more proof that they are the true heroes, and will make the path easer for the pardons to come, and for them to get things back to the way they were.

"Call Fury." Steve told her. "We need to get cells and personal ready for...."

"He's dead."

That made everyone on the car freeze.

"Wh...what ?"

"Fury is dead. For real this time." Natasha told them seriously. "Him and Hill both, Kasady killed them. Well not him but that monster."

No one spoke.

"Steve....this thing...it's most dangerous than what we thought." Sam finally said. "Are you sure we can do this ourselves."

Steve closed his eyes for a bit. It's time to be the leader.

"I understand that you are scared. But guys you need to remember. I know things seem bad. But you can't forget. We are the Avengers. We might not have what Thanos has. But we are something that he can never hope to be. We are heroes. We have the bravery and the wit to stand whatever he throws at us. We are a team, that works with trust and comrade that has never been seen,If there is any team out there that can defeat Thanos, it's us. Because we are stronger than him thanks to our values and our unity."

Steve's words seemed to give everyone in the room hope.

Hope that they would win.

And they are going to do it. This might be the biggest fight of their lives, but they are the heroes, and heroes always win.

"Let's end this one and for all."

 

 

 

 

 

 

Being on a car, rolling threw the air, makes you think things more in a perspective.

Daisy watched as their world spin. Carol on the driver seat held her head, letting go off the steering wheel. She to covered her face.

She now knows that this idea of going after Cletus alone like that wasn't a good idea. But emotion got the best of her.

And Carol, who could have flown decided to come with here, therfore taking a car, there fore being on this mess.

Carol's and Daisy's car hit the ground, and rolled down the street for 8 times, before coming to rest on the roof.

If this was any car, they would be dead, but thankfully Tony super protects the cars. So they are alive

"Dam it." Carol took of the seatbelt. Falling on the floor. "Told you this was...a bad idea."

Daisy sighed, and got the seatbelt off too, dropping to the floor.

The two crawlled out of the car, and saw the chaos in front of them.

"LOOK OUT !"

Carol pushed her in time, before a helicopter crashed into them.

"What the hell.....did he do this ?"

"I don't think there is any other monster that would do this."

Out of the flames, they saw a figure coming to them.

"GROWAR !"

It was him, Kasady, in that monster form of his.

"Finally, ao worthy challenge for me." He growled.

"Cletus Kassady. Stand down and makes things easer for us !" Carol yelled.

"Cletus is not here at the moment. But he is enjoying the show. You can call me, Carnage."

"Just like Eddie and Venom." Daisy said. "They share body, but are two different entities."

Carol nodded at her, making her fist glow.

"So Carnage, want to tell us what you want before I bit the shit out of you."

"Simple. I crave death. All I want, is blood at my teeth. And...two females with Kree blood, it's gonna be fun indeed."

Carol didn't bother to speak anymore. She flew in and charged at Carnage.

Only for her to go right threw him.

"What ?"

"You are gonna have to try harder from that."

Caranage gripped her leg with his tentacle, and sent her flying to the ground.

"Gah !"

"CAROL !"

She tried to stand up, but Carnage was in top of her.

"Delicious !" He growled. "Holding her still. The more they resist, the more I enjoy them...GAH !"

Daisy shot her powers at him. The sound of the vibrations made Carnage struggle.

Carol used the chance to get him off.

"GET OFF ME !"

BAM !

She punched Carnage hard in the face, sending him flying.

He however, landed like he hadn't even been hurt by her attack.

"Idiots."

Daisy went to fire her powers again but...

"AAAAAAAH!"

A super sonic scream sent her flying.

"DAISY !"

Daisy crashed into some trees.

"Well well well. You weren't gonna let me out of the fun where you."

A woman walked to her.

"You must be....Francis Barrison."

"That's right. I see you are a freak like me"

Daisy growled at her, and shot her powers and clashed with hers.

"HEHEHEHE, LET'S GO. AAAAAAAH !"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The rest of the New Avengers rushed into the scene.

"FRIDAY, any reports ?"

"Multiple police casualties Boss. Kasady is completely unhitched."

"Dam it. Come on guys, we need to get moving !"

Tony, Rhodey, Thor, and Vision, were flying, while Yelena and Eddie took bikes on the ground.

"Faster Eddie !"

"Calm down man !"

"Can he really take control of your body and make you drive ?" Yelena asked.

"Yeah, he loves to do that !"

"Any status on Carol and Daisy ?" Rhodey asked.

"Not yet Colonel."

"What about Doctor Strange, has he finished working on the magical bounds."

Thanks to the research made by Jane and Darcy, Stephen believed he could make a magical bound to stop Kasady from transforming, but he needed time.

He is almost done, but needs a bit more time.

"Then he is gonna miss the battle. Come my friends, let's do this !" Thor said.

"We agree on that buddy. Let's get moving everyone, we have to stop Kasady before he does....whatever he wants to do now."

"Hey Venom, make him accelerate." Yelena said, making her bike go faster.

"Oh fuck it, do what she says V."

"Now we are talking !"

"FRIDAY full power on the thrusters."

"Yes.....eh Boss ?"

"Yes FRI ?"

"I have found some...familiar tech going towards the same place at the moment."

"Familiar....is it SHIELD tech, and not from Coulson ?"

"Yes Boss."

"Oh lord no. Please don't tell me..."

"It's Rogers sir. He is heading that way."

"Dam it." Of all the times Rogers could show up again, he had to choose now !"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carol tried to punch Carnage again, only for him to dodge.

"Too slow."

Dam it, no one had ever called her slow.

What the hell is this thing !

Carnage leaped forward to attack her, but Carol managed to blast her away with a blast.

"Grrr. But you are strong. I need some power."

He stretched his tentacle and got...

"NO !" Carol screamed, as she saw he caught a police officer. A young woman, clearly a rookie.

She looked at Carol.

"Please..help m..."

She was unable to finish, Carnage ate the woman whole, without any mercy.

"NOOO !" Carol screamed. She charged at Carnage, but the beast jumped and knocked her to the floor. He grabbed her head, so she could not move.

She felt saliva hit her head. Heard his growl, so close to her.

Was this her end.

"AAAAAAH!"

She turned, and saw Daisy throw Barrison away.

"Grrr, Dam it."

Carnage let her go, and leaped towards Daisy.

"DAISY LOOK OUT !"

It was too late. As soon as Daisy turned, Carnage was on her.

"GAH !" She yelled, as her hip was badly sliced.

"Don't touch Shriek. I need her so my host is calm." The monster said, grabbing Daisy by her neck, ready to eat her.

Carol struggled to get back up. She felt a great pain on her left arm.

"No....Daisy !"

There was nothing the inhuman could do, she was about to be eaten....

Until...

"Hmmm. He's almost here."

Carnage suddenly dropped Daisy.

"What, what are you doing !" Francis demanded.

"Venom, he is almost here. The time has yet to come, to face him in battle."

Carnage then grabbed Shriek, and leaped away from the battle.

Carol sighted in relic. He's gone....for now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the rest of the New Avengers arrived, they saw their teammates on the floor.

"Hey." Yelena said, dropping besides Daisy. "Are you ok, can you hear me ?"

"She's loosing a lot of blood." Tony said. "FRIDAY, inform the compound. Daisy needs urgent medical attention."

"Dr. Palmer has been alerted and is on standby."

Daisy was not responding. Having fallen unconscious do to the loss of blood."

Thor went to help Carol up.

"Where is Kasady ?"

"He got away....he killed everyone here."

"Man....Ok I really want to know what the hell where you two were thinking. But that can wait until you receive medical attention. Let's head back to base and...."

"Yeah there is a problem with that honey bear."

"What now ?"

"Our good friend Rogers, is almost here with his crew."

"You....you have to be kidding me. Of all the times for them to show up, they had to pick now !"

"We don't have the time to deal with Mr. Rogers and his people at the moment." Vision said. "Agent Johnson needs to be taken to a doctor immediately. And we must focus on finding Kasady."

"Still we can't just leave them here." Tony said....."We need to divide. I'll stay."

"What, Tony no !"

"You know that they are after me honey bear. If I keep them here for some time, they won't interfere with the search."

"Well then I am..."

"No, you are the leader. You need to be there, searching for the moment we can find Kasady. I got no intention with really tangle with the Rouges, just hold them off for a while.

"Alright....if you can capture them, then do it. But do leave the battle if we got a lead on..."

"Carnage." Carol grumbled. "That's how he's called on his monster form. Carnage."

"On Carnage.....also, you are not staying alone."

"I'm staying." Yelena said. "I want to confront Natasha for sometime. This is my chance."

"Are you sure you can do that ?" Tony asked.

"I could ask you the same."

"Fair enough."

"I will stay as well." Thor said. I have looked forward to cross fists with the traitorius Captain for a while."

"I better get involved on this one as well." Stephen said. Coming out of the portal. "Use this to take Johnson to the hospital ward, now !"

"What about the bounds, did they work ?" Rhodey asked.

"No. The symbiotes are completly magical resistant. The only way we can separate them, is doing so physically."

"Eddie and I will confront the ex avengers as well." Venom said, getting out on Eddie's shoulder.

"We are ?"

"Yes ! We need to warm up before facing Carnage !"

"Huh, fine them. I don't mind you hurting them all you want."

"Yes !"

"Alright then. We will call you if we get anything on Kasady. Now give those assholes some good punches for me." Rhodey said, walking to the portal.

The ones leaving left, just as a car started to arrive.

Rogers had arrived.

It was time for a rematch.

Oh hoho. Rematch time it is.

I'll admit. I always planned for a fight between the New Avengers, and the Rouges, before the final duel against Carnage. But I needed to take some members out or there would be not real fight, as the Rouges would be heavily outclassed (they still are, the fight is still one sided) therefore Carol and Daisy been injured made sense to get them out.

Also worry not, Daisy is gonna survive this one. She'll be back for the final fight.

Next chapter, i hope you are all ready to give team cap a beating !

 

Oh and I almost forgot. Remember that death that I told you would be heart breaking. That's coming the next chapter as well.

Chapter 6: The Set Up of a Stage

Summary:

Tony must deal with the Rouges while Cletus wrecks even more havoc.

It’s been so long. I’m so sorry for the delay, but we are back !

Steve got out of the car, and walked forward. His team loyally following him from behind.

That's when he saw him.

"Tony !"

It was the first time that he saw Tony since Siberia. He looked good....very good indeed.

Steve felt his heart accelerate a bit at seeing him. Soon, they'll finally be able to get together for good.

"Rogers." He greeted them.

Steve and his team walked in front of them.

He saw Thor, and Steve was glad to see him there. The woman had to be Nat's sister. He knew the man with the cape was Doctor Strange. But he had no idea who the other is.

"Tony....is so good too see you."

"Can't really say the same."

"Tony." Steve said disappointed. Why did Tony have to be so difficult ?

"Yeah that disappointed frown is not gonna work with me anymore buddy. But you still have the nack at showing up at the worst time possible."

"This is about Kasady." Natasha said. "You are after him as well."

"Well of course. A killer like him with a monster, it's not something that I like out on the streets."

"Then we gotta work together to stop him !" Steve said, with hope. This was the perfect chance for Tony to make amends with the team, and return to where he truly belongs. Not with the fake New Avengers, but with the real heroes. His real family. "Tony come with us. We can stop Kasady, together."

"Wow...you are clearly just as delusional as I remember."

"Tony..."

"No Rogers. I am never getting back with you, on my life."

"And what if we get pardoned ?" Natasha questioned.

"The time Elis tried to get you pardoned, costed him the election. No US politician is willing to get their positions in jeopardy for you. And the rest of the world hates you're guts. So a pardon for you people is....highly unprovable."

"But you can help us right ?" Steve said. "Tony, you don't have to hide it anymore. We will forgive you if you help us get back home. We can be a family again. Just...let us be united again. Come on Tony."

Steve held his hand for Tony to take. He had to take it. The Avengers needed to be back together.

"Wow." Yelena spoke. "And here I thought that Alexei was bad."

"Do you really expect for friend Tony to just welcome you back, after all you did to him." Thor asked, not believing them.

"Do you really believe everything that Stark tells you." Clint growled.

"Oh I do Barton. Specially since he has the video footage to proof it. Unlike you all, I don't believe in things blindly."

Steve understood the jab that Thor just showed them.

"You showed them that !" Steve yelled at Tony. Tony just glared at him.

"I thought you didn't like any secrets Rogers. I was just following your motto."

"That was supposed to be private Tony !" Did he had any idea how much that must have hurt Bucky. To know others now know that !

"Steve, what is he talking about ?" Sam asked.

"It's nothing ! Just trust me. Once we are back, everything will be cleared."

Sam looked at him for a bit, but then nodded.

"Keeping secrets from them Cap ? My, you never change. But enough about that. Are you gonna make this easy, or not ?"

Steve growled. He picked the new shield SHIELD had given him.

"You know I can't do that Tony."

"Ok then, your grave then."

Steve signaled his team, and they charged.

The man that Steve didn't' know stepped forward.

"You sure about this Eddie ?"

"Sure, I need some warm up."

Warm up, what is he talking about ?

"Mask !"

"Copy !"

And then, a black monster appeared out the man. One just like Kasady !

"What the hell is that !" Clint yelled.

Steve had no time to react, as he was pounced by the monster.

 

 

 

 

 

Tony took flight to deal with Wilson. Thor and Stephen went for Maximoff. Venom focused on Rogers and Barton.

That left Yelena to deal with her sister.

"Perfect."

Natasha and her circled around each other.

"Hm, family reunion."

"What are you doing here Yelena ?"

"I had to take care of Dreikov, so I asked for help. Tony gladly gave it to me."

"You really believe him." Natasha said, clashing their batons.

"I mean. I certainly believe him more than you. You barely got to know him."

"Stark is an egotist, he only cares about himself..."

"Oh spare me the bullshit. Coulson told me that report was made to be fake. No one at the higher ups believed it. It was just a way to control Tony."

Natasha stopped for a moment.

"You are lying..."

"Am I ? I thought you were better than that Natasha. Then again, you have really bought your own legend."

Their batoons collided again, but since Yelena's are more high tec and well maintained, they break Natasha's batons from the hit.

She quickly responded with a kick, sending Natasha to the ground.

"He...is only using you..."

"Like you do with people. Like I said, stop the bullshit. You seem to habit of projecting yourself on Tony."

"I don't..."

"No ? Let's see. You say he lies, when you are the one that lies all the time.That huge ego, that is yours, and is broken, therefore you are lashing out. Using me, you have the habit of using people. Like if you could have, you would already have ditched Rogers and went back to Tony because he is the winning side."

Natasha didn't speak....because that is the truth.

"But since he has finally seen who you really are. You know there is no going back, so are desperate trying to fix a sinking ship, knowing that the only way to get back to the position you love is for Rogers to be leader again."

Natasha tried to shoot her widow bites at her, but Yelena's best just made them bounce of.

"Well....you didnt think Tony thought about that ?"

Yelena shot her own widow bites, and Natasha did fall to the ground.

"Gah !"

"Wow...you are sloppy."

"Why do you care so much about him ! What did he give you ..."

Yelena thought about it. Why did she care a lot about Tony.

He is the first person to open up to her. To help her be someone outside a Black Widow.

She enjoys his company a lot and.......and she might as well admit, she has deeper feelings for him.

"I just do, none of your business. But unlike you....you can know this for certain, I won't leave his side. No matter what."

With that, Yelena hit Natasha on the face, knocking her out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steve was thrown to the ground by the black monster.

He grunted as he tried to stand up.

He saw Sam fighting Tony in the air. But Tony clearly had the upper hand.

"SHIT !" Sam yelled, "Steve I am down !"

"Clint, Wanda ! Give Sam some support !"

"AAAAH !"

Steve turned and saw that Wanda was being held down by Doctor Strange. Thor was not helping the matters.

"WANDA !"

Steve hurried to help her, but Venom quickly punched him again.

"Is this all ? I was expecting more of a fight !"

"SHUT UP !" Steve tried to attack, but he just went right threw the beast.

"Wrong move." Venom kicked Steve away. Steve was sent to a wall.

Steve tried to get up again, but Venom punched him on the face.

Venom pinned Steve to the ground. Steve tried to get himself free, but was unable too.

"Hmm. Eddie. I....I don't think we should eat him."

Steve gasped suprise. Was this monster gonna eat him ? Would Tony really allow this to happen ? Specially after how he and Steve feel for each other ?

"Why not ?"

"Because he is so stupid. I am afraid how his brain will affect my stomach."

"Oh for the....wait. Why am i complaining. Yeah don't eat him, the world wants him to be held accountable."

Steve tried to get free, he had to stop this monster. He has to save Tony from this new Avengers. They are clearly doing something to him. Poisoning against his true family.

But then....

"AAAAAAAH !"

A super sonic scream was heard and both Venom and Steve were sent flying.

Steve covered his ears, but it was too much. His head spinned around until he was knocked out....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tony had just gotten Wilson down, when FRIDAY warned him of the coming arrow.

Tony easily grabbed it.

"Really Barton ?"

"Fuck you Stark. You will pay for making Laura divorce me !"

"Why am I not suprised. You people can't take responsibility for what you have done."

"She would never have done that if it wasn't for you fucker !" Barton yelled, preparing to shoot again, when....

"AAAAAH !"

Tony immeidatly flew back. His suit protected his ears, but it scrambled his systems.

"Guys, Barrison is here....guys ?"

"Everyone is stunned by the sonic scream !" Friday said.

Tony groaned and went back to the ground, to try to find Barrison.

"Friday ?"

"I'm sorry boss. She scrambled the systems, and....boss. There she is !"

Tony turned and saw Barrison smirking at him.

"That's a nice trick there."

"Mr. Stark. Used to be such a fun."

"Heard that a lot. Why are you doing here Barrison. I heard Xavier was trying to get you on his school"

"Yeah but I got no desire to join that goodie good shoes. I am happy breaking things with my fiancee."

"Fiancee ? Did you watch Frozen ? Because marrying that fast is not a good idea."

"Heh he, SHIELD didn't allow movies on the Raven. But enough about that. Cletus wants to meet."

"Yeah, is he here ?"

"Oh no no no. He is getting everything ready for our wedding, and you are invited !"

"And what makes you think i am gonna allow you to get to him ?"

"Unless you want him to be eaten."

Francis threw her phone at Tony, who looked and the video, and saw...

Carnage...holding a broken Peter on his hand.

Carnage smirked. "I am waiting."

"Mr. Stark....help." The kid cried.

"Peter !"

Francis laughed loudly.

"And if you don't believe me. Just look what we already did to your friend."

She threw a picture at Tony, and Tony froze.

No....

"So...you know we are not kidding. We are gonna wait for you, and please, make sure that Eddie Brock and Venom come with you. See you then."

She walked away but Tony didn't notice.

A few hours earlier.

Peter was pacing around the room, he was so worried.

"Will you calm down." MJ said. "You are making me nervous."

"Sorr sorry. it's just..I am worried about Mr. Stark. I feel like I should be out there.”

“Dude. Have you seen the monster that has been out there. I’d be scared out of my mind.” Ned said.

“I agree that you could train with the Avengers Peter, but this man is too much,” may said. “We are safe here, right Happy ?”

“Yes we are safe....”

“Oh what do we have here...”

They all turned to see Cletus inside the safe house.

“Ah what a little happy family we have here.” Cletus laughed. “All of you are Stark’s family....so you can tell me where he is,”

Peter got in fighting position. But Happy stood in front of him.

“May, take the kids out of here, and call Tony !”

“Yeah May, do that !”

Cletus made Carnage appear and took Happy.

“HAPPY NO !”

Peter rushed after him, ignoring the yells of his friends.

He suited up quickly and climbed on the wall, were Carnage was holding Happy.

“So strong yet so powerless.” The monster growled.

“PETER RUN !” Happy yelled.

“HAPPY !”

Peter tried to attack but Carnage held him at bay.

“HAPPY NO !”

Happy just gave him a smile.

“Don’t worry kid. Knew this day might come.”

“Happy no please ! I...I can’t loose...”

“Take care of Tony for me Pete.”

Then Carnage came and ate Happy’s head, killing him in front of Peter.

“HAPPY NOOOOOOO !”

He had failed. First his parents, then Uncle Ben, And now Happy is Dead as well.

Carnage turned to him.

“Don’t cry little spider, you are the key to bring Iron Man and Venom to their dooms, and then, no one will stop me.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tony watched the video silently.

Happy.....his old friend.....he’s gone.

And Peter is trapped. All for a man he helped catch.

This is his fault. Peter’s capture And Happy’s Death is his fault.

“I know what you are thinking.”

Tony slowly turned and saw Yelena.

“Did you see it.”

“Yes.....I’m very sorry. I know what he meant to you.”

Tony didn’t speak.

“You are thinking this is your fault.”

“I caught Kassady, back in 2014 before SHIELD fell. He did this for revenge.”

“You, as a hero, caught the most dangerous man out there. All of this, is on him and his twisted mind. Do not blame yourself for this,”

“I just,,.”

“No stop.” Yelena held his hands. “I know you are used to taking the blame for things that aren’t your fault. Your old team didn’t help with that. But that time is over, you don’t have to carry this alone.”

“Yelena...”

“You saved me, when no one else did. And helped me become human again. I want to help you, not just on gratitude but because.....I know what being alone is, and I don’t want both of us to feel it.”

The two stared at each other, before finally kissing.

That lasted for about two minutes, before someone interrupted.

“Huh. About dam time.” Rhodey said.

They glared at him, but he wasn’t faced,

“Listen I’ll like to say many things like, I knew it, but that can’t wait. With the chaos the Rouges got away, but we got more problems.”

“You found them already ?”

“No Tones. Kassady And Barrison ain’t hiding. They want us to come to them. Those monsters are only leaving more bodies as they go. We need to end this, and now.”

“Right.” He turned to Yelena. “I assume you’ll help me avenge Happy right ?”

“Oh you don’t even have to ask. Kassady is fighting with his girl right, well then, we should match them.”

Tony smiles at her.

“Let’s finish this then.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What Tony and Yelena didn’t know, is that Steve had watched their kiss.

He gripped his teeth and fists in heartbreak. That woman is taking Tony from him.

No, he won’t allow this to continue. It’s time for things to go back to the way they were.

He has to save Tony, so they can finally be together.

“Cap.” Clint called. “We were lucky, that freak allowed us to escape....so what’s the plan ?”

“As soon as Nat is up, we move. We are taking Kassady down, and then the Accords are next.”

He turned back to see Tony one more time.

“Don’t worry Tony. I’ll save you, and we can finally be together. I promise.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the Quinjet, all of the Avengers got ready.

“So you are ready for this Eddie ?”

“I mean..ready not, but I wanted it to end so.....yeah ?”

“THATS THE SPIRT.”

Venom appeared and gave a loud roar.

“TIME TO FIGHT !”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the cathedral. Carnage stood on the top.

“They are coming, yes. Finally, we will end this......”

He gave a loud roar to the sky.

“LET THE CARNAGE BEGIN !”

And so, the battle is set.

We have our heartbreaking death, Happy has been killed (I’m sorry) , and Peter is trapped.

A three way battle is coming. The Avengers & Venom vs Carnage and Shriek vs the Rouges.

Three fractions, one battle, only one can win.

Who will prevail......not the Rouges I assure you.

Next chapter, the grand battle is on.
