Azula had been in prison for a year, she was 15 and had spent the last year in a suffocating sealed dark cell, well the last 8 months in the dark sealed cell, her first 4 months were in the icy cells that inhibited her ability to bend. After those 4 months she had stopped trying to break free, there was no point to breaking out, she had no friends, no father, and no empire to rule, she had stripped of all her authority and honor, her top knot had been cut off a year ago, and no matter how she yelled none was obligated to listen to her- and no one did.
Its not like she could break out if she wanted, the little blind rock brat had made heavy cuffs that covered her whole hand, heavier shackles around her ankles and even a muzzle for the first months.
Today Azula was being moved somewhere new, whenever she asked- or rather demand to be told- where she was being brought she was met with silence or a push forward. After a bit the guards that were corralling her down the hallway came to a halt in font of a small door, a door that one would need to crouch to get in- crouch or be shoved- the guards chose the ladder, shoving Azula through the small door, before she could protest she was met with a blinding flash.
