Ned: When I was five, back in kindergarten, I met this kid.

Michelle: We were both in AcDec, and our senior year trip, we got to know each other.

Flash: So just after Mysterio revealed, I helped get him cleared, and then we got closer in undergrad.

Mary Jane: We met in undergrad. Dated for a while. On and off for a few years.

Black

Ned: He died a week before his wedding. We all would have played important parts. I was best man.

Michelle: Groomswoman.

Flash: Groomsman.

Mary Jane: Bride.

Black

Flash: Peter always inspired me.

Ned: He was the nicest person I ever met.

Mary Jane: When I first met him, I thought he was too good to be true.

Michelle: Socially aware. He was pretty close to perfect.

Black

Michelle: I dated him in senior year of high school. Decided we were better as friends just before we started university.

Flash: Undergrad. Six months in our second year.

Ned: Grad school. Two months. Weird dating my best friend. He felt the exact same.

Mary Jane: Yeah, I dated Peter. Um … pretty much whenever someone else wasn’t. First, third, and fourth years of undergrad, half of grad school, most of his phd, and then we were pretty steady after.

Black

Mary Jane: Peter Parker was Spiderman.

Michelle: Spiderman was not Peter Parker. Spiderman is an idea, a movement. Peter is only the man who started it.

Ned: Think of it as, Spiderman is the jedi, and Peter was Jedi Prime. He was a jedi, the jedi, but not all jedi were him. He was just the first, and in this case, the best.

Flash: Spiderman is too big to just be one person. There’s a second Spiderman, in Brooklyn. Spiderwoman, in Queens. Spidergirl, in the Bronx, and Venom, in Midtown. They’re all Spiders, but Peter’s dead.

Mary Jane: Spiderman is Peter’s Legacy. Spiderman was his way to make the world a better place. Whenever you help someone, you are a part of Peter’s legacy. In a way, we are all Spiderman.
