'So you're telling me,' said jupitercl0uds, 'That after all this time,' they continued, making a million dramatic pauses, 'YOU COULD TALK?' Waluigi was silent, and instead, shut his eyes gave a slight smirk. Tails, however, wasn't even surprised. He had known Waluigi for years. He knew he could talk. It was only the last chapter to be honest. Bit of a shock to him because of him not speaking (sort of) being the point of the fic.
Scarecrow was a little scared though.
