Summary:

When Eren was a child, the only thing he feel was lonely, he got called being weird in kidergarten and Eren dont know what is weird about him, things goes on and on until Eren suddenly hearing and saw something strange, his toy and other stuff starts speaking to him in his mind, him getting nightmare when he was sleeping, hearing a creak sound under his bed, and other strange things he met.

But all that changes when he meet something miracle at the park that is also change his future.

Finally the rewritten of chapter one is done! i honestly thought this is better than my old fic who knows im still trying my best to make it intresting and not having messy genres like my old fic, there is some of them that will be slight rewritten to match the story. I hope you guys like it and im so sorry if my fic will be different than the old one you guys intrested in (˘･_･˘)💔💔

Chapter 1: THE MIRACLE

 

Lonely, is what Eren felt back when he was kid. He has no friends back when he was in kindergarten, no one wants to be friends with him because he considered as weird, he don’t know what is weird from him. He could have sworn that he is normal just like everyone. He ask to them what is weird from him and they all never say about it, even the caregiver never told what is wrong with him.

 

It goes on and on, everyone is playing together when Eren is just sitting behind the shadow, putting his knees closer to his as he put his head down. There is nothing miracle coming from him. He told his mom about his day and his mom only said that he will have a friend, he don’t know how long he had to wait for at least someone beside him. It feels hurt in his chest, he felt like his chest was about to get explode from how pain he have to keep inside.  Even though he always told his day to his mother, he had never told anything about his feeling of pain in the chest to her not even once.

 

But soon he realize to himself what was weird coming to him, every time he could imagine the stuff around him started speaking  to him, even on kindergarten when he is alone playing with his toy, he could hear the toy speaking to him. Not through his ear, but through his brain, he could hear the toy speaking to him that there is nothing to feel lonely about. Eren don’t understand why they said something like that when it’s obvious he don’t have a friend at all.

 

‘Shhsss its okay Eren don’t put your pain inside, or else your heart will be cracked open.’ The teddy said, Eren froze at the source of the sound.

 

‘Who is it? Who is talking to me?’ Eren said to his mind, still confused about what is going on.

 

‘It’s me, the teddy on you hand I’m the one who is talking to you.’ Eren quickly look towards the teddy, it’s a surprise he tries not to scream at the teddy.

 

“Oh…” Eren muttered as he still looking at the teddy bear in his arm.

 

A few minutes later the teddy stopped talking, Eren don’t know if it’s all just part of his imagination from being lonely and his brain acted up from that whole sadness situation, but he choose to forget it and continue play the doll until he goes home, again still no miracle coming from him. When he goes home, he couldn’t find his mother, probably going she ran out of something so she go to the supermarket to buy some, he was already getting used to it that’s why his mother never told him. When he goes inside his bedroom things starts getting weirder and weirder from his visions. When he lay down to the bed, he hears a screeching sound under his bed, Eren at first ignore it but soon the sound starts to get louder, as if someone under his bed was trying to get attention to him.

 

Annoyed he get down from his bed and nervously looks under the bed, it was dark and the sound stopped as soon he looks under the bed, he take a good closer look and this time there is something under his bed, he put his hand inside and grabs what he just saw, he pulled out and look at what he’s got, it was a paper.

 

Eren goes to lay under his bed again and this time he make sure that there are no sounds around him, after a few minutes later and think he’s safe, he starts to open the piece of paper.

 

There is something written, it said “Miracle will become once you step your foot to the park” There was a map and a red circle pointing to the park that’s surprisingly not far from his house. He looks around the paper to see that there who the writer is but he found none.

 

“Is this some kind of prank?” Eren said to himself, if so then who did it? He has no friend in his kindergarten and there is no one that is closer to him. He don’t know if what the note said was true or not but he would find it out later, for now he felt like this is not the time for him to go to the park, he put the note in his dresser and go back to bed to take a nap.

 

Inside his dream there is a person; Eren opened his eyes to see what happened but everything is white, he then saw in front of him that there is a person standing, the person is the same height as him and he couldn’t see the face, their hair flying around and he could see that the person hair was quite long, he tried to speak to the person, but he can’t, he could feel like something shut his mouth, is he scared? Why is he scared?

 

The person walks closer to the boy, the boy don’t know what to do but to keep stare to the person, he can’t move his head, his eyes only focused to the person only. A faint footstep echoed to his ear, the person then stopped walking as soon they get closer to the boy. Eren was scared, he had never had a dream like this before, especially a person inside it, he have no one to interested on, or even to dreamed of. The person opened his eyes that he didn’t realize it was actually closed, there reveals a black piercing eyes with glimpse of red staring at his sea green eyes. The person don’t show any emotions to him, hair still waving to the hair, Eren shivered in fear not even he couldn’t move his body, but he also couldn’t move his eyeballs either.

 

The person kneel until he reach the same as the boy’s height, his hand now starts moving to his cheeks, rubbing it gently as he wipe the tears that he didn’t even realize he there is tears coming from his eyes, Eren looks at his own reflection into the man’s eyes while he shivered a the person’s cold touch coming from his hand, there is no sign of warmth at all, just cold as ice.

 

“Eren…” The person voice echoed through his dream, how does he know me? What are actually happening, he can’t really tell right now and no response coming from him, I tried to let out my voice but how?

 

“Who are you?” Eren suddenly can speak, he didn’t mean to say that but the only thing that came out was that. After he speaks the world turns black and he wakes up with no sound but sweat raining on his forehead.

 

Eren took a deep breath about what just happened, he look at the clock to see the time turns to 3 AM; he had never thought that his dream would be this bad. After he finally had calmed down he goes laying on his bed and continues to sleep.

 

Today he goes to kindergarten as always, there are no single kid wants to be friend with him or even say a word. Today the caregiver gave us a paper and some crayon, the test is to draw something that is in your dream. Eren froze to at the theme, while everyone starts drawing Eren grabs a crayon and starts drawing flowers, trees, grass, clouds and the person that is in his dream. Everything looks colorful except the black man. Sitting below the beautiful view with nothing but red eyes, Eren suddenly shivered from the man he just draw, is it him or does he feel like the black man is watching him? Oh well probably not.

 

The kids finished their drawing, and thank god there is no presentation because god Eren hates those activity, some kids might think it’s fun but for the weird kid like him is hell. Eren goes to put his drawing on the teachers table and goes back to his seat, the caregiver look at Eren’s drawing with amusement, she had never saw a kids draw this beautiful before, the shading and a little bit of rendering to it making it look like a drawing made by an adult rather than a six years old would do. But she looked to the black man with red eyes he was drawing, the black man sitting on the ground with flowers cheering him up; it was honestly beautiful yet creepy at the same time.

 

Everything went great for Eren and get out with other kids running around to meet Eren, Eren looked at them happily hugged each other while he was alone, it is a lucky for them to still stick together. He sometimes talks to his mother but she’s not there, of course she is not here with him, she was dead after all. Everything about his mom running out of something and go to a supermarket was a lie, and he don’t have any part time job or any work for him like helping people, at first he thought that he will be not reach to elementary school since he doesn’t have a money to pay the price, however he remember a person knocking to his door, the door reveals a mail man send him a mail, he never send anything before so he take it and closed the door, It was heavy and strange for a mail full with letter. When he opened the mail, there was a surprise that made him didn’t think what it was…

 

It was money, a bunch of money for him to hold with his tiny hands. Eren have no words, the sender was unknown unfortunately. But should he send it back? Maybe the money wasn’t for him. Other than money, there was a paper it signed for the name of Eren Yeager, his name so it was for him.

 

Eren gulped and slowly opened the letter to see what it said, the paper feels quite expensive and so was the writing. It’s quite hard to read but it’s still guessable. The letter said;

 

“Dear our boy named Eren. We recently heard a bad news about your death mother and were here to help you pay off your stuff that you might needed in the future. We gave you a one hundred dollars, you don’t have to worry if the money were ran out, we will give you a money each month until your legal enough to work for yourself . I am your mother friends and I hope that you can use the money wisely, hope you have a nice day on kindergarten."

 

“Signed; your mother’s friend.” The person who gave him a money seemed mysterious, they don’t want to even tell him their real name even though he was her son, but he don’t complained about that at that time, he really thankful for giving him a money to survive. Now this day he still saved the money carefully so that it wasn’t gone, he even tries not to waste the money for useless thing. Some kids might use it to buy games and other stuff if they have money as much as him, but what could he waste for? It’s not even his money and he feels bad for wasting it.

 

Eren walks home bare foot like always, when he walk past the park Eren stopped and took a quick look at the park, he guessing that this was the park where the miracle will come as he stepped his foot to the park, the reason why he think of that is because there are only one park on his place and that is where he reach now. Eren try to think if he should try to go or maybe on holiday, even though he have money, money can’t buy friends, maybe you can but what you only got is betrayed.

 

‘Maybe I should go? I don’t have anything to do at home besides lying on the bed.’ Eren thought, he then finally decides to go visit the park for a while. There are no people here so he could have a peaceful time sitting on the bench. As he starts sitting, he looks around the park since this is the first time he have ever visited the park.

 

Eren might never visit a park before but he remember a lot of people came to this park back then, but now it looks empty. Even though no one came to this park again, everything looks in a good condition; it’s like this park still new. Even the plants looks fresh and healthy, it’s not even scary so why there is no people came here?

 

“It’s been so long I hadn’t see people visited here.’’ Eren froze as he hears a voice speaking to him; Eren looks around until he saw a girl or boy coming from the entrance, they had a black long hair below his shoulder with pale skin and…Piercing black eyes, just like that person from his dream, is this the miracle? Is this the one?

 

“Who are you, are you the miracle?” Eren asked, the kid just furrowed his eyes, what is this kid talking about? Did the kid just called him a miracle? They just came here to read books after the school end but he didn’t expect to meet a boy with the brightest eyes here.

 

“I’m Levi and I’m not the miracle you talking about.” Eren embarrassed for calling him the miracle, but is he the one the note was talking about, can he be friends with him? He seemed scary, he had a feeling the boy would punch him and killed him.

 

“Can we be friends?” The black haired boy shocked to hear him asked so sudden, he hadn’t meet this boy before and he straightforward asking him to be his friends. 

 

“We just met, why do you want to be friends with me? Can’t you just pick someone other than me?” Eren was confused but he doesn’t want to hear him say no, ever.

 

“Because I want to, I had enough being lonely all the time, I need someone, I don’t care who that is!!” Eren said with frowned expression on his face, Levi never met a kid like this before and it makes him feel awkward and slight irritated but he choose to calm down.

 

“Please be friend with me, if I don’t have anyone to be with me with I’m going to die from darkness! I will do anything to please just let out from this mess!!!” Eren begged, he was scared to be lonely again, he needed someone to hugged with, no matter if the boy is good or bad he doesn’t care, he will do anything to be his friend. The boy just speechless at what he hear, is he really need friend that bad? So bad that he will do anything to be with him, Levi stared at the boys tears falling down from his cheek with pink blush from his face, Levi can’t help but to look at his own reflections in the child sea green eyes, it’s so bright and…precious to looked at.

 

Levi look at the boy was about to explode from throwing a tantrum at him, he could only sighed and give up.

 

“Alright then fine, I’m going to be friend with you, hope you happy about that you brat.”

Chapter 2: WE'LL MEET AGAIN

Heyya sorry for the long wait, this is the chapter 2 hope you guys like it

 

A few days ago after Levi friends with him, they both starting to get a long together, although Eren is pretty nervous talking to him beside him don’t have a friend before, it feels so much new for him. But Levi always helps him on how to be friend with anyone and such, Levi is like a teacher to Eren, and Eren really thankful for him being his first friend. As for Levi, he realized that Eren really never had a friend before, when he asked to play with him, he could see him heavily shaking and have no word to say. So he teach Eren all the things he need to know, he’s also teach him how to get friend so easily so that he getting used to it in the future. As for the other, Levi noticed a lot of strange thing about this kid, the first thing is that when he visited Eren’s home for the first time, the atmosphere felt really tight, it made him uncomfortable at first but he choose not to say it. The second thing is that the amount of plushie around Eren’s room it’s not creepy or anything, it’s obvious he had lot of toys since he is still a kid, the plushie was not even creepy like those horror movie he had watched back then. But why does he feel like being watched with thousands of eyes around him? Was it because of the atmosphere from the start?

 

Eren looks at the way Levi feel slight uncomfortable, so he noticed it too, this is the first time he had bring someone home so it must have been a shock for the plushie to see him bring a friend here.

 

“Sorry if it’s messy Levi, I didn’t have a time to clean it up.” Eren tried to interrupted him for thinking too much, he don’t want his first friend to run away from him being creepy, yes he is nice for teaching me but he don’t need to know everything inside him, there is a lot of privacy he need to protect from everyone. He could feel a panic pooled inside him as he imagine his first friend betray him, that is why he have to keep him stay away from his personal mind.

 

Levi thought get back as soon he hear Eren apologized for the messy room, Levi shake his head and say that its fine, maybe it’s just him not getting used to the atmosphere. Eren started put the plushie back to their shelf on side of his bed with Levi also helped him, after they had done cleaning, they both started to sit on the side of Eren’s bed and just talked to each other. After that Levi goes home as he say goodbye to Eren, when he step his foot from the brunette house, he suddenly feel something sharp on the back of his neck. I turned back to see nothing but a door being closed.

 

‘He is the strangest person I have ever met…’ But even though he is weird, he is kind and sweet to me. It’s so sad that he is considered weird to everyone, he hoped that what he had taught him might receive good results from him.

 

As for Eren, he started closed the door as soon Levi was completely out, he turned back and sit down while taking a deep breath. He can’t believe he had talked to him for about an hour, he felt tired from talking too much. He don’t know what to felt at the moment, he was happy that he now have a friend stay with him, but he also disappointed that their chat has finished and Eren could only saw him leaving while waving his hand to him. It feels painful as soon he said goodbye to him, he hope that he still be friend with him even if he being called as a weirdo, he will do everything, anything to make him happy.

 

If he told me to die, he would die if that’s make him happy.

 

He didn’t mean to sound so obsessive toward him, he doesn’t know if he loved him or he think him as a friend. He also doesn’t understand why he thinks something like that when he clearly stills a kid, god he really does felt like a different person now. I’m sure everyone agreed with that.

 

A few minutes of sitting he hear his stomach grumbling, Eren opened his eyes and tried his best to stand with a few of his energy, he goes to the kitchen and open the fridge, there is not much food for him to save at but there are few of them that he could still eat before he go but something at the supermarket. Eren decided to grab the container of cold nugget out from the fridge and goes to the microwave to heat it. While waiting for the nugget to get warm and cozy, Eren goes back to his bedroom to play with his toys. The toy welcomed him, he now not scared anymore after Eren now getting used to this weird phenomenal voice from his toys, he gladly accept their greetings and sits on the comfy chair.

 

“So you finally got a friend.” One of his teddy bear said, Eren hummed while remembering the moment he met him in the park.

 

 

“Does that mean you’re going to leave us?” His bunny plushie said, all of the toys looks at him, Eren felt the guilt and uncomfy feeling at the question. They had been with him for so long, it might be creepy at the start, but now he started to see them as his friend, his only friend that will always be with him forever and ever.

 

Eren didn’t realize that there is a tear coming from his eyes, the bunny panicked and quickly wiped his tears with her fluffy paw, he feel thankful the time still long before he grown up, when he grown up, there is no toys around, and the only thing he do after is work and find a girl to married and make a generation. All that is what he have to do, a boring stuff with nothing but emptiness.

 

“I don’t know if I will leave you or not, but even if I grow up and have kids, I will never leave you, I will always be with you forever even if I already turn old and died.” Eren said as he smile in front of everyone that tried not to cry, instead the toy all moved themselves and hug him, Eren hugged back, this moment pretty much reminds him with his past that he couldn’t forget, the past of  him hugging his death mother in the coffin for the last time.

 

The next day he woke up with plushies all over the floor, oh yeah he hugged with them last night, Eren slowly stand up and goes to the kitchen.

 

He forgot about the nugget he was about to eat, but thankfully the microwave automatically stopped so he don’t need to worry about burning the kitchen.

 

He opened the microwave and thankfully the nugget still in a good condition from the heat, Eren grabbed a bowl of rice and starts to enjoy his breakfast with nugget and rice, also not forget a cup of water.

 

After he finished eating, he goes to take a shower, putting up some clothes he looks up to the calendar. Today is Saturday, a day he free from kindergarten only for a while and then he still go on Monday, but at least he had a free time to take a peace.

 

Eren don’t have anything to do so he goes to the park to see if there Levi was there, but the park was empty, maybe he is too early. Eren goes to sit on the bench and waited for him to come. But he never came, he waited a few hours until the weather started to fall drops of water one per one. Eren feel something coming from his chest, his chest hurts again, just like those old times. He look up to the cloud as it turn greyish and fall more tears coming from the rain, wetting some of his body. He takes a positive thinking that he is busy and will come in tomorrow, so he goes back home with pain that he just received.

 

Fast forward to the next day, today is Sunday, Eren wakes up and do the same as he did before. Eren eating his breakfast, take a shower, putting up some clothes, then goes to the park but this time he go to the park quite late than before, he wanted to see if Levi will be there if he goes late than before, and this time he wanted to see the results.

 

After he reaches to the park, he saw Levi standing in the tree. He looks at Eren with no emotion whatsoever.

 

“Levi! There you are I was waiting for you yesterday but you never came.” Eren walk toward him, Levi stayed silent, Eren could see his eyes not looking at him.

 

“What’s wrong Levi?” Eren smiled flattered as he didn’t hear Levi answering, what make him scared is that he could see any emotion coming from him, even his eyes.

 

His eyes just black, he couldn’t see any glimpse of light coming from his eyes, this made him thinking negatively, something is wrong there is have to be it, Levi would never be like this without a reason.

 

“Tomorrow I’ll move to another country, so we will never meet again.” Eren couldn’t hear what he just said, did he just say move to another country? No way.

 

“Why?” Eren said, he had seen kids crying because their friend moved in kindergarten, but he never thought the pain was this brutal. Is he happy for leaving me? Is he?

 

“My parents have business to another country, so I have no choice but to go, the reason why I didn’t go to park is because I was preparing my stuff for moving.” Levi said, Eren can’t handle the urge to cry, of course he leaving me, of course he is, there is no something called “Friends forever” when he literary betray the “Friend” and  “forever” word.  Levi can’t help but to felt guilty about it, he just stared at Eren crying like he’s run out of breath.

 

“I’m sorry Eren, I don’t want to leaving you alone here, but I also can’t fight my parents either.” Eren doesn’t respond, he still put both of his hand covering his face.

 

‘How stupid I am thinking the miracle will stay forever…’ Eren said in his find, he didn’t hear clearly what Levi was trying to say, his voice and also his vision is blurred out, Eren will always alone and ever be, the only thing he got is now betray and anger with unknown emotion he actually can’t tell. He just want to be gone from this world and never come back again, he even want to scream at him, but he gives up and choose to take the faith.

 

‘I don’t care about him anymore, I don’t love him anymore, I don’t care him leaving anymore, and he will be stay rotten just like anyone else in this world, its only sadness I got, the miracle suck, the miracle they give me is just sadness because I deserved it, I’m just a virus after all, Levi stay away from me because I was a weirdo and also a virus for this entire earth.’ Eren keep repeating the same world on his head, he feel like a messed up kid again, just like those old times before he met Levi, how nostalgic.

 

“Its fine Levi, you already teaching me on how to make friends, you don’t need to worry about me not having a friend in the future.” Eren said.

 

Liar

 

“Are you sure?” Levi said, Eren saw a looked of pity on his face, a pity that sure was rotten liar like his heart.

 

Liar…

 

“Yeah after all…” Eren voice lowered down as he not sure about the last sentence.

 

“What?” Levi questioned, Eren lowered both of his hand, revealing his true face.

 

“Well meet again for sure.” Levi saw Eren face smiling but that’s not what he is focused into, what he focusing is what actually Eren felt in his eyes, his eyes changed from bright shine sea green eyes to a really dark sea green, meaning that he is actually not happy about it. Levi felt something sharp around his neck, he feels someone behind him, Levi can’t stop staring at those eyes, his body felt weak, is it guilt, or just effect coming from those eyes.

 

‘I’m sorry Eren…’ Levi closed his eyes and walk pass the boy who still stunned to speak, everything goes in slow motion after he walked pass Eren. Leaving both of them broke apart with pain and guilt pooled from their heart.

 

Eren quietly looked behind, this is what the truth of world feels, every human have a bad day, including him. But that will not happen, he knows that Levi now change, he is not Levi that he had saw. But is he? Will he forgot about him after he had moved, he doesn’t know but what he know is that they will meet again in a different way. Eren didn’t realize he currently soaked wet from tears coming from his eyes non-stop, he now still crying hysterically like a child missing one of his precious person. Levi might have not realize that Eren have actually had a crush on him, but now Levi leave broke his heart apart, he don’t know what to do beside living in a grey world with no colors of happiness on it. He and Levi supposed to have a happy ending, but looking to the world full with grey and cruelty, he doesn’t think that the happy ending he wants was easy to achieve.

 

But would that make him give up on meeting him? No he will not give up on that nuisance thing, he will collect all soul that he had for him to be happy again, he will sacrifice his own life for getting that happy ending he deserved. It might be impossible but not if he keep trying no matter what he get, he will get out from kindergarten and try not to make him qualified as “Weird” once he visit elementary school.

 

He will show to Levi something that he had done, something that he willingly gives to him, happiness, soul, or even part of his blood.

 

He will get the peace and happiness on this twisted world before he meet his first friend back, he thought the miracle is now ended, but he is wrong.

 

This is only the beginning…

Ok i know that Eren is kinda obsessive but hes actually not, yall know that he had lived in a terrible world, of course he would acted crazy like that. But again this is only for the happy ending he have to get before it it too late.

Chapter 3: A DAY WITHOUT HIM

Eren's day wihout him on his side

IM REALLY SORRY FOR THE LONG WAITING, I HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH MY WHOLE MOUNTAIN OF HOMEWORK I HAVE TO WORKING AT THAT I COULDNT HAVE REST TO CONTINUE IT, I DONT KNOW IF IT SHORT OR NOT BUT HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT :'(((

 

A few days ever since he watches Levi leaves far away, no contact physically nor chat, Eren’s life starting to get crumbled apart. The nightmare about Levi keeps haunting him like a boomerang, no matter how much sleeping pills he buy in a different brand, the nightmare still there and never be gone, making him have extremely insomnia. The kindergarten was normal for him, no changes happened, however the caretaker concerned about the black panda forming below Eren’s eyes.

 

They keep asking about what has going on with Eren, but Eren just lied to them saying that he was fine. On the way back home, Eren stops and stared at the gloomy park, it’s been so long he hadn’t been here. It feels empty without him, but what can he do? This is what life truly is, the happiness didn’t stay longer…

 

‘If only I could meet him one day…’ was all that pops into his mind, hurts that when he think about Levi forgetting him as if he never exist in his mind like amnesia. Eren finally ignore it and just take what journey he needs to do next, for now, he just hoped that Levi is stay healthy and save.

 

On the way home Eren start to take of his clothes and have a warming bath, Eren enjoyed the warm water covering his body like a blanket, the warmness keeps him calmed and peacefully take away messy mind he have been thinking, sadly he have to finished it.

 

After he done taking a shower, he puts on his casual clothes and lay on the bed with Bluetooth headphones attached on his head, he don’t have anything to eat in the kitchen, he on the way to eat something but as he opened the fridge, guess what? Empty.

 

“I forgot that the nugget was the last one dammit, now I have to go to the grocery stores.” Eren grumbled at himself, it’s not like he ran out of money or anything, it’s just that his lazy ass was too slow to go there. It pissed him off that after school he has to go to other place other than house, not even the fact that he still a kid, he hates when a lot of people stared at him like a lost boy trying to find his mother. That’s why he hate it, but if he don’t eat than he will be nothing but turning into a skinny skeleton. Eren sighed in defeat and opens his phone, he has been reading about article on “How to get sleep faster (for insomnia folks)” for an hour and now he have to try them one by one, the first tutorial that he have to try is listening to calming music, he barely listening to music but he still got the music taste.

 

Oh and also for those who were think, my music taste is not a kid family friendly nursery rhyme song, it’s nothing but gives me painful headache after hearing them.

 

Eren scrolled down and starts to pick the music he want to hear for today, the music starts playing and he wait a few more minutes until his eyelids starts to get heavy, his eyes now finally closed with faint song still playing on both of his ear.

 

Cold air, strange feeling is what Eren currently felt, Eren opened his eyes slowly at the weird atmosphere. Eren look around but the only thing he could see is full white with no pinch of color, wait a minute this place…wasn’t he get this dream before?

 

‘What the, why am I here again?’ Eren looks around again; this is the place where he saw that weird unknown man, but the difference is that he was alone, that person is not here…? Where is he?

 

“Miss me?” A voice suddenly ran close to his right ear, Eren startled at the surprise, he turn his head to see the man he had seen exactly on his previously dream, his red eyes gleams brightly to the boy as he stared at it.

 

“You can talk?” This is the first time he just hear the mysterious man voice, the voice was quite distorted and slight deep, the man not say any single word at his question.

 

“Anyways why am I here again? Did you bought me here?” Eren ask again, the man nodded at his response. Eren was about to ask again until he felt something sting in his heart, Eren shock at the sudden pain and he starts to cough blood on the clean white floor.

 

“ACK-!!” Eren tried to put his arm on his chest but his arm felt numb, the man just starred at the suffered boy coughing and vomiting, the clean floor now turn into a red bloody mess. The man walk closer to him and put both of the hands on Eren’s neck, Eren feel the man chokes him hard and harder, his breathing turn messy to keep calm, the combination between the sting coming from his heart and the hard choke on the neck makes it more painful.

 

“bcecUgc6dbrfure8m cBCrcboindWOwd4mc fNWpdk111” The creature said something that Eren couldn’t even understand, what is he trying to tell me?! God it’s too late, Eren could feel his eyes being blurry and dizzy, his heartbeat getting quicker and quicker as well as his breath.

 

“666wORlD ReSTArT – cOmPLeTEd666” The man finally said something he could understand but world restart? Completed? What does that mean?? Eren questioned a lot but sadly he couldn’t speak from the amount of pain he got, Eren clothes that he wore were now messy with his blood and other stuff he just vomited from his stomach.

 

“000ReeSeT DrrEAM {EMpT1N3SS} 000 – R3SeT INTRuDeeR 444{EReeNyE4G33R}444” As soon the man said that everything turn black, the world has shut off, the intruder fall into his sleeping beauty, everything  has been reset and restart completely.

 

“The000miracle000isn’t000over!!!##” The mysterious man said as he watched Eren destroyed into pile of dust as the blood raining over.

 

“AHHHHHHH!!!!!” Eren screamed as soon he’s wake up on the floor. Pillow, bolster and his blanket all fall over on to the floor with him. He opened his eyes to see that he was now back to his bedroom, thankfully the Bluetooth headset saved him from getting hit by the hard floor. He looks at the clock to see that it’s 4 AM already.

 

“That was weird. Well, everything is weird to be honest…” It’s funny how Eren still think that everyday life of him was normal, but he doesn’t understand why that man choke him, and that world restart and reset thing, is that all really his part of imagination? Or perhaps he just stressed because of Levi.

 

Levi…Levi…Levi, those words are the only thing that ring in his head, is he worried? Is he guilty for act like this? Is he crazy?? He definitely more than the word “Crazy”

 

Eren gets out from his bedroom, goes downstairs, and grab a cup of water to forget everything that just happened, it’s really early and Eren clearly don’t know what to do, but then he remember the most important thing he needed to do.

 

“Ah shit, I almost forgot that I ran out of food; guess i have no choice but to go shopping since I have nothing to do…” Eren grabbed a jacket and put his wallet in his pockets. He opened the door and goes out from his house, followed with chilly cold air.

 

It still dark, almost feel like it’s nighttime by how dark the sky is, Eren honestly never walked around this dark before, it scared him especially when he got a lot of strange things happen to him. He bravely walked alone in the empty path, Eren have to take a deep breath from how cold the air today, he could only be pray that there will be no raining happen while he goes shopping. Not far away Eren could see the glimpse of light coming from the minimarket, Eren take a relief as soon that he could do this faster than he thought. The automatic door opened as soon he takes a step inside. The inside was really empty (Obviously who would randomly go to the minimarket in an early morning) however there are plenty of stuff that has currently being restocked today, Eren glad the minimarket have a heater to calm his skin down from many times of shivering.

 

“Welcome to minimarket, what can I help you boy?” The cashier greeted him.

 

“Do you know where the cold nugget is?” Eren asked, the lady smiled and lead him to where the freezer was. Eren thanked to the lady and searching the nugget he always eat at home, after he found it he continue to buy other food for the sake of his empty fridge then pay it.

 

When leaving the minimarket, he stepped on a piece of crumbled paper, Eren look below his feet that just got stepped on. Confused, he grabbed the piece of paper and go back to his home before the weather gets more and more cold. Just like before, no hints of light coming from the sky, Eren didn’t bought a phone on him so he can’t see the time today. Whenever he was walking on the road, Eren could feel another sound of footstep following him, he must have been randomly hallucinating for some reason so he tried not to look behind, but then he hears a hiss that sounds like not coming from snake or any animals, The is cold but Eren feel bunch of cold sweat coming from his forehead, he wants to run but he don’t want that weird being chased him.

 

Eren starts to walk faster, he wants to go home and lock the door as fast as he could, he hears the monster getting faster too, and this making him had enough. Eren keep his breath steady as he turn his walk to run as fast he can, the hissing is getting louder as it was trying to chased him down , Eren look at the path getting filled with red blood as he running, there is also a lot of bloodstain coming from the path and wall.

 

Am I living in the nightmare…? Thought Eren as soon he saw the blood getting more and more coming in.

 

 Almost there, Eren saw the shape of his house coming towards him, he fast the pace and hurriedly walking towards his safe place, Eren rushed up to the house, quickly unlock the door and close it, not caring about looking what the monster look like, Eren dropped the plastic bag and take a deep breath about what was going on in him. He is saved, but not long.

 

“Something happened?” Eren didn’t realize the teddy bear that is stood in front of him; she was holding a tiny basket and pink dress with white frill decorated on her long skirt.

 

“Some monster just chasing me while i go to the minimarket, it’s terrifying I have never experience that before, there is also blood everywhere while I was running.” Eren still can’t believe what had just he experienced, he sure being chase again or even worse, he thought that that entire weird creature was on his dream but he’s wrong. The creature came out, and now they looking at him like a prey.

 

“A monster was chasing you? So they’re also here, usually they only stuck on different parallel like nightmare or any dream. Are you perhaps hallucinating Eren? Maybe that sleeping pills messing up your mind.” Ms. Teddy said, Eren forgot that the sleeping pill still effect on his body, she’s right maybe it was only his mind, and he hoped that what she said was true.

 

“I honestly not sure, I was too scared that I can’t take a good close at it…” Eren said, the bear hummed at his response.

 

“I’m sorry that i don’t have anything to protect you, you were always kind to us yet we don’t have anything to receive.” Eren smiled and put his hand on the bears head, he wasn’t sure why he born this way but he was made up for this. At young at his age, he have to take care everyone and keeping up with his adult daily life. Try living his happy life, without him.

 

Chapter 4: THE GIRL AND THE BLOND

Another new friend has comes to Eren and another day started

Chapter 4 I hope you guys like it, I'm sorry if there is a lot of English word that seems like I use a lot instead of picking another word, I tried alright but I forgot!!! My English is so bad istg 😭

Anyways I wrote this on my phone because I'm too lazy typing on my laptop, hope you guys enjoyed it 😞💔

 

Year's had passed, Eren had reach in elementary school and started his first grade with no excitement. On the ceremony Eren sits there alone with no one beside him, everyone there with their parents either mom or dad or both. It made him nervous more that he was alone coming here, he could feel the stare from someone beside him, they must be curious or know but choose not to say a word which was fine by him.

 

No matter how time goes so far, he almost think that everything is the same, those hallucination never change, the nightmares, the dreams, all the same so far.

 

After the ceremony ended, the teacher gather up all kids to give a tour and their classes. Eren have to admit it is a good tour, he somehow pleased with the rooms and classes.

 

When the tour ended, all the kids begin to go inside the class, Eren just take a sit while starring everyone running around and play like usually kids do. Eren quite bored for not doing anything for some reason, he just don't know if there is someone that will ever wanting to be friends with him. He just have to wait till someone comes towards him and starting a new friendship for the longest time.

 

"You're not play with anyone?" A sudden voice coming from someone, Eren looked beside him. It was a boy with blonde short hair and soft face, he almost mistaken him for a girl. There is also a book in his hand, ahh he's that person.

 

"I don't want to interrupt them, it's not my first time being alone like this so I am alright with it." The blond hummed at his response. 

 

"You never get any friends? And you're alright with it? I mean, I don't have much friend's but you're not feel sad about it?? " The boy asked him with curious on his face, Eren turned his head to the blond. 

 

"I have a friend back then, my only friend, but he's moving to another place so I can't meet him anymore." Eren said. 

 

"It must be hurt being leave out like that... But you can't be disagree with it, especially when it's about family business." He's right, he is mad about him leaving him, he is hurt about him, but what can he do? Telling his parent to stay here and find another business...? 

 

"Then how about we be friends together?" The blond smiled, Eren widened his eyes, is he seriously asking him to be his friends? That easy?! 

 

"I never thought that finding friends is that easy but sure." The blond didn't mind about his thoughts and happily beamed to him, Eren don't know if it was his imagination or he could see some sparkles around him. 

 

"My name is Armin! What about you?" Armin ask. 

 

"My name is Eren, nice to meet you Armin..." Eren tried his best not to smile, but pretty sure Armin see it. 

 

Later on that, they started talking each other, Armin said that he will introduced Eren to some of his friends on his place, some of his friends was from his neighborhood and one of them is in this school. Eren has a lot of kids the same on his age on his place, but sadly all of them didn't notice his presence, he remember he tried to talk to them but he only got their glared as the response. And ever since that he never spoke to everyone around his place. 

 

It must be easy for Armin to get many friends, even though he's sometimes shy and nervous, he got more courage to speak than him. Just hearing they way he speak makes him feel jealous. He's also pretty smart, it's obvious with him carrying books around on his hand. Armin also said that because of that he used to get bullied but got saved by a girl that is now his friends, Armin told him that she is strong than any boys and also brave. 

 

Eren didn't focused on him talking about the girl, he only focusing at Armin also getting bullied but got saved by someone. Back then he got a lot of bullying and mocking, but never ever in his life he saw someone protect him from the bully, but Armin got saved by at least someone. It made him think that... 

 

Those who the lowest, are useless to be protect off, just like him. It's not fair just because he never do something that interested people he got treated like that, Armin is smart and seems easily to talk with, he only got bullied because they're jealous and that's all about it. But did he hate Armin? Of course not, he hated how unfair some people in this world are. They only be friend with someone whether is because their skilled, smart, fun, or anything that made them interested. Eren don't know what is his thoughts on being friends with someone like him, he is weird and all that, if someday he show him about his secret, would he run from me...? Got scared and all of that. He wished he didn't but for keeping his friendship good, he had no choice but to not tell him about his weird phenomenal ability. 

 

'this will be hard, what a painful thing' Eren letting out his breath in tiredness. 

 

After the class finished, Eren and Armin pack their bags and get out from the class. But before that, Armin have to meet the girl first, he said that he always go home with her together since they're in the same place. Armin and Eren wait on the school gate to meet up with the girl, while waiting Eren looked around to see lot's of kids running and playing each other on the mini playground. It's good that this was a good news for him, he got a new friend and also talked each other, something that he hadn't doing for so long. 

 

"Today is the good start isn't it?" Armin said, Eren stared at Armin with confuse face. 

 

"What do you mean?" Eren asked. 

 

"I mean meeting lot's of friend and also you, the teacher is also nice and kind!" Armin said, Eren laughed at Armin's innocence. 

 

"Well yeah that's because we we're in elementary school, we also in first grade so it's obvious the teacher is nice to us." Eren said. 

 

A few minutes later, Armin saw someone he has been waiting for and called her to come here, Eren notice Armin calling for someone and turn his head to see who it was, 

 

"Mikasa there you are, what took you so long?" Armin asked to the girl named Mikasa. Eren look at the girl, the girl had a long black hair with a red scarf around her neck and a white long dress. 

 

"I'm sorry, the teacher called me to helped them bought some stack of paper, I hope I wasn't took that long..." Mikasa said with an apologetic look. 

 

"That's alright, it actually only took a few minutes before you come here. Now let me introduce you to my new friend that I just met in class!" Mikasa look towards the brunette that has been on the blond side for so long. Eren look at her emotionless face, somehow makes him can't read her mind at all wish that blank face. 

 

"Mikasa this is Eren, and Eren this is Mikasa." Armin Introduced Mikasa and Eren who stand there looking each other. 

 

"Nice to meet you Eren, I see that Armin got another friend in here, I hope we can get a long together." Mikasa said, Eren awkwardly accept her response and thanked to her. It gives him chills at how Mikasa stared at him, the way she look towards him with those black eyes, all reminded him with Levi. It took him for a second to see the one in front of him was not Mikasa but Levi. He never know that he just meet with a gender bend version of Levi, but even though she looked like Levi, it's still different compared to him. He sure believe that there is no one the same as Levi, no matter how similar the person he meet, it's still a different person, so why did he have to be so nervous at the black haired girl? 

 

After that they all started to walk together in comfortable silence, but it all ends with Eren have to get separate as soon he go to his place. Armin and Mikasa are different place with Eren, so no matter how comfortable their chat, he still have to get separated from them. 

 

"I'm home!" Eren said as he got home from school, he didn't hear any response but he choose to shrugged off and go to his bedroom. 

 

As he walks into his bedroom, he accidentally stepped on a piece of envelope, Eren don't remember anyone sending him any mails today so he was shocked about how the envelope got in here. With no long thoughts about what just going on, Eren grabbed the dirty envelope and get inside his room. 

 

Eren throw his bag on to his bed and quickly opens the envelope, the envelope opened and inside there is a piece of paper with weird gibberish word contained inside. He don't understand what it said but there's bunch of them. Some of them has something drawn into the paper, but he can't really tell on what the drawing is. 

 

Among the gibberish paper and weird drawings, he finally found something with writing he could read of, it was kinda hard at first because of the strange handwriting. 

 

"Don't you ever dare leave me." Said what's inside the paper, Eren narrowed his eyebrows at the message, he don't understand what the person talking about but he will know it soon enough. Eren with nothing to think off put all the envelope in his dresser, he also put the gibberish paper inside instead of throwing it. Who knows that something that looks useless tend to be useful for him. 

 

Eren then doing his daily chores and lay down to the bed, taking a deep breath as he closed his eyes. Waiting another dream that is taking him in. 

 

Warm, so warm. The feeling's that Eren currently feel, even if he sleep in the cold air of night, there is the feeling of warmth that he couldn't tell. Strange, he never felt it for his past life but it somehow memorable, yet also peaceful. 

 

How long has he been felt something life that? His child brain is too blurry to remember, the feeling of happiness, he missed those feeling...A warming feeling coming from someone. He remember the feeling if getting hugged by someone, was it his mother? Or his father? He doesn't know, after they're gone everything went cold. No matter how much he getting used to it, he always remember that there's no one in the house. He remember he accidentally made a couple of sandwich, but after putting it in the table, he realized that he is the only one in the house. So why did he just made 2 sandwiches if he was alone now? 

 

He is also saw his parent but after he walk towards them, their suddenly turned into a dust. Eren wished that be at least have a brother or sister, he don't care if he was older or younger, if someday he isn't the only one that's born, he will never lived alone like this. Hearing someone rambling about their irritating brother or sister in class and saying that they wished they never had a brother or sister, or perhaps talking about their mom or dad makes him think that they don't know how living alone really feels like, no matter how comfortable you live alone, you will stay alone. 

 

The memories makes him wanting to cry, but sadly he forgot how to do it. 

 

Talk about parents, he don't know how his father doing, he knows that his mother is died but what about his father? Eren never meet his father, not even a single glance. He wants to talk about father to his mother, but he forgot about it. He tried to find any picture of his father but it was nowhere to be found, Eren just gives up after that and pretend his father is also dead just like his mother. 

 

With the lots of mixing feelings, Eren now felt quite happy that he currently remember the moments he have never been doing before...

Sorry if it's short to you, I hope you guys still like the chapter I have been working hard on.

Btw I didn't mean to make Eren a sad emo boy 😭 I just want to make the chapter quite emotional if you know what I mean, also I make Armin got saved my Mikasa instead of Eren, I actually want to make just like the original (where Armin got saved by Eren) but I choose to make Armin got saved by Mikasa because I feel like I want to make it slight different(?)

I'm telling you this will be the most slow burn ever, I don't even know what chapter Levi would appeared. This fanfic is mostly talk about Eren life from start to finish (it sure be going to get a lot of timeskip but I will tried to make it slight faster.

Chapter 5: HOLYDEATH

Summary:

Someone send a gift and a new friend coming to him, I wonder who? 🤔🤔

HEYYY CHAPTER 5 IS UP ALSO IT'S ALMOST HELLOWEEN SO I'M ADDING SPICY STUFF FOR THIS CHAPTER (not smut alright but something 🤩🤩)

Anyways sorry for the long wait, here it is and I hope you like it :DD

 

A few years had passed, Eren, Armin, and Mikasa have gotten more talks ever since Eren became friends with them. They're now turn grade 6th, It was hard at first, but looking at now he had a proud feeling of it. Recently Eren and his friends had talked about what they should do at Saturday, the teacher didn't give any homework this week (which is glad considered of how long Eren prayed for no homework) 

 

"How about we go to the mall? Friend always spend their time to the mall??" Eren said, he remember a lot of girls and boys hanging out more in the mall, more popular than hanging around the park or cafe. 

 

"That would be a great idea, but shouldn't we have to bring our parents for that?" Armin said, Eren forgot that they have parents, do everyone have to send info to their parents what currently they're doing?? Stupid question I know. 

 

"Parents? Of course not, we are going together!!" Eren said, Armin and Mikasa seemed to be thinking about the idea, sure it was dangerous to go alone without parent supervision. He remember the time when he used to get shaken up for going to any public places alone. At his age, he would have to survive from bad people alone. 

 

"But how are we going to do if we get kidnapped?! I don't want to get chased by the bad guy!!" Armin shivered, while Mikasa is well... Chill about it. Atleast Eren didn't have to hear whining coming from both of his friends. 

 

"If we get kidnapped, then we died together duh." Mikasa rolled her eyes, she has a point. Armin stayed silent, he finally defeated and let his fear out. Now Eren felt bad at him. 

 

"Look, let's just hoped to God that we didn't get kidnapped or anything negative when we go there ok?" We all agreed, but that is not for Eren who knows something's bad happened, not from Mikasa or Armin but himself. This led him feeling uneasiness as soon he got home, he had tried to do some chores like cleaning or studying to keep him down, but those weird feel keep popping up. 

 

As soon he work his daily chores, a knock sound coming from the door. Eren stopped and look towards the door, he took time to think if he ever buy something or invite any friends over, but those two options had already debunked. Eren slowly walk to the door, his shaky hands holding the grip and opens it as he closed his eyes. 

 

As soon he opens it, he look in front to see no one, but he look down to see a strange box. It had no senders of who giving him this box, who let the box here, is this a coincidence? It sure the senders give the box to the wrong door.

 

So Eren took the box and closed the door, he put the box on the table, Eren seriously curious about what's inside the box, he know it's not a nice thing to open people's box without them knowing but it's to make sure right? 

 

"I'm sure the senders don't mind, I'll just have to apologize to them as they come here." Simple thing to say for him, but he's still a child and it's obvious children always curious about somethings. 

 

Eren took a cutter and cut the tape that close shut on the box, after the box open Eren open it widely to see what's inside, there is a lot of paper covered the inside so he have to take the papers out until he could see clearly. It weird the paper had this red paint on it and dirty too like it came out from the dirt or some sort.

 

The inside of the box was.... What Eren didn't expect to be, how could a person send something like this to someone? He couldn't tell what is was and how he describe it. 

 

It was a jar, not too big but also not too small either, the inside was a flower, a pretty flower Eren could stared for the past few days. The bright soft pink shine bright in the jar. He felt dissapointed if this beautiful flower wasn't for him, he want to keep it so bad. Eren loves flower so much, they're pretty, beautiful, and everything. 

 

Other thing inside the box are bracelets, the bracelet are decorate with black base with gold line drawn on it, there is also a weird snapped charm that Eren couldn't understand what it is. It's creepy but pretty to look at, just like the flower jar. 

 

The bottom of the jar has another of the dark red paint, literally a lot of paint in the box, thankfully it had already dried out. Another one in the box was a letter that the senders took time to decorate the letter, there's a print of flowers, birds, and flowers, on the envelope. Eren had never seen any of this before, usually envelopes are either white or yellow, but this one has patterns decorated. 

 

 

Inside are just tiny piece of paper that read, 

 

"A gift for you, i hope you like it Eren :)"  

 

That's what it said, the texts is red just like the red paint he just saw on the box, another that confused him is the fact that there is someone who knows him, the unknown senders must have  not be mistaken. It would be funny if there is someone with the name "Eren" Other than him in here but it's obviously impossible. 

 

"When could I even get any rest with this stuff..." Eren had enough with all shits he has been getting on, he wants to scream in anger and punch stuff around his bedroom from how much stressed he got. 

 

About the flower jar and the bracelet, Eren put the flower jar on the side of his window, it's pretty to looked at how the flower shining brightly in the moon, would have also been better with the sun. And the bracelets, Eren didn't know if he should wear it to school or not, the school didn't have any rules to not wear any accessories for now but the school didn't allow wear any real gold or any material that has a high chance of stealing. 

 

Eren looked at the bracelet, if someone wants to steal a bracelets like this? I mean, it wasn't shiny or anything so it would be fine if he wear it right?? He hoped so. 

 

After that he started to yawn and go to bed to get a sleep...

 

Next day, Eren going out with bracelets that he got yesterday. Eren is the person that bored easily, he can't stay inside the house for too long when he have nothing to do about it, he hates wasting his precious holiday which lead him to nothingness. 

 

While Eren walks, he sense of someone watching him from afar. It's been a year he had been watched, he thought that after many years had passed the stranger is going to ignore him. Eren had no thoughts about the person, he actually doesn't care, at least he doesn't alone while walking. Even thought Eren think this person is going to be their next killing target, he don't feel scared, what else he has been living here for? His mother died, his only friend leave him, waiting two of his friends leaving him in the future. 

 

"Woof!" Eren stopped as he hears a pup sound, he look down to see a poor tiny pup inside the box, the puppy was dirty from dirt and stuff. Eren looked at the puppy in awe, is it really okay if he take it? 

 

Eren doesn't have parents to ruled him anymore... So that should be alright. 

 

"Don't worry pup, you will save with me." Eren softly smile as he hold the fluffy white puppy onto his arms.

 

"It's getting dark now, let's go to our home shall we?" The puppy barks back at him, he laughed and starts to go back home.

 

Eren didn't realize that he was still being watched by that person, following him until he arrived at home safely. 

 

Before go home, Eren went to a pet shop to buy some dog food, he didn't forget to ask what dog food that best for the puppy. 

 

After he's arrived, Eren grab a plate and pour dog food on the plate, Eren could see the puppy tail wagging excitedly, he felt so bad how the puppy must haven't eaten anything. 

 

Don't forget the water of course, Eren pour the water to the tiny bowl next to the food. 

 

"Done! You can eat now." Eren said, the puppy didn't hesitate to eat after waiting for quite long. As Eren watched the puppy eating, he starting to think a name that suit bed for him. (yes apparently the puppy was a male)

 

"Let's see... What should I name you." The puppy looked at Eren,questioning what he is thinking about. 

 

Suddenly a flashed memory of Levi coming inside his head, Levi.... 

 

Levi... Elvi...Wait that's it!! 

 

"Elvis, your name is Elvis. From now on you will be staying with me and I take care for you okay... Friend?" The puppy barks happily at the name the owner got him. 

 

After that, Eren grab the puppy with both of his hand and started to put the puppy's head to him, sharing their now love together.

.. 

 

"Elvis huh? You must have be missed me that much Eren..." Said the anymous person, the person watching Eren on the monitors, monitors that all fully covered up the wall from his house, school, his friends house, etc all the place Eren visit fully monitored. 

 

It's been so long, a year even. He had been leaving the poor boy alone, he can't resist the dream of Eren crying begging him not to leave him alone, it hurts him. So hurt that he have to watched him to keep him save, which lead him to an obsession. 

 

Eren had grown up so much, he's still cute as ever, he can't wait to meet him when he's old enough... Old enough to keep him in his arm's forever without being like a creep. 

 

Right now, it's the best for him to keep waiting and waiting, he don't want to scared the poor boy alone when he meet him, he also don't want to be a disgusting predator. And he is sure can't resist if he stay close to him. 

 

He is also glad that the boy loves the gift he send to his house, the pretty flower in the glass and bracelets. They're all pretty just like him, and the stuff he just send is sure not cheap, there's no way he going to send cheap stuff to the boy that is more worth than the stuff. 

 

"You still watching that kid?" Another person said, the anymous didn't look at the person, still watching Eren playing with his puppy as if nothing happened. 

 

"What? Is it a problem for you?" The person shook his head. 

 

"I'm afraid it's not, but shouldn't you getting bored waiting him for another year until that kid turn legal." The anymous laughed at what the person said. 

 

"Why would I bored? I don't care for how long I have watched him, monitored him, sending him gift, and killing someone that make Eren uncomfortable. All that is an exchange for me for leaving him alone in the darkness." He said, the person didn't respond putting up the word back inside him. 

 

"I see... Now, I didn't mean to interrupted you but there is someone waiting for you." The person said. 

 

The anymous eyes squinted, "Tch, I know what you're talking about. Send that fucker away, I'm not in the mood to see him." How dare that ugly old face trying to make him, talking shit about shaddy boring bussiness as he leave the most important thing to monitored Eren. 

 

"I apologize but I can't, he said that it's a really important thing to talk about." The person said, he then walks away. Leaving the anymous who is in a headache. 

 

"That shitty thing again, what's so important about that mission anyway?!" The anymous grumbled, he then look again at the monitor, Eren right now is peacefully doing his chores, he then felt calm again, all the anger he just let has suddenly gone. Everything he do always makes him feel better, this is why he stalk him, no matter how tired he was, how angry he was, everything goes away by looking at Eren.

 

The anymous look at the picture in his hands, the picture he take with Eren, a glamorous memory he spend time with him for now. He will take a picture with him again when the time comes. 

 

"I hope you're not mad at me when we meet again, otherwise I'll be sad..." The anymous said in whiny tone. 

 

Well I think it's time for him to leave the monitor room, otherwise that fucker will drag him to the place, he hates getting dirty floor on his freshly washed clothes. 

 

As he leaves he didn't forget to kissed at the picture he's still holding. 

 

"Goodnight Eren, I hope you have a good dream." Levi whispered and get out, leaving the monitor room.

Chapter 6: ANGEL TEARS

Summary:

Eren, Armin, and Mikasa are having an secret investigation inside the school, i wonder what it is? Read it to find out

Notes:

I actually dumped this chapter and spend a lot of holiday too much that I forgot to continue this, I'm really apologize, I have bunch of shit projects to do and no time at all to continue. But now I have little bit of empty time I could fill in for this chapter.

 

The school has ended, except the time is pretty short than what we used to, usually, the time is from morning to afternoon, but now the school has ended at noon. (lucky day right?!) The teacher has also been very busy lately, don't know what are they doing but I just shrug it off. I waited for Armin to grab his bag as we go to Mikasa's class, right after we arrived Mikasa just get out of the class. 

 

"Hey, been waiting for me?" Mikasa said, she then joined us to walk. 

 

"Not really, we just got out of the class." Armin then continued, "I wonder what's going on... Weirdly, the teacher didn't tell us the reason, don't you think so?" Armin tilted his head at me. 

 

"Hmm... Yeah, you're right, but it could be school business that we kids wouldn't understand." Eren said, Armin, looked at Eren with a slightly offended face. 

 

"Hey! We are not kids anymore, we even going to turn into middle schoolers for a few months." Armin said, but then suddenly a light bulb lit up on top of his head. 

 

"That's it!" Armin got an idea and then glance at Eren and Mikasa, with a serious fave that made Eren feel uncomfortable. 

 

'That serious face... Oh no, why do I feel like I don't want to know this idea.' Before he could process the sudden feeling, Armin's voice interrupt him. 

 

"Mikasa, Eren. What if we go back to school and investigate it?" Armin said as he dramatically pull up his classes like a genius detective that he had always read inside the class. Eren can only deadpan at his crazy idea. 

 

'Investigate...? Is he serious?!' Eren look at Mikasa, she just look at Armin in silence, but he knew from the inside she was also shocked too. 

 

"Armin what the hell?! Are you crazy??" Eren frantically said. Mikasa nodded at Eren's response in agreement. 

 

"What? Weirdly, the school didn't tell us why they made us go away from school. It could be something that we should not see!" Armin said, Eren then continued. 

 

"And they did the right thing, you seriously need to keep your curious feeling away from it," Eren said.

 

"I agreed with Eren, if they found us we get into trouble,  it's better if we leave alone," Mikasa said, Armin, frown for a second then go back to his usual self.

 

"You guys are too scared, geez why don't you both act like brave teenagers? Oh! Or are you guys scared?" Armin smirked at Eren and Mikasa, Eren didn't take any reaction to Armin's words, and neither did Mikasa who keep her straightened face. 

 

"Hahh…fine, let’s go Mikasa.” Eren said to Mikasa, she looked at Eren with “are you serious?” face.

 

“Are you sure Eren? We might get in trouble for this…” Mikasa said.

 

“I know but we can’t get Armin in trouble too, and besides that, I’m kind of bored at home.” Eren said, I mean who wouldn’t, go home, shower, talking shit to doll, eat, do homework, and then sleep. It’s always like that and now he has something to do besides home.

 

“Alright, if you say so…” Mikasa said, her face might seems like she has no emotion but the more you look deep into her black eyes, you could see the nervous on her.

 

After all students left, the trio sneakily walks back inside the school gate; they also tried to not get caught by the security camera. Walking closely in the hallway, Eren sense something that creep him out, he couldn’t tell what it was. While looking at the Armin and Mikasa, they look like they didn’t feel anything at all. Armin who still excited on what the secret is, and Mikasa who tried her best to keep her composure down. Oh did he even take his pills? The answer is no, god why he always forget it. Eren hoped this won’t be too long or else he goes insane with the hallucination.

 

As we walked, Armin hears someone walking towards the hallway, leaving Armin stop walking.

 

“Guys, someone’s walking towards here, hurry up and hide!” Armin said, luckily there’s a lot of locker to hide, Eren then goes straight up inside the locker and close it, leaving him in the darkness and hint of the light from the straight line that he could peeped.

 

A sound of footstep heard throughout the hallway, Eren saw 2 people, one is a male with dark brown hair and mocha eyes, and the other one is a beautiful woman with long soft blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Eren couldn’t tell if they are teachers or not, he never meet them ever since he’s in this elementary school. Then the sound of footstep suddenly stopped.

 

The male looked at the girl confused, the woman then turn face to face with him.

 

“What’s wrong? Do you missing something?” The male said, the woman shook her head, Eren could see how the woman’s hand fidgeted as cold sweat covering her hand.

 

“Do you not scared about what happened?” The woman said, the male then realize what she is talking about, he then sighed.

 

“Are you stopped your walk just to say that?” The male then asked back.

 

The woman didn’t seem to get offend, but the male one, Eren couldn’t quite understand what happened but the male face didn’t seem to have any sadness on it, as if he didn’t care and keep chill.

 

The woman then speak again “Hey, what should we do? Should we tell other students?” Her face is pale as if she is about to pass out.

 

The male again didn’t react to what she said, “I don’t think it’s appropriate to tell the innocent children about the incident. We must keep our mouth shut; after all, that’s what out head master ordered.” Eren froze as he heard the word “Incident”, don’t tell me someone is death?! He tried to calm himself by inhale and exhale his breath; he doesn’t take the pills with him that would make him calmed down.

 

“I know…poor her, she’s just got in here and now she has to die in this horrible mess, I even just friends with her.”  She said.

 

“We all do, not even that she’s children favorite teacher but also every staff in this school. Poor her soul, I hope that she’s rest in peace in there without all of that horrible luck.” He said.

 

Eren keep staring at the two teachers talking each other while they’re walking, a faint breathing coming from his mouth, it feels tight inside this damn locker, how long do he have to wait from this tight space. And that is until he sees someone other than the teachers. The familiar presence of shadow, the feeling of dread inside of him, and also glowing red eyes staring daggers at him made him realized who it was. It was none other than him.

 

“H-how did you get in here?” Eren whispered, trying not to let anyone around him hear him talking (including Armin and Mikasa). The shadow suddenly forms into a person, the form is not changes but what changed is the shape, he then turn into a shadow version of Eren. The shadow of Eren just smiled as he looks at him funny.

 

“What kind of question is that? I am coming from inside of you, your mind, your vision, your heart, and your soul. You think you could escape me after getting out back to reality? No.” He said, Eren gritted his teeth, seriously? Why does he have to be here…Why does he keep getting me in the way, why can’t he just leave him alone?! Are you telling me that this shadow has been inside of me since forever?

 

“How long have you been inside of me?” Eren said, the shadow still smiling at him while he then speaks with such sarcastic tone.

 

“Since that father of your give his sperm to your mother of course, duh what else could it be?” Seriously this person makes him want to punch him with that stupid sarcasm, he isn’t wrong about that but it made him irritate so much.

 

 Eren is about to talk when the shadow continues, “Oh yeah, talk about your father, did you know that hes still alive?” That question had him froze, his father….alive?

 

“How come he is alive? If he is alive then he should have stayed with me!!” The shadow laughed at the stupid response.

 

“Ohhh Eren, you look adult outside but you still have a child mind. Well guess what? He doesn’t care about you, simple it is.” The shadow said.

 

“After your mother’s death, your father cowardly ran away into a different town and lives happily in there, with his new wife and newborn baby peacefully. But look at you, all inside of your death mother house alone with your own hallucination and loneliness, how sad is that of you.”

 

“Your friend all have complete family, Mikasa and Armin, they all still have mom and dad who live just like your father. Making you the poorest being in the world with no one else taking care of you.” Eren can’t take the pressure this shadow has told him, he doesn’t know what to feel about his father, is he sad, angry, or happy? Eren still connecting what the shadow has said as he didn’t realize the wet tear coming from his eyes.

 

Has he been shamefull to father? What did he do? Is what the shadow said true? Is his father live happily with new wives and new replacement of him? I wonder how it feels like, I wonder if mother didn’t died he could be living the same as Armin and Mikasa?

 

“….Shut up and leave me alone.” Eren said in low tone, the shadow did nothing but mock at him.

 

“Then come home and got talk with that hallucination of your, or should I said your “plushie friend”?”  The anger pilled inside of him cracked open.

 

“…Shut up!” Eren repeat his words, but the shadow ignored him.

 

“It’s that blonde’s fault you got into this mess, he deserved to be death like that new teacher don’t you think?”

 

“SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!!!!” Eren raised his voice, almost screaming but he didn’t care, he want that stupid shadow leave him alone , he don’t care if they hear him, he want him to leave him ALONE. As he screamed his vision turned messy and feel wobbly, he then fell down after the locker opened. A faint voice of what could’ve been his friend calling him, but everything turned black.

 

A few minutes later has passed, Eren opened his eyes hazily but stopped when he felt the sting of slap on his cheek.

 

SLAP!!

 

“Ouch!!” Eren came back to his sense thanks to whoever slapped him, he looked up to see Armin in front of him with Mikasa behind him, his expression is panic with bullets of cold sweat on his forehead.

 

“EREN THANK GOD, ARE YOU OKAY?!! We heard you screaming and fell down to the floor; we are so worried about you.” Armin said, Eren looked around and let out his breath in relief.

 

‘Finally hes gone…’

 

“I-I’m fine, I am sorry to make you guys worried. It’s just a nightmare; I haven’t got much sleep yesterday so yeah.” He closed his eyes as he can’t help but think that shadow person in his mind.

 

“Are you sure Eren?” Mikasa questioned, same thing she said in the beginning.

 

“I told you I’m fine! Let’s just continue this case and then get home.” Eren tries to stand up and carefully walking on the hallway following by Armin and Mikasa.

 

“Hey do you think he’s fine? Do you think we should take him home after this?” Armin whispered to Mikasa, Mikasa stared quietly at Eren that is walking in front of her.

 

“…I don’t know..I’ve never seen him like this before, I just know that he definitely not okay.” Mikasa said.

 

“I see…” Armin said, it’s his fault that make Eren turn like this, he shouldn’t have dragged Eren into this problem, now hearing that there is a killing incident, he don’t know if he wants to go further. But the deductive mind of his has taken over him and now he can’t go back leaving them alone.

 

Moving on to Eren, he really curious to see what’s going on hearing the incident the teachers has talked about in this school, he wants to see the dead body, right in front of his eyes.

 

It’s weird but he can’t help it, the strange feeling pooling inside of his body, a feeling that makes him want to smile widely like a crazy person.

 

Then he smells something, something rotten, something that a child like him gagged at the sickening smell.

 

“Ugh what was that smell, its smell so bad!!?” Armin said.

 

“Yeah should we check it out?” Mikasa said.

 

‘But where is the smell comes from?” Armin said, he looked at Eren trying to follow the smell as he slowly walked to the hall.

 

‘This sickening smell must have in here somewhere, but which room?’ Eren thought.

 

While searching the smell. Eren felt a tap on his shoulder, it was Mikasa. She lends him something as she has that worried face, a charm?

 

“What’s this?” Eren questioned, he looked at the green four clover charm drawing on it.

 

“It’s a charm, to make you feel better…” She cover half of her face with her soft red scarf, a hint of blush added on her pale cheek.

 

Eren don’t know what should he say, he tried to move his lips all the words that coming out are nothing he don’t know anything on how to respond to her. But looking at the charm giving for the first time makes him happy, something that means he’s not alone anymore.

 

While Eren trying to say “Thank you” to her, a voice coming from Armin blocks them over.

 

“Eren,Mikasa! Look over here!!!” Armin shouted, his voice is frightened and shaky all of the sudden. He pointed towards the room with dirty old wooden door that hasn’t been changed for a long time.

 

“I think this is where the smell comes from…”Armin said, Eren tried to look at the tiny window on top of the old wooden door, but he was too short to reach.

 

“I can’t see I guess we have to force the door open since no one is alone since no one is around and…” Eren looked at the area where they stand.

 

“There is no camera around here so it’s safe even if we break them.” Eren said.

 

With the feeling of brave he tried to keep hold, he opens the door forcefully by kicking the door; it’s easily to break since the door is old. Right after the door breaks open, they all greeted by the heavily rotten smell, and freezing cold air that makes their skin shudder. Eren and the other pinch their nose with their other hand until they could go inside the dark room.

 

Suddenly the light starts flickering and they all shocked at what they saw, including Eren.

 

“W-W-What on earth is this?! Is this really a person that is doing it?”

 

“So this is where the source of smell coming.”

 

“I expect it to be a dead body, but I didn’t think there is a extra to it.”

 

What is in front of them is a dead corpse, showered with fresh blood coming from the new teachers body, her eyes opened with no color on her eyes, the beautiful teacher now turned into a ugly messed up corpse. The blood is also everywhere in the room, bunch of candles, and a wings drawn behind her with halo on it, all of them drawn with what it seems to be her blood.

 

Eren feel amazed, his leg walks closer to the dead body by itself.

 

“Eren what are you doing?” Mikasa tried to grab his arm, preventing him to get closer, but she missed it.

 

Eren take a close look at her emotionless face, he then took an interest at the tears on her cheek, and the tears didn’t seem to dry out, it feels like she was recently crying.

 

“…” He feels like everything focused to her, the room now felt only him and the corpse. Eren can’t move his body, the only thing he could do is stare.

 

“H….e….l….p” The corpse suddenly speaks, Eren taken back at the corpse.

 

‘Shes….talking?’ Is it his imagination? Or is he hallucinating again?

 

“h..elp…u…s” she speak again, his body now fall down but still unable to move.

 

“S…a…v…e…u…s” His vision turns messy.

 

“Why…don’t…you…save…us? “ Erens head now starting to break apart. And the corpse body suddenly is about to crack, including her face.

 

“W…what are you talking about? I don’t even know you?” Finally he could speak with his horrible condition, he couldn’t take it anymore.

 

“WHYDONTYOUSAVEUS!!!!!!!” The corpse started to scream hysterically and her body now broken to piece likes a shattering glass.

 

With horrible condition, Eren couldn’t do anything but fainted in black.

Chapter 7: CREAMPUFF

Summary:

Eren wakes up in an hospital and after that he hangs out with Armin and Mikasa.

Can't believe it's been a year I haven't update this fic.

After the incident, Eren woke up from his conscious state. His eyes were flooded with bright lights with white walls and medical equipment everywhere making him realize that he was in the hospital, Eren tried to move but he felt something in his hand, an IV was stabbed in the back of his hand with clear liquid flowing towards the stabbed place.

 

Eren thought about the incident he had just experienced when he sneaked into school with Armin and Mikasa, what the angel said, and all the terrible things he saw. His mind then focused on Armin and Mikasa, he felt worried about their condition after the incident, what did they do when I fell unconscious?

 

And also his house pet, Elvis. He must still be waiting at the door with his empty stomach...

 

'After I get out of this hospital I will apologize to them' Eren thought in his heart.

 

While he was busy contemplating yesterday's incident, the sound of the door was heard from inside the room, Eren saw a nurse walking towards him.

 

"Hi Eren, how is your body today?" The nurse asked him in a soft voice. (maybe because he was still a child)

 

Eren was silent for a moment with the nurse's question before he answered, "My body is a little weak, how many days have I been here?"

 

The nurse looked at the paper in her hand, "You've been here for two days, right now your body still hasn't recovered so you still need to rest." She said. 

 

'I want to go home soon' Eren wanted to say to his nurse. 

 

The nurse then said again, "Fortunately there are no injuries on your body, it's just that your body is still weak due to the drowsiness from the IV in your hand. If your body has recovered the next day, you can go home." 

 

Eren could only nod, after thinking about it again his body still wanted to rest longer. 

 

But wait. 

 

Then who brought him here...? 

 

"Nurse, do you know who brought me here?" Was it Armin and Mikasa...? Or a teacher who was still at school? 

 

The nurse then answered, "A black-haired guy was wearing a hoodie who came to bring you, I don't know his name but he was the one who brought you here." Eren was silent when he heard the nurse's words. 

 

'Black hair and wearing a hoodie?' Did Eren know that person somewhere? No... he didn't know many people besides Armin and Mikasa, then who?

 

"I see..." Eren mumbled to his nurse, even though he didn't know the person who brought him in but he was sure it was just a stranger who happened to see him faint.

 

After some conversation while the nurse changed the IV in his hand, he left his room while carrying the IV that had just been removed.

 

When he returned to the room where the atmosphere was quiet again, he lay back down on the soft white pillow. He didn't know what to do other than lie down and hope he could meet Armin and Mikasa again.

 

Eren sighed as he tried to force himself to sleep.

 

...

 

The next day Eren was finally discharged from the hospital, even though he was allowed to leave the nurse told him to get more rest, eat nutritious food, exercise often blah blah blah which Eren didn't care about but just wanted to go home and maybe inform Armin and Mikasa that he had returned from the hospital.

 

Eren happily walked out of the hospital. When he went outside, a strong but cool wind blew at Eren, making him breathe the fresh air and stare at the bright morning scenery. 

 

When he went down the stairs he saw two figures with blonde and black hair staring at Eren silently. 

 

"E-Eren... Is that you?" Mikasa said silently, she almost dropped the basket filled with various fruits that they had originally brought to visit Eren. 

 

Eren tried to answer but was stopped when Armin quickly ran towards him and hugged Eren tightly, Armin cried non-stop while hugging Eren tightly. 

 

"THIS IS ALL MY FAULT! I shouldn't have told you and Mikasa to come along, because of me you were taken to the hospital..." Armin spoke loudly while tears streamed down his shoulders. Eren saw Mikasa following Armin towards him with a relieved face. 

 

"Since you were in the hospital, Armin hasn't stopped crying even to the point where he didn't come in because of a fever." Eren was shocked to hear that, Armin then released him from his embrace and looked at him with tears still flowing. 

 

"Armin..." Eren called him in a soft tone, then raised his right hand to the blonde's shoulder. 

 

"I'm sorry for making you worry, but none of this is your fault, I just fainted and it's not a big deal for me..." Eren said while trying to calm Armin down. 

 

"But-" Armin tried to avoid it but Eren cut him off. 

 

"There are no buts. As you can see I've recovered, and none of this is your fault period, and no comma!" 

 

"O-okay... But promise me that you'll take care of yourself." He said while wiping away the remaining tears with his shirt. 

 

"Yes, I promise" I answered with a smile. Mikasa then sighed in relief now that the situation had calmed down. 

 

"Where do you want to go after this Eren?" Mikasa asked, Eren Just shrugged at her questions. 

 

 "I'm not so sure, I'm just thinking about going home but what do you guys think?" Mikasa and Armin looked at each other for a while. 

 

"Well... I saw a cafe near this hospital, how about we enjoy it together?" Mikasa said while pointing in the direction where the cafe was, Armin nodded his head excitedly. 

 

"Good idea! What do you think Eren?" Armin and Mikasa turned to him. 

 

If he thinks about it, it's been a long time since he went to a cafe, the last time he went to a cafe was when he was with Levi, treating him to a cake that he didn't know the name of. That moment was also the first time he tasted sweet food, usually, he bought a lot of frozen food or instant noodles but not sweet food because the price was quite expensive and couldn't be made as everyday food. 

 

Thinking about Levi made his chest tight, how much he missed him, how disappointed he was, how upset he was thinking about the last moment with Levi. He knew he had to accept it but at the same time, he couldn't stop missing him. 

 

Levi must be 22 years old now... 

 

"Eren, Eren!" Eren's thoughts were then interrupted by Mikasa's voice looking at him with concern, I then came to my senses. 

 

"Oh sorry Mikasa, I must still be tired from the effects of the IV drip. Let's go to the cafe." Eren said. Mikasa was still worried, but she understood Eren's words. 

 

"After eating, get plenty of rest, we don't want you to get sick again," Mikasa said. 

 

I just smiled at Mikasa's words like a mother, "Noted!" I replied. 

 

"Then what are you waiting for?! Let's go to the cafe and enjoy this last moment before the exam starts." With enthusiasm, Armin held my and Mikasa's hands, without realizing Armin's crying had completely disappeared, we walked together to the cafe in a happy mood on this warm morning. 

 

While they were walking, Eren started asking them a few things. 

 

"What happened while I was unconscious?" Eren asked, Armin and Mikasa stopped at that moment. 

 

 "... At that time we had time to call the teacher to take you to the hospital but when we arrived you suddenly disappeared, until when we left school our teacher told us that he had just received a notification from the school email saying that you were in the hospital," Armin said to Eren. 

 

'So it was the guy wearing the hoodie who brought it...' Eren thought. 

 

"What about the body?" 

 

"The body is still in that room, but when you were in the hospital, the body had been taken to the hospital for an autopsy." Eren was silent at Mikasa's words, there were so many mysteries that he still didn't know. Not to mention the strange  hallucinations he experienced with the body. 

 

When the atmosphere became narrow and uncomfortable, Eren decided to change the topic. 

 

"So how did you guys deal with the teacher when the teacher found out that we were still at school? Did you get mad at the teacher?" Eren grinned at them. 

 

Armin huffed, "Close, we didn't get scolded or anything. Mikasa just told them that we forgot our stuff in school so we decided to come and get it, the teacher then understood but proceeded to tell us to be careful." Eren laughed at his answer. 

 

"Damn that sucks, thankfully the teacher didn't put any suspicion on us." 

 

"They might if we investigate it again," Mikasa said as she let out a sigh. 

 

The three of us then talked to each other without realizing we had arrived at the cafe, we stopped while looking at the 90's style cafe building. There were several seats outside the cafe with umbrellas so it was a bit cool while eating desserts. 

 

Above the cafe door was the writing "Paradis cafe" in solid black. 

 

The three of us entered the room, the bell rang as we entered. In the room it seemed that only a few people were sitting inside, it seemed because it was still early. 

 

"This Place is so cozy," Armin said, mesmerized by the interior design from the outside and inside of this cafe. With calm piano music playing in the background, a perfect place for people who want to spend their time reading or doing some work. 

 

Mikasa nodded as she looked around, "I know right? Can't believe a cafe like this exists in Paradis." 

 

Eren, Mikasa, and Armin sat on a table with four chairs. Mikasa then put the basket of fruit beside her then looked at some of the menus that had been provided on the table. 

 

"What do you guys want?" Mikasa's eyes focused on Armin and Eren. 

 

Armin looked at the one Mikasa was holding. Several types of cakes, heavy meals, snacks, and drinks were listed on the menu. 

 

"Hmm...I'm gonna pick brownies and croissants." Armin said. 

 

"And I'm gonna pick coffee," Mikasa said, me and Armin then let out a snicker at Mikasa. 

 

Mikasa frowned, "What? It's not wrong picking a coffee." She said. 

 

Eren giggled, "I know I know, but you looked like an adult that just got out of work." Armin nodded in agreement. 

 

Mikasa rolled out her eyes with a hint of red blush on her cheeks that Eren didn't recognize, "W-whatever what are you gonna pick now Eren?" Eren stopped as he then looked at the menu in front of him. 

 

'The cake that Levi treated me to that time, what's it called?' Eren thought about the cake he had tried, he tried to look at the name and each picture on the menu listed until his eyes stopped on a cake. 

 

"Hey Levi, do we have to eat in here...?" Eren said nervously as he just sat on a very expensive chair in a cafe that was not only luxurious but also expensive he stared at the gold layer on every wall in the middle of the brown paint that was expensive. Also, the floor was made of marble which made Eren afraid to set foot on it. 

 

"Hm? Of course." Levi said monotonously, the difference in status between Levi and Eren made him still surprised why he calmly invited him to a place like this. 

 

A few days before Levi left, he invited Eren to a place to eat together for the last time, at first Eren was very happy with Levi's invitation and on that day he only thought that he would invite him to a cheap place or not around the mall where the only place that Eren thought at that time was luxurious. 

 

Oh how wrong he was... 

 

After he was here, all his thoughts went blank. Not only his clothes that felt like a slum here. 

 

"But this place is too expensive Levi, How can I buy cake or other food?!" Eren said in panic when he saw the prices on each menu which all cost millions. 

 

Levi looked at Eren in confusion, "I'll treat you, choose the food you like." Choosing a luxurious place like this is a place for Eren who deserves to eat and drink, not in a dirty and bacteria-filled place where all the food contains preservatives. 

 

Eren initially refused his treat, but Levi insisted and kept telling him to order whatever he wanted. 

 

"Um... I don't know what food I want to choose, any suggestions?" Eren said while playing his fingers on the table, Levi looked at the menu. 

 

"How about Creampuff?" Levi said, Eren looked at Levi in ​​confusion. 

 

"Creampuff? What's that?" Eren asked. 

 

"You'll know when your order arrives" Levi then gave the order paper to a worker who was just in the middle of the two of them. 

 

After a few minutes passed, a woman came with two food and one drink on a tray. 

 

"Here's two creampuffs and one hot tea, enjoy your meal." He said then bowed his head before leaving. 

 

Eren stared at the creampuff on his table, he then took a bite out of it but then his eyes widened at the taste. 

 

"Oh wow, Levi this is so good!!" Eren then took another bite of it, licking the sweet cream that was inside of the bread. 

 

"I'm glad you like it," Levi said with a tiny smile plastered on his face while sipping a glass of hot tea. 

 

... 

 

The moment then ended when he finally knew what he wanted to choose. 

 

"Creampuff, I choose Creampuff," Eren said while staring intently at the menu. 

 

"Um...Alright then, creampuff it is" Mikasa was surprised by Eren's expression that seemed sad about something but she didn't say anything. Mikasa stood up from her seat to give her order and pay for everything to the cashier. 

 

While Mikasa was at the cashier, Armin looked at Eren, "Are you okay? You looked sad for some reason." Armin said. 

 

"Nothing, I was just reflecting on the memory of the time I ate creampuff with my childhood friend for the last time before he moved." Eren smiled. 

 

"I see, too bad that he moved in," Armin said. 

 

"Yeah, it honestly sucks but he has no choice but to move in." 

 

As he and Eren having a small talk, Mikasa walked in with the tray on both of her hands. All of the foods and drinks that they ordered are now set on their table. 

 

"Wow, this looks so good! I can't wait to try it." Armin exclaimed as he stared at the delicious brownies and croissants on his plate. 

 

"For the price that's affordable, it's good." Mikasa agreed as she took a couple of sips of her coffee. 

 

Looking at them already having their time with their food and drinks, Eren took a bite of the creampuff. He took it with delight as the sweet creamy taste of soft bread combined in his mouth. 

 

'Mikasa and Armin were right, this is good as hell' They then enjoyed their time eating until it started at noon and they all went back to their home. 

 

And so my middle school life begins...

Notes:

There's actually a lot of stuff that I wanted to write in this chapter but I feel like it's too early for that.

Also I know that it's so goddamn long for the main plot to begin but please bear with the slow burn of Eren walkthrough ;-;

I'm planning on making the next 2 chapter of Eren life in middle school and then 1 chapter of him in high school (I'm still debating if I should make it only 1 chapter since high school timeskip is always filled with more plot and fun but we'll see :D)
