Work Text:

Tweek’s day was going fairly good. It was going great in fact.

His good mood he admittedly had to say was due to the fact he stayed over at Craig’s house the other night.

Staying over at his boyfriends house was always a breathe of fresh air for Tweek. He and Craig would play video games until their eyes burned or they would end up being forced to play house with Tricia. Tweek didn’t mind playing with Tricia. He would actually say he enjoys it despite the glares Craig would give him for even suggesting such a thing.

During the sleepover Tricia made the boys play house leading to Craig having a face full of makeup. Tricia insisted Craig be the mom because he was “such a good sibling” to her and a good caretaker for Stripe. But the evil smirk on her face suggested she just wanted to see Craig with a face full of makeup.

“There is no way I am letting you put makeup on my face.” Craig scoffed at his sister.

“You have to! How can we play house without it!” Tricia whined.

“It’ll be the same just without makeup on my face!” Craig retaliated.

“You’re such a baby! Tweek, help me out here!” the ginger girl pleaded with such big puppy dog eyes it was impossible for Tweek to say no.

Reluctantly Tweek sighed, “I don’t know man, I think you should just let her do your makeup.”

Craig looked at Tweek with eyes of betrayal,
“And here I thought you were my boyfriend.”

“Don’t be like that! The faster you put on the makeup the faster we get this over with, you know?” Tweek put his very valid point across.

Him siding with Tricia had nothing to do with the fact he secretly wanted to see how funny the stoic boy would look with makeup. Not at all.

That’s what he insisted on to Craig anyways.

Craig after a good 15 minutes of convincing and begging let up deciding his pride was not worth his parents finding out he scratched the car.

He was sure no one found out about it! How did Tricia find out she was at a friends house when it happened? Craig was really starting to think his sister was secretly the devil.

“C’mon Tweek, help me put makeup on him.” Tricia insisted to the blonde boy.

Tweek’s eye twitched with anxiety “Oh, ack! I’ve never used makeup before it wouldn’t look so good.” He frowned.

Tricia grinned that evil slimy one she did that always made Craig’s blood go cold.

“That’s what I was hoping for.”

Doing makeup was very hard the blonde had to admit. He actually had a new found respect for girls and people who did makeup. He had ended up poking Craig in the eye he was sure more than a few times working with the eyeshadow but Craig just brushed it off. If it was anyone else the blonde was sure Craig would’ve punched them by now.

Tweek also did not know how to match and blend colors so he just chose whatever color seemed right. He ended up just doing sloppy blue eye shadow because he always saw Craig wear blue and that matched, right?

Tricia didn’t seem any better. And Tweek was half-sure she was choosing the worst colors on purpose. Apparently, Craig’s breaking point was when she was about to put this gooey green lipgloss on his lips because he gave the ginger a chilly scowl which made her slowly put the lipgloss back.

Tweek was sort of relieved at the noirettes choice. He was confident that green gloss was radioactive or at least expired.

After 20 minutes of practically just painting the stoic boys face had Tricia finally decided he looked perfect.

And if awful was what she was going for she sure did nail it!

The poor boys face seemed like someone had just drawn over it with marker and threw glitter on it. There was so much color blended on his eyes when they mixed it made a brown color and the blush was so red he looked like he was having an allergic reaction. The clear mascara that Tricia did (which Tweek freaked out about thinking it would poke his eyeball out or make the noirette blind) was layered on so much it looked like they just put vaseline on his lashes.

Tweek wasn’t an expert in makeup but this just didn’t look right.

“Well?” the noirette asked looking up at the two people who were just doing his makeup.

Tricia went into a fit of giggles which had her on the floor gasping for air.

Craig flipped her off and growled at her “You little bitch.”

Tweek had to hold back his own laugher but it was certainly bubbling up seeing the boy try to intimidate his sister with the atrocities on his face.

Craig picked up the mirror on his sisters plastic vanity and grimaced at the sight.

“You guys are assholes.” He gave icy glares to both the makeup artist.

Tweek couldn’t hold back anymore. The makeup times the glare was just too much and he ascended into a fit of giggles just like the ginger.

Expect this time it led to the noirette calling him a dick and attacked the blonde with tickling because he knew how Tweek hated it. Tweek squealed with more giggles from the tickling and begged the noirette to let him go but Craig wasn’t done taking his revenge.

The torture finally stopped when both the boys heard a camera snap noise.

They turned around to see Tricia with a camera out giggling at the two. “I have to show this to Clyde.”

Ah yes, Clyde. Tricia’s favorite of Craig’s friends. Craig likes to think it’s because they have the same amount of brain cells. Near to none.

“You show that to Clyde, I’ll kill you.” Craig huffed grabbing the photo and putting it high in the air with his arm. Tricia put up a hell of a fight scratching at Craigs back and jumping as high as she could. Her height was usually her downfall in their fights. Craig just slammed the gingers face out of the way and continued to crumble the photo and shoving it in his pocket.

This led to the noirette being kicked out of his sisters room. The girl insisted that Tweek could stay but the blonde just gave her an apologetic look and followed the noirette.

“You don’t have to be so mean to her, Craig.” Tweek tried defending the ginger.

Craig only shrugged, “She deserves it. Plus, no way is anyone going to see me with this on my face.” Craig grimaced remembering his reflection.

Tweek just chuckled at this and couldn’t argue anymore.

Unsurprisingly, Tweek had actually ended up sleeping that night. For some reason Tweek would sleep much better at Craig’s house than his own. It was something he figured the first time was just a fluke but it happened without fail, every time he’d sleep at the Tucker household.

Craig had tried to rationalize it by saying maybe it was the mattress on Craig’s bed but he secretly hoped that Tweek slept better because he was there.

That was pretty gay, though.

Another thing that Tweek had learned from his and Craig’s sleepovers was that Craig was in fact a deep sleeper.

The first time he tried waking up the noirette it led to the blonde thinking Craig was legitimately dead.

Most normal people would wake up from how forcefully Tweek was shaking his boyfriend but not Craig. Nope. He was having the time of his life sleeping and practically giving Tweek a heart attack.

Yes, Tweek has still not forgiven Craig for this incident. It had left him in near shambles. Even if Craig did look cute in his sleep that wasn’t enough for Tweek to forgive him. Cute. Yeah that was a fitting word.

What made Tweek angrier was the fact the thing that ended up waking the noirette in the end was the cries from his guinea pig. If Tweek wasn’t so relieved he was sure he would’ve punched Craig.

In the morning, this time it was actually Craig who had woken up first, to the whole worlds surprise.

He was feeding Stripe when the blonde woke up. His blonde hair was in tangles and way messier. Tweek had terrible bed head.

Craig just smiled at the sight and eyes softened which made Tweek flush with embarrassment of being stared at.

“Oh god, is there something on my face?” Tweek moved his hands to cover his face. How embarrassing.

“No it’s not that, you’re fine.” Craig reassured.

“Then, what?” the blonde asked growing confused.

Craig whipped his head to face the floor and fidgeted with the guinea pig in front of him. If Tweek looked more closely he could’ve sworn he saw a dust of pink on the boys cheeks.

“I just think you look nice. You know, in the morning.” Craigs eyes widened in horror at the fact he actually said those words and pulled his blue chullo over his head.

Tweek’s had a huge love sick smile on his face. He felt like he was floating from being complimented and that the fact that Craig was being so shy about it.

“T-Thanks! I think you look nice in the morning too.” his words turned more shy when he was nearing the end of the sentence.

They both had very fond and shy smiles on their faces the rest of the morning that they couldn’t seem to control.

So, yes. Tweek was having a fairly good day.

That was until someone just had to ruin it.

And of course, that someone just had to be the one and only Eric Cartman.

Tweek was just trying to pack up things in his back pack to go to recess when Cartman had walked into his life.

Nothing good ever came out of hanging around Cartman’s friends, nonetheless Cartman himself!

Tweek knew first hand how bad hanging out with them could be from when they decided to replace Kenny with him. God, he still had nightmares about it. Worst decision of his life.

He only made the decision to try to be their friend’s because they were fairly popular in their school. And well Tweek, he didn’t have a lot of friends. It was embarrassing to admit but he thought if he got in with Cartman and his friends that maybe he would get more friends too. Tweek if he wasn’t alone, he would just hangout with whatever group found him and just took him in at the moment. But he never became a solid part of the friend group. It was sad but sometimes Tweek preferred being alone. People were too much pressure, anyways.

That was until he started dating Craig. Sure, he hung out with Craig and his friends before they started dating; hell, he even punched Craig in the face last year. But Tweek was never really part of the friend group. They just sometimes hung out with him when they felt like it.

Ever since he started dating Craig though, it seems their friendships had grown and they would even go up to Tweek even when Craig wasn’t there. It was nice feeling part of something. Even then, there was a nagging voice telling Tweek that his friends only tolerated him for Craig’s sake and that they actually hated him.

Anxiety was a fucker.

“Hey, Spaz!” a daunting voice from behind him yelled.

Tweek jumped and twitched with fear letting out one of his strangled screams. He hated being sneaked upped on.

Tweek hesitantly turned his head to the face rounder boy, “Err, hey Cartman?”

Cartman scoffed, “Is that how you greet an old pal.”

Pal isn’t the word Tweek would use.

Tweek’s eye twitched with frustration and anxiety and let out another shout, “Do you need something?” he finally asked.

Cartman scowled at the blonde causing him to squirm in his seat.

“Just thought I should let you know the new rumor going around.” Cartman said in his innocent voice.

Tweek shuddered from the fact Cartman could go from cruel to acting so innocent at the flip of a switch.

“Why should I care about the new rumor?” Tweek asked genuinely confused.

Cartman rolled his eyes, “Just the fact it has to do with your boyfriend.”

“Craig?” Tweek squeaked out curious.

“Do you have another?” Cartman asked so genuinely that Tweek couldn’t help but roll his eyes.

Tweek wasn’t one to gossip much but he sure was curious what rumors people are spreading around about the noirette. Tweek doubted it would be anything like the last one, where by chance actually worked out in the long run for him and Craig.

Cartman slimily smirked at Tweek which only made his twitching worse, “I just heard that maybe your boyfriends a scumbag.”

Tweek couldn’t help but clench his fist; an instinct at this point from whenever someone insulted Craig.

Cartman’s eyes widened but the look faded quickly turning into a snarl, “Don’t go trying to beat me up, the real person you should be punting is that fucked up teeth boyfriend of yours.”

Tweek was about to reach his limit and straight up just attack Cartman but he instead decided Cartman wasn’t worth it and just sighed. “Why would I fight, Craig?”

Cartman leaned into Tweek’s ear way too close for comfort and whispered,”You didn’t hear this from me but I think he’s cheating on you.”

Tweek whipped his head back and eyes went wide with shock. He didn’t believe Cartman. No way was Craig cheating on him!

Tweek shouted,”No way, dude! Why would I believe you?” He had a sudden protective urge to defend his and Craig’s relationship.

“I heard it from the grapevine.” Cartman said simply as if that answered the blondes questions.

“Who?”

“Just the grapevine. Listen Tweek, I’m just here to tell you what’s flying around the school you don’t have to believe me.” Cartman shrugged.

“Y-Yeah and I won’t!” Tweek stuttered a bit unsure now. Craig wouldn’t cheat on him. Would he?

They’ve only been dating for a few months now but Tweek was pretty sure Craig liked him! Why else would he be the one always initiating them holding hands?

“Don’t come crying to me when you find him hooking up with some French girl or something.” Cartman warned while walking away.

Trust him. Cartman was the last person Tweek would go to for anything.

After that infuriating encounter Tweek went to go out to recess where he saw his boyfriend waiting for him.

“You were waiting for me?” Tweek asked surprised.

Craig sarcastically quipped, ”No.”

Tweek snorted, “You’re an asshole, dude.”

Craig smiled, “I know, honey.”

Tweek felt like his stomach turned to goo. No way was he going to believe Cartman.

After school Tweek and Craig were walking home together as they usually do. It was awkward at first especially since this was Tweek’s first relationship and he only offered to walk Craig home because he knew that’s what people in relationships would do. But he ended up actually enjoying their walk homes together and it became one of Tweek’s favorite part of the day.

“We still on for Minecraft, later?” Tweek asked the noirette as they walked hand in hand.

“Oh shit, was that today?” Craig muttered.

Tweek giggled,”You’re the one who was so insistent on it. How’d you forget?”

Craig playfully rolled his eyes at the blonde.
“Sorry dude, I have plans. Don’t think I can play.” He gave an apologetic look the blondes way.

“Plans?” Tweek asked inquisitively.

“Just hanging out.” Craig shrugged his shoulders as if it was no big deal.

It was a big deal. But Tweek couldn’t say that. He didn’t want to seem like that controlling girlfriend! Or in this case boyfriend.

Tweek had to remind himself that he could trust Craig and that it was nothing. It was nothing right? But he couldn’t help the doubt growing in his stomach by the second.

He asked no more questions the rest of the walk.

Tweek was really trying to stay calm he was. But if someone had told you, you partner was cheating and then suddenly your partner cancels plans on you, you would be freaking the fuck out too!

After dropping off Craig at his house Tweek walked to the coffee shop since he had to work today.

Oh, how he hated working at the coffee shop. But he didn’t want his family to lose money and his parents even told him they’d end up starving like wild animals if Tweek didn’t work for them. So there he was; working at the ripe age of 10 and not even getting paid.

But he couldn’t focus on work right now. All he could focus on was who the hell his boyfriend was hanging out with. Must’ve been pretty fucking important if he ditched Tweek for it.

Tweek was growing more frustrated scrubbing the dishes in the cafe’s sink harder.

Why did Craig have to be so vague? Just hanging out? What did that even mean! And couldn’t he just cancel his plans! He already made plans with him! Wasn’t Tweek Tweak important! Apparently, fucking not.

All these pent up angry thoughts had been taken out on the dishes until Tweek broke one of them. It left a couple of cuts on him but that wasn’t anything new.

This led to Tweek being scolded by his parents and they had him take a break from doing the dishes. He was told to sit at the back of the cafe and think about what’s he’s done. High chance. So he did as he was told taking a seat on the floor and waited until his parents inevitably gave him another job.

Tweek frowned thinking about how his good day instantly became a sour one. Things never last he supposes.

He held back tears thinking if that saying applied to his and Craig’s relationship.

The next day, Tweek felt and looked like complete and utter shit.

He had gotten zero sleep. Every time he tried to sleep he could only think about who Craig was with. Instead he stayed up on his phone stalking Craig’s socials to see if he had posted anything.

It was low but he had his reasons! He kept insisting to himself.

But, nope. Craig didn’t update his social media to Tweek’s dismay. Most of the time Tweek would just stare blankly at the boys profile waiting for an update.

Every time he’d look at the noirettes profile picture Tweek couldn’t help but smile, though.

Craig did this thing where all his profile pictures on social media were of Stripe. Tweek found this endearing and smiled fondly.

Curse Craig for being adorable!

Tweek couldn’t help but feel guilty, now. Why was he listening to Cartman. He was a jerk! He should trust Craig. Craig has never shown any reasons for Tweek not to trust him. Maybe Tweek was really just a paranoid freak like everyone says.

Tweek sighed getting up for school. Another day at school without sleep. Just great.

To make matters completely worse the first thing Craig had said to him in morning was
“You look like shit.”

“Thanks, Craig. Didn’t notice.” Tweek said bitterly.

Craig raised an eyebrow at the blonde “Everything alright, honey?”

And fuck there he was doing it again. Worrying for Tweek. Like the caring boyfriend he was. And Tweek was utterly terrible. How could he ever think the noirette was cheating on him. His stomach clenched with guilt at Craig’s words.

The blonde buried his face in his boyfriends shoulder and mumbled,”Sorry I’m fine just didn’t get much sleep.”

Craig frowned and patted the tired blonde on the back. He thought Tweek was getting better at sleeping at his house.

In the middle of comforting Tweek, Cartman had yelled at the two to get a room causing them both to withdrawal from each other and flip the bigger boy off.

Craig smiled at the blonde for flipping off Cartman. He was kind of proud that his actions were rubbing off on the blonde.

Tweek smiled backed and blushed. Craig rarely smiled but when he did Tweek felt his heart pick up a little pace.

“Want to play with this toy I found?” Tweek asked Craig holding out spaceship charm he had found on the ground while walking to school. He normally wouldn’t pick random things off the ground due to the fact he feared he’d get a random illness or there was a possible tracker or camera in it but he couldn’t resist today.

He of course inspected every aspect of the charm and after concluding there was indeed no tracker or camera and cleaning it with hand sanitizer he deemed it worthy to play with and give to Craig.

“Oh, I was planning on hanging out with, someone else at recess if that was alright.” Craig looked at Tweek as if asking permission.

The look only infuriated Tweek. Craig, didn’t have to ask permission. He doesn’t care! Tweek chewed on his lip knowing that was a lie. Tweek cared a lot.

What made it worse was that Craig was being so sweet and asking Tweek. Tweek felt like he could scream.

“That’s a-alright.” Tweek tried sounding sincere and cringed at the fact his voice cracked.

Craig smiled that soft smiled of his and started putting his workbooks in his backpack to go out to recess. When he saw the blonde wasn’t doing the same he frowned. “Aren’t you going to go out to recess.”

“Yeah.” Tweek was lying through his teeth and he knew it. Craig raised an eyebrow at the boy but the blonde gave him a small smile to reassure him.

Craig was still unsure but sighed,”See you, dude.” and walked off.

Once Tweek was sure Craig was out of ears and eyes length he slammed his head onto his desk and hard. It hurt. Tweek was fifty percent sure it drew blood but he didn’t care at this point.

Then a voice that sent a chill down his spine tsked, “Wow. Just wow.”

Eric Cartman. Jesus Christ, how long was he standing there?

Tweek let out a strangled scream from being frightened but just ended up sighing.

“What.” Tweek growled through gritted teeth not really wanting to put up with Cartman’s bullshit today especially since he was the exact reason the blonde was having doubts.

“Can you believe that guy? I mean he totally blew you off! And isn’t suspicious he didn’t tell you who he was going with? All the signs are there, Tweek.” Cartman slimily smirked at the blonde boy.

Tweek couldn’t say Cartman’s words weren’t exactly true. Because they were true. It was pretty suspicious.

“Craig’s always vague.” he tried defending the noirette but this words wavered out unsurely.

“Isn’t that the problem?”

Well fuck. Cartman had a good point there. Tweek just simply flipped the boy off and slammed his head on the desk again.

“You know who I bet he’s cheating on you with? That girl, Red.”

Red? Oh she was that girl in their class.

“Red?” Tweek questioned.

“Yeah, they were hanging out after school, yesterday. She posted about it on Facebook.” Cartman replied shoving his phone in Tweek’s face.

And there indeed, right in front of him was pure evidence that what Cartman was saying was true. Craig was flipping off the camera covering his face with his chullo while Red held a peace sign to the camera. It looked like they were in her room based off the fact that the walls were covered in butterflies and Craig’s wall was definitely not like that. Even at a time like this Tweek couldn’t help but think Craig looked nice.

And oh. Tweek felt his heart crack. Because this meant what Cartman saying was true. Craig had ditched Tweek for a girl that Tweek didn’t even know about. Tweek was still grasping for anything to defend Craig and deny what was so horribly evident. He wasn’t going to break in front of Cartman.

“Craig’s gay.” Tweek said but it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself.

“Maybe. But don’t you remember the time he had an ex girlfriend?”

Well this was news to Tweek. He had no idea the noirette had dated someone before him no less a girl. Why didn’t Craig tell him? Tweek’s trust was slowly crumbling.

Tweek couldn’t help but croak out in shock,
“Craig, had a girlfriend?” Tweek practically shrieked.

Cartman snickered,”Seems you don’t know your boyfriend as well as you thought.”

And his words were true. Tweek thought he knew Craig like the back of his hand. But the noirette had been hiding this and it really was looking bad. Tweek was crumbling.

“I mean you can’t be surprised, right? Craig has this reputation of being a player. Remember Micheal?” Cartman nodded his head as if it would help convince Tweek.

Tweek cringed at the fact Cartman brought up “Micheal”. A guy Tweek had just made up when he had to fake break up with the noirette in front of the school. He still felt bad about making Craig look like the bad guy.

But Cartman being who he was just had to make things worse.

“And you? I’m surprised Craig would even go for you. You’re a total spaz.” Cartman cackled. Despite Tweek finding no humor behind his words.

And before Tweek could think to react, his fist was colliding with Cartman’s face.

Craig was at recess when all the kids started running into the school again talking about a fight. A fight? Well Craig had to see this.

“Hey! Where are you going!” Red rushed over to Craig who was running to see the fight. He was hoping it would be Heidi and Cartman again. Or in general just anyone beating up Cartman would do.

“Going to see the fight, what’s it look like.” Craig stated obviously and Red rolled her eyes at him.

To say the least you could imagine the horror on his face when he saw Tweek was punching the living hell out of Cartman in the middle of the hallways as the bigger boy tried to get up but was failing miserably.

Craig’s instinct was to run over to Tweek but the crowd surrounding the boys made this task impossible. Not to say he didn’t try. He was pushing people out of the way and flipping them off but still it was no hope.

That’s when a booming voice that made the students scatter shouted,”Who’s fighting in my hallways, bruh!”

P.C Principle showed upped and grabbed Tweek holding him back from hitting Cartman. “This behavior is not tolerated!”

And with that Tweek was sent to the office and Cartman was sent to the nurses office. As Cartman walked past Craig as he mumbled something about Tweek being a fag and Craig was pretty close to punching the shit out of Cartman too. Instead he decided to focus on his main worry.

“Tweek!” Craig shouted at the boy trying to get the blondes attention.

The blonde looked at him with wide eyes and quickly looked away eyes filled with what Craig could only assume was hatred. A look he’s never seen Tweek made his way before. It frankly hurt. What the hell did he do?

“Wasn’t that your boyfriend?” Red stammered eyes wide.

Craig didn’t have time to reply because he ran to try to catch up to Tweek and the principal. He needed answers.

Sadly, he did not make it in time and Tweek was already in the principals office with doors closed when Craig had managed to catch up. Craig glared at the door in front of him.

Tweek felt like he couldn’t be angrier. He thought he had taken out all his anger on Cartman’s face but seeing Craig with that girl only made Tweek’s rage worse.

How dare Craig pretend to care about him while being right next to the girl he was most likely cheating on Tweek with. Worse of all she was really pretty and looked genuinely nice. Much prettier and probably nicer than Tweek. Maybe he deserved this. Maybe Craig deserved better than him.

“Now, Tweek we won’t suspend you given you said you were provoked and this is Cartman we are talking about. But you will have to leave the campus for the day we have contacted your parents and they will be coming to pick you up shortly.” P.C Principal explained.

Tweek grimaced. His parents were going to give him an earful for this. But at this point Tweek felt numb. His hands ached from the punching and so did his face from when Cartman tried fighting back. He felt miserable and part of him felt he deserved it.

“Alright, sir.” Is all Tweek could manage to stammer out.

Craig was incredibly confused. It wasn’t the first time Tweek got in a fight but Tweek knew better than to fight Cartman. He usually would never let the chubby boy provoke him due to the fact everyone knew Cartman was just an asshole and wasn’t worth fighting.

Craig had no doubt that Cartman was probably the one who started the fight and Tweek was just defending himself.

He wish he would’ve been there for the blonde though. He should’ve stayed with Tweek when he saw him acting strangely and not packing up for recess. Craig couldn’t help but feel guilty.

Still, Craig never liked to be left in the dark so he was going to get answers any way he could. Even if that meant talking to Cartman.

“Can I go to the bathroom.” Craig raised his hand asking Mr. Garrison.

“I don’t see why not. Hey the bathroom is that way- Did you just flip me off?” Mr Garrison asked in fury as the noirette walked the opposite direction of the bathroom while flipping his teacher off.

Craig was going to the nurse’s office to demand answers from that fucking fatass.

“Cartman?” Craig poked his head into the nurses office.

“Oh great, another gay.” Cartman rolled his eyes.

He looked pretty beat up. His eye was black and lip puffy and bloody. He had an ice pack on the top of his head too which looked ridiculous in Craig’s opinion.

Tweek really handed Cartman his ass. Craig inwardly smiled at how fucked up Cartman looked due to Tweek. Craig knew Tweek had hell of a fight in him from when last year they were tricked into fighting.

“What did you do to Tweek.” Craig asked in his monotonous voice.

“I didn’t do anything to him!” Cartman screamed angrily. “We were having a normal conversation until he jumped on me and just started punching me!”

Craig raises an eyebrow not believing Cartman.

“Now I understand why you’re cheating on him, Craig. He’s a total freak!” Cartman spit out angrily.

“Cheating!?” now it was Craig’s turn to yell in shock.

“Yeah? You’re cheating on him.” Cartman stated as if it was a fact.

“What? No I’m not.” Craig said dumbfounded and confused.

Cartman gave him a look indicating he did not believe the noirette.

“I’m not!” Craig spit defensively.

“C’mon Craig, it’s just you and me. You don’t have to pretend like you’re not.” Cartman sighed.

“I’m not cheating on my boyfriend, fatass!” Craig shouted angrily in the other boys face.

“You’re seriously not?” Cartman asked in disbelief.

“No!” Craig was fuming.

“Oh…That raises some issues.” Cartman whispered to himself.

“What did you do.” The noirettes voice wavered threateningly.

“N-Nothing! I just made a small mistake…Damn that grapevine!” Cartman was talking to himself like a crazy person.

“Did you tell Tweek I was cheating on him?” Craig shouted infuriated.

“He’s a total freak! How are you not?” Cartman tried defending himself.

That’s when Craig’s fist just so happened to collide with the chubbier boys face.

“Ow! Fuck! I can’t believe I’ve gotten punched by two gay guys today!” Cartman screamed holding his now bloody nose. “Oh where the hell are you going now? Don’t think you can get away with this just cause you’re a gay ass!” Cartman screamed.

“Going to see, Tweek.” Craig replied nonchalantly and flipping off the brunette.

Fucking Cartman. If he wasn’t so worried about Tweek he would’ve beaten that guy to a pulp. He would probably get in trouble for skipping school for the rest of the day but frankly he didn’t care. He needed to make sure his boyfriend was alright.

He ran to the blondes house only to be disappointed and met with Tweek’s father. He cringed looking up at the taller man. Interactions with the blondes parents always left the noirette feeling uncomfortable and slightly annoyed.

“Oh hello, Craig.” Tweek’s dad put his hands together and smiled that bright fake one he always did when talking to him.

“Uh, hi. I’m here to see Tweek.” Craig just wanted this conversation to be done with soon.

“Aww, that’s so cute. Honey, you hear that? Craig want’s to see Tweek.” The older man shouted to his wife.

“Aww. That’s so sweet.” Tweek’s mom put her hands together as well and walked up to the noirette. “I’m sorry, but Tweek is being punished for getting into a fight so he’s working at the coffee shop.” She sounded apologetic but Craig could tell it wasn’t genuine.

“He’s working alone? Without you guys there?” Craig asked suspiciously and annoyed at the two adults.

“Well of course! Better to teach them sooner than later, don’t you think?” Richard Tweak said confident in his words.

And no. Craig did not think. Especially not when they’re 10 years old! Despite himself, he kept his thoughts to himself and just nodded his head. “Alright, I’m going to go see him.”

“Aww, that will really promote the business. Thank you, Craig.”

Craig held back the urge to flip off his boyfriend parents and just rolled his eyes. He didn’t care what adults thought of him even if it was the blondes parents. Those guys were assholes they didn’t deserve any respect from him.

He huffed making his way to the coffee shop to meet Tweek.

When he got to the shop it was incredibly busy a line nearly forming outside the door. Jesus Christ, Tweek’s parents made him work like this? No wonder he was always drinking coffee.

Craig pushed past the line flipping off the people asking what he was doing. When he got a clear view of the poor boy working the counter his heart felt pity for the blonde. He was rushing taking orders why simultaneously making coffees. Craig was sure the blonde had already burned himself by now.

When the blonde finally made sight of the noirette his eyes went wide but just as quickly faded to a scowl. Craig felt himself squirm.

When Tweek had completely ignored him Craig had decided to take matters into his own hands and went behind the working counter to talk to the blonde.

“What the hell are you doing?” Tweek twitched angrily while making another coffee.

The blondes voice was so icy Craig felt like he should’ve just ran away. Still, he had to stay strong.

“We need to talk.” Craig’s voice wavered.

“I don’t want to talk to you!” Tweek said loud enough it was nearly considered a scream. “I’m busy.” Tweek stated more sheepishly.

“I can help!” Craig insisted trying anything to get Tweek to speak with him.

Tweek rolled his eyes at this,”You’re bad with the customers.”

Craig couldn’t deny this but was still partially offended.

“I’ll wait until your shifts over.” Craig said stubbornly.

“You’ll wait two hours?” Tweek looked at the noirette as if to say he didn’t believe that.

Craig cringed at the long amount of time he’d have to wait but still insisted,”Yes.”

“You do that then. Just get out of here!” Tweek said frustrated and pushing Craig out of the workers area.

Craig did as he was told and sat in an empty chair hoping that no one would sit with him. He sighed and pulled out his phone since he definitely had some time to kill.

Once the first hour passed Craig was starting to lose hope. Every time Tweek looked at him the blonde glared daggers at him. He felt like the boy was trying to glare a laser in his head. Actually, he probably was considering the situation.

Suddenly the blonde was walking up to the noirette and Craig was debating wether or not to bolt out the door. But the most unexpected thing happened. Tweek was holding out a coffee cup while shaking and twitching as he always did with a scowl on his face.

Craig closed his eyes expecting Tweek to just throw the cup of coffee in his face and kick him out.

“You going to take it or what, man?” Tweek scoffed.

Craig slowly opened his eyes realizing that the blonde was handing him the cup. Craig stared at the blonde dumbfounded and mouth agape. When he realized he was staring he cleared his throat and carefully took the cup from the blondes shaky hands.

“Thanks.” Craig muttered suddenly shy and confused.

“Ugh, whatever.” Tweek grunted and felt his face heat up while he stormed away from the noirettes table. How could Craig still make him feel this way even after what he’s done. Tweek was pathetic. Pathetically in love.

Craig eyed the drink still dumbfounded. Did Tweek poison it or something? Wow, dating Tweek really has rubbed offed on him. He reluctantly took a sip of the brew praying it wasn’t poison.

Oh. Hot chocolate. Craig’s favorite. He couldn’t help but fondly smile down at the drink.

Tweek had tried to get him into black coffee or any coffee for the matter but Craig has always despised it. He hated everything about it from the way it looked like mud from the way it tasted. It was practically drinking dirt! The only thing he could compliment it on was the fact it smelled like Tweek. Or well more exactly Tweek smelled like coffee. But who cared about technicalities.

Tweek on the other hand, hated hot chocolate. He complained about how it was way too sweet and that it wasn’t even part of the coffee shops menu but people still ordered it. The only person he didn’t mind making hot chocolate for was the noirette. Craig would always get a chocolate milk mustache which would always make Tweek giggle with delight and mock him. Craig would just flip off the blonde and continue drinking.

When Tweek’s shift was nearly over Craig wasn’t sure if he was feeling relieved or dread. Maybe a mix of both. Maybe drinking that hot chocolate wasn’t such a good idea because he suddenly felt sick to his stomach. He was very close to just straight up bolting when Tweek’s dad walked in; no doubt to takeover the blondes job.

No going back now.

“I’m surprised you’re still here.” Tweek glared down at him.”Are we going to talk or what.”

Craig squirmed and winced at the other boys tone.

“C-Can we do this somewhere more private.” Craig winced further at his stuttering.

Tweek looked reluctant but nodded.

As Craig was about to intertwine their hands Tweek took a further step away from the noirette.

Craig felt like his heart was shattering.

After walking in silence to the park both boys settled on seating on the swings for talking.

Tweek couldn’t help but anxiously swing on the seat he was sitting on. Damn his adhd.

“I know what Cartman told you.” Craig just out right said getting tired of the silence.

“Okay.” Was all Tweek said while staring straight ahead of him.

Okay? Okay!? How was Craig supposed to work with that?

Craig stammered suddenly nervous,”I-It’s not true!” Great. Stuttering and yelling. That sure as hell was convincing.

Tweek scoffed,”I know about the girl, Craig.” He replied through gritted teeth and tightening his grip on the swing chains.

“Girl?” Craig scoffed disbelief evident in his voice,”Dude, I’m gay!”

“I don’t know! You had a girlfriend! Which you didn’t even tell me about!” He pointed an accusing figure at Craig.

Now Craig was getting frustrated.

“I didn’t tell you because she wasn’t important!” Craig shouted back defensively.

“Don’t pull that shit on me, man!” Tweek shouted back.

Craig took a breathe. He had to be rational right now. Just shouting at each other would lead to no where.

“Tweek, I didn’t tell you about my ex girlfriend because I dated her for three days. It could barley be considered a relationship.“ Craig calmly explained.

Tweek was looking like he was seriously considering for a second but his expression quickly changed to a scowl. “I know about the girl, Craig. The person you were never telling me about.”

Okay. Now Craig was really confused.

“Not telling you about?” Craig scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.

“Don’t act like you don’t know!” Tweek was screaming now, “You were with her when you were calling my name after the fight! Do you know how that made me feel!” Tweek shouted but he felt like he was on the verge of tears.

“I mean, why else would you always not tell me who you were hanging out with whenever you were with her! I know you’re vague but that can’t be a coincidence! And don’t even get me started on- Are you laughing at me!?”

And sure enough, Craig was covering his mouth trying to stifle his laughter as the blonde ranted.

“You’re an asshole.” Tweek felt heartbroken and was getting up to leave when Craig grabbed his arm to stop him.

“Wait no! Please, I’m sorry it’s just-“ and Craig started laughing again.

Tweeks face was red with embarrassment and anger. “What the fucks so funny?” Tweek screamed pulling his arm away from the noirette.

Craig was trying to catch his breath to speak but could only make out,”H-Honey-Honey-“

Tweek was more angry,”Don’t “honey” me, dick!”

“Is the girl you’re talking about, Red?” Craig asked though he was sure he knew the answer and he bit his lip stifling his giggles.

“Oh, so you know perfectly well who I’m talking about then.” Tweek rolled his eyes.

“Red is my cousin, honey.” Craig looked up at the blonde with an amused smile.

Tweek froze. “Oh.”

He felt stupid. No way he was jealous of Craig’s fucking cousin. He didn’t know but still! Now Craig would think he’s just some jealous freak! Oh god, he ruined their relationship for sure!

Tweek sat back down on the swing and put his hands on his face. That made a lot more sense.

“B-But- You were being so vague I was so sure…” Tweek faltered. He knew Craig was usually unclear when he gave responses but it really seemed like he was cheating! Of course Tweek just had to make a fool of himself like this.

“I’m offended you didn’t trust me. And listend to Cartman of all people.” Craig half joked.

“I know I know I know! I’m so sorry, Craig! Please forgive me!” Tweek begged looking straight at the other boy.

“I don’t know, man.” Craig teased the blonde. “I might need more convincing than that.”

Tweek scrunched his nose and looked away from the noirette seriously considering other ways to apologize. Craig looked at the blonde with a fond smile.

Suddenly Tweek got on one knee and it looked like he was trying to find something in his pocket. His shaking and twitching was making it much harder.

“Tweek?” Craig stared down at the blonde confused.

“Will you forgive me, Craig?” Tweek asked while twitching and holding out a rocket ship charm for Craig to see.

Craig gasped.

“Oh my god. Yes, I’ll forgive you.” Anyone else would have assumed Craig was being sarcastic from his tone but Tweek knew better and smiled widely while handing the noirette the charm.

Craig grabbed his backpack and started to place the charm on it. He held out the backpack to show Tweek as if it was a trophy.

“Now, whenever I see it, I’ll think of you.” Craig said with such a straight face that it made Tweek feel silly for getting butterflies.

“You’re such a romantic.” Tweek teased.

“I know.” Craig said confidently.

“I’d almost think you were gay.” Tweek snorted at his joke.

Craig gasped pretending to be offended. “How terrible that would be.” his reply dripped sarcasm.

“Horrible.”

“Atrocious.”

This led to both the boys going into a fit of giggles as they held each others hand.

When their laughter settled Craig was the one who spoke up first suddenly remembering something. “Dude, when I was with Red she gave me this awesome video game about guinea pigs. Wanna play it at my house?” He asked hoping Tweek would say yes.

Tweeks eyes lightened up,”Fuck, yeah!”

“First one home doesn’t have to clean Stripes cage for a week.” Craig laughed running off to his house.

“No fair! You got a head start!” Tweek whined but laughed running trying to catch up and hopefully beat the noirette.

In the end, Tweek had ended up beating the noirette despite his head start. Craig defended himself saying that his shoes were untied and Tweek gloated in his face the rest of the week for losing.
