Work Text:
Tony looked on from his window at his beach house, the sun rays blinding light waking him early. He watched as the waves met the shore and the birds traversed the ocean, nipping at the surface in hopes of catching fish.
He loves the early mornings at the beach, it feels calm as opposed to how his life usually is, what with all the paper work, managing, super hero work, and Pepper, he finds it hard to make time for himself. There's something else he's particular too when it comes to spending time on the beach house.
He turned around to see the figure on his bed, who was laying on his belly, one leg up, arms under his head. He had a head full of long, raven black, silky hair, and a white silk sleeping robe that accentuated all the right features, and his name was Loki.
Tony couldn't tear his eyes away from Loki's long and slender legs, his pert butt, his slender waist, and the way his skin radiated when the rays hit him. Tony thought of how beautiful he is, and how lucky he is to have Loki beside him.
"I feel your eyes boring into my skin, Anthony Stark." Loki said wearily, obviously having just woken up. He pushed his arms up till he was on his elbows so he could turn and face Tony, his lean figure being accentuated in this way.
"Can't help it Bambi, not when you look so beautiful when you're sleeping." Tony retorted back in a candid tone. "I especially can't take my eyes away from your body, everything about you is so alluring." Tony continued, then laid down on the bed so he was looking up to Loki, who in turn followed Stark and laid down with him, now face to face.
Loki thought that, after all Stark said, it was a perfect opportunity to mess with him.
"Ah, I see Stark. Is my body the only thing that appeases you?" Loki questioned in a teasing way, in to which Tony responded with a slight gaping mouth, likely to say a retort, however before he could, Loki carried on "I thought you loved me for myself, Stark, not just how my body appears." Loki finished off, indicating the end of his spiel by tapping Tony on the tip of his nose with a slender finger.
Tony responded with a stern face, then moved close to Loki so he was able to wrap his arms around him. "I'm not even going to entertain that." He said finally, making Loki giggle.
They laid together for a bit, content with just being in eachothers presence, holding eachother, taking eachother in. They soaked in every bit of eachother, taking in that little bit of time they have left, after all, they would have to go back to their respective positions, with Loki carrying on his princely duties, and for Tony to go back to his duties.
"I can't believe its our 5th anniversary now, Rudolph." Tony said, breaking the silence. "It felt like just yesterday when we had our 'unfortunate' meeting. So much has changed." He continued, then turned his face to meet Loki's capturing green eyes, getting lost in them like he does everytime they make eye contact.
"Yes, however, let's leave those happenings in the past now. We've all changed, and I've amended how I used to act, and repaired all the harm I've caused physically, though not quite mentally repaired yet for many. You know I loathe bringing that part of the past back Stark, it was a troublesome time for me too, and that trouble I laid on to everyone else, that wasn't fair of me." Loki said, regretful. Tony softened a bit, he knew he shouldn't have brought it up, the thought just came to his mind.
He raked his thick and calloused fingers through Loki's hair, rubbing the crown of his head. "I know, Lokes, I'm sorry." Tony thought to himself for a moment, continuing the gentle message on Loki's head. "Would some breakfast on the patio help you forget I brought it up? I'll make your favorite." Tony said in a consoling manner.
Loki thought for a second, then smiled to Tony. "I would love too, Anthony." Loki said, then moved himself up and forward to peck Tony on the lips, then back away and stand up. "I'll be waiting for you on the patio." Loki said, giving Tony a final smile before making his way towards the ocean side patio. Tony couldn't tear his eyes from his butt as he walked away. "See you there, reindeer games."
