Tina didn't look up from her paperwork when she heard her office door open. She didn't look up when she heard Teen and Bubby giggling and blabbering to each other. She didn't look up when she heard the chairs being pulled out and them sitting down.
When she did look up, however, she saw them.
Holding hands.
“You realize people are gonna think you're dating if you do that, right?” She pointed her pen towards them. “I mean, I know you guys are always all up on each other, but like,” She shrugged. “Just saying.”
She didn't really care anyways. It was just something they did.
“Uhm, about that..” Teen awkwardly spoke.
She perked up.
“We are.. sort of.. doing the dating.”
“Ooh! Finally!” Tina said exasperatedly.
“Huh?” Bubby questioned.
She shrugged again. “I mean, I've seen the bite marks. And you guys are basically always cuddling.” When Teen opened his mouth, she continued. “You realize I don't care, right? I mean, it's like when you told us you were a vampire. It's not a big deal, I know.”
“You know?” Teen finally responded. “We literally just started doing the dating, like, yesterday.”
“I saw it coming. “ She smiled. “And you make a cute couple.”
Teen and Bubby blushed and looked at each other while Tina chuckled and went back to her paperwork.
That went well , the boys thought.
