Chapter 1: Prologue
Chapter Text
The sixteen year old dodged the fist coming at him, and the man’s fist collided with the wall hard. The teen kneed the man in the side and took off running, and the man was running quickly after him. The brunette’s eyes widened and he saw one of the safety lock doors coming down. He gasped as his side was killing him, and he applied pressure with his hand and he ran and slid under the door before it closed. The teen saw as the door shut on the man and he gasped in pain and fell forward. The male was angrily banging on the other side.
The teen shakily got up and he looked around, it was dark as ever. Thank god he had his phone. He pulled it out and turned on the flash light. He pulled out his tactical knife and held it in front of him and he slowly walked forward excessing the area, he had to get the hell out of here. The teen walked down the pitch black hall and he could hear something skittering across the ground, he held the knife tighter and looked around the ship hallway. He controlled his breathing and he saw it out of the corner of his eye. But it was way faster. The licker had already wrapped around his leg and it dragged him down the hall, the teen screamed as he swung the tackle knife across the tongue but it refused to let go. He saw as the elevator at the end of the ship dinged and he tried to grab onto something, anything, but the licker pulled him up and he tossed him at the elevator door hard and his back hit the door and he weeped in pain. He heard the door open and the man from before stepped out, the teen gasped raggedly as he tried to crawl away.
The male grabbed the teens ankle. “No… no! Get the fuck off me!”
He tried to kick him but he caught his foot and squeezed hard, the teen screamed in agony and the man grabbed him by the neck and pulled him off the ground holding him up in the air. He gasped and kicked and he hit the male's arm trying to get him to release him. But it was useless. The male brought him down to his face and he looked the teen dead in the eyes. The male took in his scent and he hummed.
“You and that man are the only thing he has so precious.”
The teen struggled and he felt himself pulled into the man’s chest and the male put him in a headlock, the man felt the teen kick and struggle for a moment before he went limp and he dropped the teen to the ground.
Sixteen Years Earlier
The blonde nervously was shaking his leg. Geez, how long did these take? If he took too long he would surely worry his mate. Especially given how sick the omega had been recently. He looked at his phone still two minutes left. The wait was antagonizing and it felt like the seconds only ticked slower. When his phone finally went off he picked up the item and he took a good look at it, and his eyes widened in pure shock.
“...no fucking way.” He was utterly shocked and his hands were shaking as he looked at the very positive pregnancy test.
He teared up and he needed a moment to gather himself. Pregnant… he was pregnant. He couldn’t believe it. Something he and his mate had wanted for so long. Had desperately tried for but it always felt so far out of reach. How were they going to protect them? How could they bring them into this world knowing the danger they’d face? How could-
The blonde was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard a knock on the bathroom door.
“Leon?” His mate called. “Baby are you okay? You’re taking a little while so I just wanted to check on you.”
Instead of the brunette receiving an answer. He heard the door unlock and it swung open, and Leon hugged his mate so tightly and the alpha could smell the concern on him and he hugged him tightly, protectively, and lovingly.
“Baby what’s the matter?”
The omega pulled back for a moment to hand him over the positive pregnancy test. The alpha looked at the pregnancy test and his eyes widened. The omega who was in full blown tears felt as his alpha pulled him into a tight hug, picking him up, and kissing him all over his face.
“Really?! You’re pregnant?!”
Leon blushed embarrassed. “Shush..! Yes… I’m pregnant Chris.”
Chris kissed him directly on the lips this time and he spun him around happily. He put the omega down and cupped his face. He looked Leon in the eyes as he cupped his jaw. “God I love you…”
“I love you too.” He smiled. “Chris… I can’t do this anymore… I don’t.. Our baby… I can’t-”
Chris understood without Leon saying a word, the alpha didn’t care where they were. As long as they were together and their baby was safe.
*
Leon shot the agent in the face and he grunted as he hit the floor. The baby in his arms hollered loudly and Leon panted. He tried his best to comfort the baby. “Shush… shush… it’s okay Dominique… Daddy is coming for us…” Leon was tired. Being on the run because you awol from the government with your family was not easy. They had been chased down endlessly. Yet to find a place they could settle comfortably. Leon heard the door open and he growled as he lifted his gun. He relaxed when he saw his husband.
“Leon! Oh my god! You gave birth!”
Chris immediately ran over and he shrugged off his coat. Leon now knowing his mate was here to protect him felt the after effects of labor hitting him like a truck and he was going unconscious. Chris wrapped him and Domi up and he picked up his mate.
“Just hold on baby! I’m going to get you both some help.”
Chris felt as Leon’s arm slipped down. “Le…on…! Leon…!”
It was the last thing the omega heard before he passed out in Chris’s arms.

Chapter 2: Little Mouse
Summary:
Chris walked over and he immediately kissed Leon and brushed his hair back. “Hey baby, are you doing okay?”
Leon nodded. Leon started to cry. “Thank you… thank you for saving us… for keeping your promise…”
Chris looked at him sadly and he kissed him and pulled him into him gently rubbing his shoulder. “Of course baby. I will always love and protect you both. Thank you for keeping our baby boy healthy and fighting so hard to bring him into this world. Look at him… he’s so gorgeous just like you.”
When Leon looked at little Domi his heart stopped. He had the most beautiful full head of brunette curly hair, he had the little fattest cheeks; gosh it was so cute, and his skin was like a porcelain doll, and when he opened his little eyes they were hazel green with a little blue around the iris in certain parts. He was perfect. Leon loved him in a way he couldn’t describe. He would burn the world for him if it meant protecting him. His love was unconditional, and as Domi grew he would experience this over abundance of love. He had no idea how lucky he was to have Leon and Chris.

Leon felt something cool pressed against his chest and when he did, he blinked slowly and opened his eyes.
“Oh sorry to wake you. Hey there, how are you feeling?”
“Like my insides have been ripped out…” He said drowsy.
“Sorry about that I’ll get more meds pumping.” She said softly.
“Where am I…?” Leon was very dizzy, tired, and confused. “D…Dominique?! Where is Dominique?!” Leon leaned up suddenly pulling his stitches.
“Woah woah! Careful, not so sudden. I had to stitch you up, you tore.” Rebecca said softly. “Don’t worry you’re home, and little Dominique is safe and he is perfectly healthy. You saved him, Leon.”
Leon felt emotional. “Can I see him…?”
“Of course! Chris is right outside the bedroom door with him. Chris!”
Chris heard Rebecca calling him and he got up, and when he opened the door Leon looked up at Chris and he was holding little Domi in one arm. Leon teared up seeing him here, breathing, healthy, alive. Leon fought so hard for him. They both did.

Leon leaned up and he yawned loudly, he could hear the lawn mower going meaning Chris was cutting the grass. It honestly had gotten pretty ridiculous lately, and one thing Domi loved to do was play in the grass. At first the baby was against it, refusing to stick his feet in the grass. But as he got used to it he had come to love it, and loved looking at the flowers even more. Even when they made him sneeze, which was the cutest sound Leon ever heard. Even when it was directly in their face sometimes.
Leon got up and he made the bed, and went to open the curtains in the bedroom. The good thing about this safe house was, it was a farm. In the middle of nowhere, a city was 45 minutes from them. And neighbors were so far apart they didn’t have to worry about them. Leon loved it. It was peaceful, quiet, and they didn’t have to be so hidden. Laying low from the government had been far from easy. But they finally found a great place to lay low. At first it was quite a fixer upper, and they didn’t know if it was really the best home to bring a baby into but during the last 6 months of Leon’s pregnancy. Chris worked so hard to get it cleaned up, sturdy, and changed to their liking. And Chris completely revamped Dominique’s room. Even though Domi hardly slept in there. Just during the day sometimes for nap time but outside of that he was in Chris and Leon’s room. As soon as Leon opened the curtains he heard a loud and happy coo.
Leon laughed. “Oh my goodness, is my little mouse awake?” The omega walked over and Domi sat up happily and put his hands out for Leon smiling, making grabbing motions. He was 6 months old now, and he was such a bubbly and happy baby. He hardly cried or got fussy and when he did something was wrong. Leon picked him up and he kissed Domi’s little chubby cheek. He had gotten even chunkier, especially with Leon breastfeeding him. Domi giggled and Leon put him on his hip. “Let's open the other curtains, feed Zeus, and then do you want to help Mommy feed the farm animals?”
“Aaaah!!” Domi said, bouncing up and down.
“I will take that as you agree.” Leon laughed. He opened the other curtains and stopped in the nursery to grab his baby wrap. Leon laid Domi on his changing table and he wrapped it around him. Once he did he let it rest on his shoulder while he breastfed Domi in the rocking chair, he burped him, and then changed him in a fresh diaper. Leon then put Domi on a white onesie, and he put him on some little red shorts, and white socks. Leon grabbed a red bucket hat and he put it on Domi’s head and tied the string loosely under his chin. He was so cute he couldn’t help but snap a picture. The omega put him in the wrap and he went down stairs and their black cat Luna was looking out the window. “Morning Luna.”
She meowed and looked at them. Leon looked at her bowl and she was good on food and water. She had an automatic food dispenser and water tank so all they had to do was fill Zeus food. Zeus was their husky. Leon filled his food and whistled. Zeus slid through the doggy door to eat and Luna looked at him like he was an idiot. After he was taken care of Leon went outside to go feed the pigs, horses, and chickens. And of course he grabbed some fresh eggs from the chickens. Leon then watered his greenhouse plants. He was growing all kinds of things: fruit, vegetables, roses, etc. He loved it. A hobby he picked up when they moved to the farm. Leon went back inside and he put Domi down in his high chair and made a fresh jar of lemonade. He poured his alpha a glass and opened the backyard door.
“Hey handsome!!!”
Chris heard him and turned the mower off.
“Got you some fresh iced lemonade.”
“Mmm, that is my favorite.” Chris came over and pulled Leon into his sweaty body and kissed him.
Leon laughed. “Aah gross you’re all sweaty.”
“So?”
Chris teased him by holding him even closer and Leon pulled back smacking him with a kitchen towel playfully. “Stop that! Finish my yard.”
“Ay, ay princess.”
The omega stuck his tongue out at him and Domi babbled and giggled looking at his parents. Leon started on breakfast and by the time Chris had finished his shower after mowing the lawn it was done.
“Wow baby this looks great!”
Leon had made Chris 4 sunny side up eggs, 2 waffles, 3 sausages, grits, half an orange and some coffee.
“Oh well yanno my big handsome man was working so hard this morning… so I thought I’d make him the best breakfast.”
“And I am going to eat it all too… just like ima eat this little guy up!” Chris playfully blew a raspberry on Domi’s cheek and it made the baby giggle. Leon looked at them smiling so proudly. Leon loved their domestic life. He loved these little moments. The peace. The stillness of it all. So different from what they ran from. If Leon could stop time and stay here forever he would, this was the life they deserved. And now that Dominique was here. Chris and Leon wouldn’t dare let anyone ruin that.

Chapter 3: Blissful Peace
Summary:
She smiled. “Of course I was. Leon reminds me of my own child. Shy little thing he always was. I could tell right away Leon was a bit shy so I wanted to welcome him and make him feel comfortable. And oh gosh little Dominique is so cute! How old is he now? Leon was still carrying him around in his arms when I saw him last.”
“He’s 7 months old now, he crawls, and talks a little. His favorite word so far is Mama. Calls Leon 40+ times a day but he isn’t bothered by it. Leon gushes everytime he calls him.”
Martha laughed. “Sounds about right, are they not with you today?”
She looked in the truck looking sad as she saw it empty.
Chris sat down on the crate on her counter. “No Ma’am not today, Dominique had an appointment earlier today and it was around the time I left.”

Chapter Text
A man popped the test tube with the red and blue liquid inside of the machine, and one of the other scientists started to spin the virus. The woman walked with a clipboard over to the tank with a human child inside of it. She hummed as she was taking notes of how the virus was affecting the child.
“No major changes.”
One of the women beside her looked disgusted. “How can we do this? They’re just a child for god’s sake.”
“It’s not like they’re alive, it’s just a shell. But it’s a shell we can bring back to life and make something great! Isn’t that the best part of this?”
“...what if we’ve got this all wrong? What if we mess it up?”
She giggled. “You’re worrying too much. They’re too valuable to fuck this up… besides… we need it right for when we inject it into a human that is living.”
*
Domi was learning a lot of new words. So far he had learned Dada, no, more, but his favorite of all was-
“Mama!!!!” Domi screamed happily as he giggled in his high chair watching his mother clean the kitchen.
Leon laughed. “Yes?” He answered softly.
“Mama…!!!”
“Yes?” Leon responded again.
“Maaaaaaama!!!!”
Leon busted out laughing. “Are you playing with me? Do you just want to scream my name?”
The omega said tickling Domi under his little chubby chin and armpit. Domi laughed and he grabbed Leon’s hand and the omega gently rubbed his little cheek and kissed his nose.
“Mama is almost done. Then we can go outside for a little sunshine, hm? What do you think, my little mouse?” Leon said, tapping his little nose.
Domi cooed happily and he patiently sucked on his strawberry puree until Leon was done. Once he was done Leon cleaned his hands and mouth and they went outside. It was a beautiful and sunny day and it wasn’t too hot so Leon let Domi roam freely in the grass, the little one was curiously crawling following Zeus. Zeus wasn’t walking too fast trying to stay at Domi’s pace, and nudging him gently when he was trying to mess with something he shouldn’t. Leon was walking behind slowly and he saw Domi sit up as he snatched a dandelion out of the ground. Domi looked back at Leon and he held it up smiling. Leon chuckled and he kneeled down.
“Is this for me?” He smiled.
Domi put it up to Leon again and the omega took it smiling and his heart swelled looking at his baby boy he fought so hard for.
“Oh my love you’re so sweet. I love it.”
Leon knew him and Domi still had a few hours before Chris was home. Chris was making deliveries around their area. Chris and Leon had a business selling fresh fruits, jams, eggs, milk, bread, and pastries when Leon had the time to make them. It kept the bills paid and they also still had quite enough to do fun activities with.
Chris was riding in his truck and he stopped at the next house pulling into the driveway. It was a sweet old couple that lived in the home. David and Martha, they were extremely kind and gosh did they adore little Domi.
Martha gently opened the door.
“Oh Chris, you are so kind! You didn’t have to make a trip all this way.”
Chris smiled. “It’s no problem, especially after how kind and welcoming you were to my husband and child.”

She looked in the truck looking sad as she saw it empty.
Chris sat down on the crate on her counter. “No Ma’am not today, Dominique had an appointment earlier today and it was around the time I left.”
“Oh! Those check ups are surely important. Is Dominique teething yet?”
“Not yet but I think he will be soon. He’s been quite fussy lately which is unusual as he’s a really happy baby.”
“Oh poor thing. If you need anything when he does let me know! Have Leon call me so I can be over right away.”
“Yes Ma’am, thank you. Would you like me to put these away for you?”
“Oh no dear. I’ve got it. You just hurry back home to that pretty omega of yours and that adorable baby!”
“Alright, I’ll be seeing you.”
She let Chris out and waved goodbye from the porch as Chris went home. She was his last stop. Chris started driving back to the farm and he was 45 minutes away now.
*
Leon was walking around swaying and bouncing his hollering baby. Domi was screaming his head off, and he was trying to get out of Leon’s arms and grabbing at his mouth.
“Oh shush shush… Dominique what’s the matter baby? You’re never this fussy…”
Leon had tried everything for the past 30 minutes. From rocking, swaying, bouncing, to simply just trying to lay with him but nothing was comforting his fussy baby. And Leon’s worry skyrocketed when he was starting to get a fever. The omega noticed Domi kept reaching for his mouth and Leon took his finger and put it in Domi’s mouth and gently started rubbing his gums. He was getting quiet and Domi grabbed Leon’s finger and started gumming on it and moving his finger back and forth.
“You’re teething… no wonder you’re so fussy… my poor baby you’re probably in so much pain.” Leon walked with him to the fridge and he opened the freezer and pulled out a frozen teething ring. Leo replaced his finger with the teething room and it seemed to be soothing Domi. Leon gently wiped Domi’s face and snot off with his hand and he washed his hand again after doing that. Leon looked up as he saw Chris come into the house. Chris noticed his sons crying face and Chris immediately rushed over.
“What did you do to my baby?” Chris took him and Leon kicked his shin in retaliation.
“Our baby.” He corrected. Chris laughed. “And we have a teether. I think his bottom teeth are trying to come in.”
“Growing teeth are a pain in the butt.” Chris said, kissing Domi’s cheek. Chris had an idea. He grabbed Leon’s hand and the omega followed him and he pulled them all down on the couch and pulled Leon and Domi into his chest. Domi snuggled closely to both his parents and he gnawed on his teething ring for 10 solid minutes before he slowly dozed off in Chris’s arms.
Leon smiled as he gently brushed his little brunette hair back. Leon leaned up kissing Chris softly. “I love you both so much.”
“We love you too baby. More than anything.” Chris said, holding his hand and kissing him softly. Things were finally settling for them and for the first time in ages, they were so blissfully happy. And they couldn’t wait to see how Dominique would grow.

Chapter 4: Missing
Summary:
"Wait! Hold on! Was that everyone? Are you absolutely sure no one else is coming off?" He fumbled in his pocket, pulling out his phone, his thumb swiping to a picture of him and a smiling Dominique. He thrust the screen towards the worker. "Have you seen him? My son?”

Chapter Text
*PRESENT TIME*
A low groan escaped Dominique's lips as consciousness clawed its way back, each sense returning with a painful throb. His eyes fluttered open to a suffocating darkness, the air thick with a cold, metallic tang that spoke of sterile instruments and something far more sinister. He lay on something hard and unforgiving – a surgical table, the cold seeping into his skin. Panic, sharp and sudden, seized him, a cold fist clenching his chest. He thrashed against the unforgiving restraints, the leather biting into his wrists. Suddenly, a brutal pressure clamped his neck, cutting off his breath. Dominique yelped, a strangled sound lost in the gloom, as a voice, laced with a familiar contempt, grated in his ear. "Still so predictably weak." The hand tightened, a cruel reminder of Wesker's disdain. "All that potential, gestating within the very flesh of one of your… fathers. A special gift, Dominique. One you never even knew you possessed. You've carried it within you since before you even drew your first breath, nestled deep within Leon's womb."
Dominique's eyes snapped wide, the suffocating darkness now compounded by a chilling understanding of his predicament. Panic, no longer a fleeting wave, settled deep within him, a cold, paralyzing dread. A shadow shifted beside the table, and Wesker's face, illuminated by a sliver of unseen light, loomed into view. He knelt, his gaze intense and predatory. "You see," Wesker began, his voice a low, venomous purr, "your fathers… Chris and Leon. They have been a persistent thorn in my side, a constant obstruction to my ambitions. Their interference, their self-righteous heroism… it has cost me dearly." A flicker of pure hatred crossed his features. "But then I found you, Dominique. An unexpected… anomaly. A precious host, unknowingly carrying something that has merely lain dormant." Wesker leaned closer, his gaze piercing. "Tell me, boy, didn't you ever feel… different? Not quite normal? Perhaps… a flicker of something more? Unexplained violence? Erratic outbursts that even you couldn't understand?" He paused, letting his words sink in. "That was it, Dominique. The las plagas, a delicate inheritance slowly seeping its influence through you. And today…" Wesker's piercing blue eyes locked onto Dominique's wide, hazel ones, a predatory gleam within them. "Today, we awaken it."
A strangled scream tore from Dominique's throat, a raw sound of pure terror. He thrashed against the cold metal of the surgical table, the restraints biting deeper into his flesh with each frantic movement. Wesker moved with a chillingly calm efficiency towards a nearby steel table, his hand selecting a long, glinting needle. He held it up to the dim light, ensuring the viscous liquid within the vial was ready. Then, with a predatory focus, he returned to Dominique, his grip like iron as he clamped down on the boy's neck, tilting his head to expose the vulnerable skin. "No! Mama! Papa! Please save me!" Dominique's desperate cries echoed in the cold room. Wesker chuckled, a dry, humorless sound. "Oh, they'll come, little one. Eventually. But by then," he leaned in close, his voice a silken threat, "you'll no longer be their precious boy. You'll be something… more. Something they won't even recognize. A monster they'll wish they'd never known." Dominique shook his head violently, tears streaming down his face. Before he could utter another plea, the sharp point of the needle pierced his skin. He gasped as the viscous fluid was injected, a burning sensation spreading through his veins. His chest constricted, stealing his breath. A guttural scream ripped from him, his body arching against the restraints, every muscle convulsing. Wesker leaned down, his breath ghosting against Dominique's ear. "Don't fight it, little one," he whispered, his voice a seductive poison. "Embrace your gift."
*
The humid air hung heavy over the docks as Leon paced restlessly beside the jeep. Chris sat in the driver's seat, his usual stoic demeanor etched with a barely concealed anxiety. Years spent in the shadows, constantly looking over their shoulders, had made vigilance a second skin. Leon had always kept Dominique close, a tight rein on his son's youthful exuberance. Poor kid never fully understood why he couldn't wander like the other children. But Dominique was older now. They had trained him, honed his instincts. He could handle himself, at least for a while. That's what they had told themselves when they finally relented and allowed him to go on the cruise with his classmates. The ship began to disgorge its passengers, a slow trickle of laughing teenagers and their chaperones. Leon's gaze was a hawk's, scanning each face that emerged. One by one, they disembarked, but Dominique wasn't among them. Leon's breath hitched as he saw a dock worker moving to close the ship's massive door. His eyes darted frantically across the remaining crowd, a cold dread coiling in his gut. He didn't see him. Panic, sharp and suffocating, seized Leon. He sprinted towards the dockworker, his voice tight with urgency.
"Wait! Hold on! Was that everyone? Are you absolutely sure no one else is coming off?" He fumbled in his pocket, pulling out his phone, his thumb swiping to a picture of him and a smiling Dominique. He thrust the screen towards the worker. "Have you seen him? My son?”
The dockworker's face crumpled in apology. "So many faces, sir… it's hard to keep track." He admitted, a nervous sweat beading on his brow. "Seeing him on the ship… I couldn't say for sure. But I can check the passenger manifest." He tapped at his handheld device. "Name?"
"Dominique Kennedy," Leon said, his voice tight with barely suppressed panic. The man's fingers flew across the screen.
"Ah, here we are… Room 203, third level."
Leon's eyes widened, a flicker of desperate hope battling with the growing dread. "Please… can I just take a look? I just need to see him." He practically begged, the carefully constructed facade of control crumbling.
The man hesitated. "Normally, sir, that's strictly against protocol…" He glanced at Leon's face, etched with worry. "But… given that he's a minor… wait here. I'll need to clear it with my supervisor."
While Leon stood frozen, a knot of anxiety twisting in his gut, Chris had already begun to move. He scanned the dispersing crowd, his trained eyes missing nothing, his hand hovering near the pistol concealed beneath his jacket. Every instinct screamed that something was terribly wrong. He trusted Dominique, but this… this felt different. Leon was going to search the ship; Chris would cover the perimeter. They would find their son. They had to.
The dockworker, after a brief phone call, gestured Leon forward, his expression sympathetic. "Alright, sir, go ahead. Third level, room 203."
Leon moved with a desperate urgency, his footsteps echoing in the deserted corridors of the ship. He found room 203 and pushed the door open, his breath catching in his throat. The room was small and sterile, and a wave of unease washed over him. He spotted Dominique's familiar duffel bag shoved haphazardly under one of the twin beds. He knelt, his fingers fumbling with the zipper. Inside, every single item of clothing remained neatly folded, untouched. A cold dread seeped into Leon's bones. He scanned the rest of the room, his gaze falling on the bedside table. Dominique's phone was gone. Leon's hand trembled as he pulled out his own, his thumb automatically dialing his son's number. The line rang once, then went straight to voicemail. A choked sob escaped Leon's lips, and tears welled in his eyes. He snatched the duffel bag, its lightness a stark contrast to the heavy weight in his chest, and bolted from the room, running back towards the exit where Chris was waiting.
Chris met him halfway, his face grim. "Nothing. No sign of him out here."
"His… his clothes," Leon stammered, his voice thick with emotion, clutching the duffel bag to his chest. "They're all there, Chris. Untouched. His bed… it hasn't even been slept in. His phone's gone." His voice cracked. "How… how could this happen? How long… how long has he not been on this ship?" The horrifying realization hung heavy in the air between them.
"We will find him, Leon," Chris said, his voice a low growl of determination, pulling Leon into a fierce embrace. Leon clung to him, the duffel bag a pathetic weight between them. "We will find our son. Let’s go… we don't have much time."
Meanwhile, back in the cold, sterile room, Dominique's body convulsed. Bile rose in his throat, and he wretched, the violent spasms wracking his small frame. Another figure, masked and silent, gripped Dominique's face, forcing his head to stay still. Through the haze of pain and the encroaching infection, Dominique's vision swam, his once deep hazel eyes now swirling with streaks of crimson. "Please…" he choked out, his voice barely a whisper. "Please… let me go… I want to go home…"
Wesker's cold laughter echoed in the room. "You are home now, Dominique. Your true home."
A final, agonizing scream tore from Dominique as the virus surged through him, his body trembling violently, every nerve ending screaming in protest. The pain became too much, a black wave of unconsciousness pulling him under. When his eyes fluttered open again, the vibrant hazel was gone, replaced by a chilling, malevolent red. The transformation was complete.
