Be My Obligation

Summary:

Freshly graduated from high school, Xie Lian was determined to help his family, who were facing dire financial trouble. He would do anything for them.

Anything.

Notes:

I fucking hate group projects. 3.5 years of maintaining my GPA shattered because of a bunch of social loafers, and all we had were group projects for this one particular course—which contributes quite a lot to my overall grade. I cried for three days and am still crying as I write this story. I mean, people might say grades aren’t that important—BUT THEY ARE, OKAY??? Studying is the only thing I’m relatively decent at, and my self-esteem is solely based on that. And the most painful thing is… it’s not entirely my fault. At least, it feels like it isn’t.

Anyway, this is my rage writing. I didn’t intend to publish it, but it sort of became a decent story? And if you’ve read my other fics, yes, this is basically the same formula—just with different ships and a shorter storyline blah blah. I just need to distract myself and get this out of my system. I know I should be writing the continuation of my other fics, but rest assured, it’s on the way. I just need to figure out how to look at my phone without crying anymore.

I might be ashamed later, but the age difference between them is pretty wild. Xie Lian is about 18 and Jun Wu is in his early 30s. Yeah. Sorry. REMEMBER THAT THIS WAS ALL FICTIONAL AND I DO NOT CONDONE ANY OF THIS IN REAL LIFE🙏🙏🙏

Work Text:

The chatter of the crowd faded as Xie Lian stepped out of the grand auditorium of Xianle Academy, diploma in hand and a bittersweet smile tugging at his lips. The bright afternoon sun bathed the sprawling school grounds, casting long shadows over the manicured lawns and pristine pathways. He paused for a moment, letting his gaze sweep over the place he had called home for the past three years, the place where he had worked tirelessly to prove himself.

It should have been a perfect day. Earning his high school degree, and graduating as the best student of his year at that. Yet the pride he should have felt was dampened by the crushing weight of reality. His family, once revered as business tycoons, had fallen on hard times, brought low by the relentless competition of the Bai Wuxiang Group. Their struggles were no secret to him, even if his parents had tried their best to shield him from the truth.

The thought of his parents, their struggles, and strained smiles, tightened something in his chest. Even his closest friends, Feng Xin and Mu Qing, had begun to distance themselves, their once easy camaraderie replaced with polite yet painful indifference. Xie Lian clenched his fists, determined not to let his resolve waver. He had made it this far. He would continue, no matter how difficult it became.

His reverie was broken by a figure standing by the edge of the courtyard. Tall and broad-shouldered, dressed impeccably in a crisp white suit that seemed almost blinding in the sunlight, the man stood out amidst the sea of students and families. His regal bearing made heads turn, though his attention was fixed solely on Xie Lian.

Their eyes met.

Xie Lian froze, feeling a heat rise to his cheeks. The man’s lips curved into a faint smile, and he lifted a hand in greeting. Xie Lian hesitated for a moment before walking over, his heart beating faster with each step.

“Mr Jun?” Xie Lian’s voice was soft, uncertain. “What are you doing here?”

Jun Wu’s smile widened ever so slightly, his dark eyes glinting. “I came to congratulate you on your graduation, of course. It’s quite the achievement, Xie Lian. You’ve made your parents proud.”

Xie Lian’s cheeks flushed even deeper. “Thank you, but you didn’t need to come all this way—”

“Nonsense,” Jun Wu interrupted gently, his voice smooth and unhurried. “It’s a special occasion. Besides, I thought I’d drive you home.”

“Oh, no, you really don’t have to—”

“Come now,” Jun Wu said, a touch of amusement in his tone. “I insist. We’re not exactly strangers aren't we?”

Xie Lian faltered, then nodded. He trusted Jun Wu, his family as well. The man had been one of his father’s last loyal friends, someone who had extended a helping hand during their family’s darkest hours. To refuse his offer felt ungrateful, even rude.

Jun Wu led him to a sleek white car parked in a quiet corner of the lot. Its polished surface gleamed under the sun. They exchanged pleasantries as they walked, Jun Wu asking about Xie Lian’s time at school, praising his achievements, and chatting some more about his once alma mater.

As they slid into the car, the conversation turned more serious.

“And what about your future, Xie Lian?” Jun Wu asked as he started the engine, his tone casual but his gaze sharp.

Xie Lian hesitated, fiddling with his seatbelt. “I… I’ll look for a job,” he said finally, his voice quieter than he intended. “With everything going on, I want to do what I can to help my family.”

Jun Wu hummed thoughtfully, his fingers tapping lightly against the steering wheel. A faint, musky scent filled the car, rich and woodsy, like cedarwood warmed by the sun. It was comforting at first, but then it grew stronger, wrapping around Xie Lian like a tangible force.

His head swam.

Xie Lian turned to look at Jun Wu, only to find the man gazing at him intently, his expression unreadable.

“I could help,” Jun Wu said, his voice low and smooth.

Xie Lian’s breath caught. “Help… how?”

There was something in the way Jun Wu looked at him, something that made his skin tingle and his heart pound. He wasn’t naive. He had always known that Jun Wu’s generosity towards his family wasn’t without reason. But seeing him insinuating the price still left him unsteady.

Jun Wu curled into a faint smile, and he reached out, tucking a stray strand of hair behind Xie Lian’s ear. The touch was light, almost tender, yet it sent a shiver down Xie Lian’s spine.

“If I made you my obligation,” Jun Wu began, his voice velvet-soft, “I could do much more for your family. We could become mates.”

Xie Lian’s eyes widened. His breath hitched as his collar grew stiflingly warm, his body betraying him as his scent—white peony, soft and delicate—slipped through.

Jun Wu’s smile deepened, his hand moving to rest lightly on Xie Lian’s thigh. “Of course, it’s your choice. But I think we both know it’s the best way forward.”

Xie Lian’s mind raced. Jun Wu was everything an omega could dream of—handsome, successful, kind. He was also cunning, he realised now, though it didn’t make him any less alluring. Xie Lian felt trapped, but not entirely unwillingly so.

His resolve wavered as he met Jun Wu’s gaze. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, he let his scent bloom fully.

Jun Wu’s eyes darkened, his alpha presence intensifying as he leaned closer. His fingers brushed against the back of Xie Lian’s neck, toying with the edge of his collar.

“Good,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice low and intimate. “Now, we’ll just need to look convincing.”

Xie Lian tilted his head ever so slightly, exposing the pristine curve of his neck, the alabaster skin untouched and unblemished despite most hiding under the collar. His pulse fluttered beneath the surface, betraying his nervous anticipation. Jun Wu’s sharp gaze locked onto it, and a low, predatory growl rumbled deep in his chest. The sound sent a shiver down Xie Lian’s spine, making his inner omega instinctively curl into submission, pliant and yielding to the alpha’s presence.

Jun Wu leaned closer, his breath warm against Xie Lian’s skin as he murmured softly, his voice dark and compelling. “We’ll look more convincing if you have my scent.”

The words ignited a fire in Xie Lian’s veins, and he nodded, though his heart pounded wildly. His whimper escaped unbidden, and he barely had time to steady himself before Jun Wu moved.

In a fluid motion, Jun Wu closed the distance between them, his larger frame dominating the small space of the car. Xie Lian felt the weight of his presence, as though the alpha had physically enveloped him, even from his seat. Jun Wu’s deep woodsy pheromone intensified, making him utterly overwhelmed.

Jun Wu’s lips brushed against the exposed part of Xie Lian’s neck, warm and teasing. Then he began, slow and deliberate. His tongue traced over the faint curve of Xie Lian’s scent gland, along the collar and slipping behind it, coaxing a soft gasp from the omega. Xie Lian trembled as Jun Wu’s lips pressed firmly against him, alternating between licking, sucking, and nipping lightly, never enough to leave any mark but enough to set every nerve in his body alight.

“Good boy,” Jun Wu whispered against his skin, his voice a husky growl that sent a fresh wave of heat through Xie Lian’s body.

The intimacy of the act overwhelmed him. Jun Wu’s cedarwood scent wrapped around him, stronger and more intoxicating than before, thick and heady like a storm in a forest. It mingled with his own, the delicate white peony notes slipping past the protective collar he wore, creating an undeniable bond in the confined space.

Xie Lian’s breath hitched, his chest rising and falling rapidly as he struggled to process the sensations flooding him. His abdomen tightened suddenly, heat pooling low in his belly. Before he could comprehend what was happening, his body convulsed, a sharp cry escaping his lips as an unfamiliar release overtook him. His limbs shook, his face burned, and tears pricked the corners of his eyes.

Jun Wu pulled back, satisfaction gleaming in his dark eyes as he studied Xie Lian’s flushed and trembling form. He brushed a stray tear from Xie Lian’s cheek with the pad of his thumb, his touch lingering.

“There,” Jun Wu murmured, his tone low and rich with promise. “That should be enough—for now. We’ll return to your home, and I’ll speak with your parents. Leave it to me.”

Xie Lian could only nod weakly, his voice failing him as his body slumped back into the seat. He was spent, every fibre of his being alight with the aftershocks of what had just transpired. Jun Wu’s hands moved deftly, straightening Xie Lian’s uniform and brushing away any trace of their exchange with the care of someone handling something precious.

As the car smoothly pulled out of the parking lot, Jun Wu’s hand found its place on Xie Lian’s knee, a subtle but possessive gesture that left no room for doubt. The omega leaned back against the seat, his gaze distant but his heart thrumming with the reality of what his future might become.

The ride back to the Xie family estate was quiet, as if nothing had happened between them earlier. Xie Lian sat with his hands folded neatly in his lap, his head turned towards the window as he watched the world pass by. Jun Wu, ever composed, kept one hand on the steering wheel while the other rested casually on the centre console, his presence as calm and assured as always.

“You seem nervous, Xie Lian,” Jun Wu said, breaking the silence. His tone was smooth, but the faint upward curve of his lips betrayed his amusement.

“I—” Xie Lian paused, his cheeks flushing as he fumbled for an answer. “It’s just… my parents. They can be… a little intense.”

Jun Wu chuckled softly, his deep voice resonating in the small space of the car. “That’s to be expected. They care deeply for you, as they should.”

Xie Lian glanced at him, unsure whether the words were a comfort or a reminder of the situation they were walking into.

“And,” Jun Wu added, his gaze still fixed on the road, “it’s only natural for them to have questions. But don’t worry—I’ll handle it.”

Xie Lian nodded faintly, his heart pounding as the gates of the Xie estate came into view. Though the family still resided in their grand mansion, the signs of their financial troubles were evident. The once-immaculate gardens were overgrown in places, and the fountain at the centre of the courtyard had fallen silent, its water stained with moss. It might not be that long before they need to move to another place.

Jun Wu parked the car smoothly near the entrance, stepping out first and moving to open Xie Lian’s door. Xie Lian followed, smoothing his uniform as they walked up the steps together.

The grand doors opened, and Xie Lian’s mother appeared. She wore a smile, but it faltered slightly when she saw Jun Wu.

“Mr Jun?” she said, her voice laced with surprise. “Are you bringing Lian-er home? Oh! I’m so sorry we couldn’t pick him up ourselves. I didn’t mean to trouble you.”

“It’s no trouble at all,” Jun Wu replied smoothly, inclining his head. “It was my pleasure.”

Her smile returned briefly, but then her nose twitched. Her eyes darted to Xie Lian, narrowing as a faint scent reached her. Her lips parted, trembling slightly as if to speak, before her expression shifted to shock.

“Lian-er,” she began, her voice shaking. “Why… Why do you reeks of alpha?”

Xie Lian froze, his face draining of colour.

“What—what happened?” she demanded, her tone rising with panic. “Did someone take advantage of you? Or… or did you…” Her eyes filled with suspicion and worry. “Did you get carried away after celebrating?”

“Mother, no! It’s not like that!” Xie Lian protested, his hands raised defensively.

Her raised voice must have echoed through the halls, because Xie Lian’s father, the Xie patriarch, appeared from a side room. His brows furrowed deeply as he approached.

“What’s this commotion about?” he asked, his voice stern but laced with concern.

His wife turned to him, her face pale. “Our son… he smells like… like an alpha!”

“What?” The patriarch’s eyes snapped to Xie Lian, his expression darkening. “Explain yourself. Who was it? What would have happened if Mr Jun hadn’t driven you home?”

“Please,” Jun Wu interjected, his voice calm but commanding enough to draw their attention. “There’s no need for alarm.”

The matriarch and patriarch stared at him, confusion written across their faces.

“Xie Lian is speaking the truth,” Jun Wu continued, stepping closer to Xie Lian. “Your son carries my scent. But it is not what you think. Xie Lian and I… we are in love.”

Xie Lian bit the inside of his cheek, willing himself to nod along, even as his heart raced. He clasped his hands tightly, lowering his gaze to the floor.

The matriarch’s shock deepened, her hand flying to her mouth. “In love?”

Xie Lian nodded slowly. “It’s true, Mother, Father. Mr Jun and I… we’ve been seeing each other for a while.”

The patriarch’s brow furrowed further, though some of the tension in his shoulders eased. “Is this true, Jun Wu?”

“It is,” Jun Wu said without hesitation, his tone firm yet respectful. “I care for your son deeply, and I intend to take responsibility now that he has graduated. That is why I have come to speak with you today.”

The matriarch looked between the two of them, her expression softening into something hesitant, even hopeful. “If that’s the case… would it be possible for you to marry soon? I don’t think it’s proper to wait, given the circumstances.”

Jun Wu smiled, a subtle curve of his lips that carried a quiet authority. “It is precisely my intention. I would like to marry Xie Lian as soon as possible.”

A heavy silence fell over the room as the weight of his words settled. Then the matriarch’s shoulders relaxed, and she exchanged a glance with her husband.

“Very well,” the patriarch said at last. “If this is what you both want, then we’ll begin preparations immediately.”

Jun Wu inclined his head again. “Thank you. I’ll make the necessary arrangements. A week should suffice for everything.”

Xie Lian stood in stunned silence, his heart pounding as his parents nodded their approval. Everything was happening so quickly, yet Jun Wu’s steady presence made it seem inevitable, almost natural.

As the conversation turned to details of the wedding, Jun Wu’s hand found the small of Xie Lian’s back, guiding him gently but firmly. The gesture was subtle, but it spoke volumes. Xie Lian’s cheeks flushed, but he said nothing, letting the alpha take the lead as the pieces of his new reality fell into place.

Xie Lian sat on his bed, staring blankly at his laptop screen, his mind still spinning from the whirlwind of events that had unfolded earlier that day, and he still couldn’t believe it. Everything was happening so fast, and though he had nodded and smiled and acted in love when prompted, he felt dazed, like a leaf caught in a storm. He couldn’t stop replaying how effortlessly Jun Wu had taken over the situation—and him.

Now, alone in his room, he felt ashamed of his… lack of experience. He had always been too focused on his study, and his schoolwork demanded so much if him that he seldom meet with other omega friends to... talk about anything explicit. He was clueless when it came to intimacy, let alone what would be expected of him as a mate.

He hesitated for a moment, then opened his browser and typed in a search: how to please your alpha husband.

The results flooded in, and his cheeks flushed as he skimmed through the titles. There were articles about proper grooming, dressing to attract your alpha, and even advice on managing pheromones. Xie Lian clicked on a few, diligently reading as though preparing for an exam.

“Wear soft fabrics that accentuate your body… pure cotton or natural silk is preferable… Always smell fresh and inviting… Remember, the first time will likely hurt, but it will be worth it…”

His face burned as he read one omega’s story about her alpha being so massive that she’d never stopped getting pregnant.

I’m so swollen all the time, but I love it! ” one comment read, followed by an enthusiastic string of responses asking for tips.

Xie Lian swallowed hard, his hands trembling slightly as he continued. Each tip and anecdote made his imagination run wild. He could picture Jun Wu’s commanding presence, his large hands on him, the sheer power of his frame compared to Xie Lian’s own delicate form. The thought alone made his thighs press together.

Then, one particular post caught his eye. It wasn’t advice, but a link accompanied by a bold caption: “Just submit and follow whatever your alpha wants—watch this to understand.”

He hesitated, his heart pounding. His finger hovered over the link before he clicked it.

The video began to play, and his breath hitched immediately. The screen showed a small omega, barely reaching the alpha’s shoulder, being pounded mercilessly from behind. The omega’s moans filled his ears, filthy and raw, thanks to the earphones he’d slipped on. Xie Lian’s eyes widened as he watched the massive alpha handle his mate almost brutally, gripping the omega’s hips and pulling him back onto his impossibly large manhood.

“Hah—ah! More, please—more! Alpha—” the omega wailed, his head thrown back as his alpha growled lowly, pressing kisses and bites along his exposed neck.

Xie Lian’s chest tightened, his mouth going dry as he watched. The alpha’s knot swelled at the base of his cock, disappearing into the omega with a wet, obscene sound.

“Ahhh! I’m so full—ahh!” the omega cried out, trembling as his body shuddered with release.

Xie Lian’s thighs rubbed together unconsciously, the sticky heat pooling between his legs making him squirm. His hand moved hesitantly, slipping down to press against the fabric of his trousers. He was wet down there.

He gasped softly, the sound barely audible as he tentatively began to touch himself. His fingers worked clumsily, unsure of what to do but driven by instinct. The sensation was alien, the slickness coating his fingers making each movement both strange and pleasurable.

The omega on the screen cried out again, his voice muffled by his alpha’s lips as they kissed deeply. The alpha growled something low and unintelligible, his knot locking them together as he filled his mate completely.

Xie Lian bit his lip, his other hand gripping the bedsheet tightly as his mind wandered. He imagined himself in the omega’s place, his smaller frame dwarfed by Jun Wu’s overwhelming presence. The thought of those large hands gripping his hips, of that deep voice growling in his ear, sent a shiver down his spine.

“Ah… Mr Jun…” Xie Lian whispered, his voice trembling as he worked himself faster. The slick noises grew louder, but the video in his ears drowned out everything else.

His breath quickened, his body tensing as the unfamiliar sensation built steadily. It was too much, too intense, and yet he couldn’t stop.

When his release finally came, it hit him like a tidal wave. Xie Lian’s breath hitched sharply, his body convulsing as warmth spread through him. He cried out softly, his voice barely more than a gasp as the pleasure crested and then ebbed, leaving him trembling and dazed.

For a moment, he simply lay there, his chest heaving as reality crashed back over him. His gaze darted to the screen, where the video had looped to the beginning. Flustered, he scrambled to close the tab, his hands shaking as he deleted his browsing history.

Dragging himself off the bed, he made his way to the bathroom, his steps unsteady. He stripped quickly, tossing his clothes aside before stepping into the shower. As the warm water cascaded over him, he rested his forehead against the cool tile, his thoughts a whirlwind of confusion and anticipation.

“Jun Wu…” he murmured, his voice barely audible over the water.

Alpha.”

...

The wedding had been everything one might expect from someone of Jun Wu’s stature: grand and luxurious, yet with an intimate air, as it was strictly limited to their families and closest acquaintances. Jun Wu’s relatives, many of whom were respected figures in society, had welcomed Xie Lian warmly, expressing their delight, almost gratitude, that Jun Wu was finally settling down.

The ceremony, though formal and steeped in tradition, had passed in a blur for Xie Lian. His mind had swirled with nervous anticipation, every detail seeming surreal. Now, as they stepped into their private honeymoon suite, the reality of his new life settled over him like a heavy, thrilling weight.

The suite was breathtaking—spacious and meticulously designed, with warm lighting and rich, sensual undertones in its decor. The air was lightly perfumed with something musky and floral, and the plush bed at the centre seemed almost too inviting.

Xie Lian  had excused himself first from the banquet, immediately heading to the adjoining bathroom to freshen up. He slipped out of his white-gold blazer and took a quick shower, the warm water soothing his tense muscles. After drying himself off, he reached for the pure-cotton dress he had chosen—a sheer, delicate garment that clung softly to his form.

He glanced at his reflection in the mirror, smoothing the fabric over his slim frame. The pale colour complimented his fair skin, and the soft material only enhanced his delicate features. He looked… perfect. Xie Lian nodded to himself, silently recalling the mental checklist he’d created from his late-night research: be presentable, submissive, and ready to serve your alpha.

When he emerged, he padded over to the bed, the thick carpet muffling his steps. Sinking into the mattress, he sighed as the soft fabric enveloped him. Almost unconsciously, his hands began rearranging the pillows and blankets, creating a small, secure nest.

By the time the door clicked open, signalling Jun Wu’s arrival, Xie Lian was tucked into his makeshift cocoon, his heart fluttering with anticipation.

Jun Wu’s presence filled the room the moment he entered. He crossed the space in a few long strides, his gaze fixed on Xie Lian with a mixture of hunger and fondness. Leaning down, he pressed a kiss to Xie Lian’s temple, his lips lingering as he inhaled the soft peony scent now unhindered by a collar.

“You look lovely,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice rich and smooth, sending shivers down Xie Lian’s spine.

“Thank you…” Xie Lian whispered, his cheeks flushing as he looked up at the imposing alpha.

Jun Wu straightened, his eyes roaming over Xie Lian’s delicate form. There was a flicker of restraint in his gaze, and he sighed lightly before stepping back. “But I can’t have my dear wife dressed so perfectly while I remain anything but presentable. Let me prepare myself for you.”

Xie Lian’s blush deepened, and he instinctively called out, “Alpha…”

Jun Wu stopped mid-step, turning to glance back at him. His expression softened, and he corrected gently, “Husband. You should call me husband now.”

The word felt intimate, even more so than “alpha,” and Xie Lian hesitated before whispering it. “Husband…”

A faint smile touched Jun Wu’s lips, and he nodded approvingly before disappearing into the bathroom.

Left alone, Xie Lian lay back on the bed, his fingers nervously twisting the edge of the sheets as his thoughts raced. What would happen now? His research had given him some idea, but imagining it was vastly different from the reality he was about to face. He tried to calm his breathing, but the anticipation made his heart race.

When the bathroom door finally opened, Xie Lian sat up, his wide eyes locking onto the figure emerging from the misty interior.

Jun Wu stepped out wearing a sleek silk tunic that clung to his broad shoulders and chest, the deep V-neckline revealing a tantalising glimpse of his sculpted muscles. His damp hair, still dripping slightly, clung to his skin, and the soft lighting of the suite made his presence even more magnetic.

Xie Lian felt his breath catch. Compared to Jun Wu, he felt impossibly small, fragile, and inexperienced. The alpha’s sheer presence filled the room, making it impossible to look away.

Jun Wu’s dark eyes lingered on him, their intensity making Xie Lian’s omega instincts stir. A soft whimper escaped his lips as he lowered his gaze submissively, unable to meet the alpha’s piercing stare for long.

Jun Wu crossed the room slowly, the smooth glide of his movements emphasising the predatory grace of his build. When he reached the edge of the bed, he crouched slightly, bringing their faces closer.

“My beautiful wife,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice low and reverent as he brushed a stray strand of hair from Xie Lian’s cheek. His large hand cupped Xie Lian’s jaw gently, his thumb grazing the flushed skin.

Xie Lian shuddered under his touch, his voice trembling as he whispered, “Husband…”

Jun Wu’s lips curved into a faint smile. “That’s right,” he said, his voice dripping with approval. “And tonight, I’ll show you what that truly means.”

Xie Lian’s body trembled as Jun Wu’s cedarwood scent enveloped him once again, filling the room with its rich, commanding warmth. His hands gripped the sheets tightly, bracing himself for what was to come, his heart pounding with a mixture of fear and excitement.

Jun Wu climb onto the bed, effortlessly positioning himself on top of Xie Lian who instinctively pressed himself deeper to the plushness. He gently pressed his knees between Xie Lian’s thighs, spreading them apart with a deliberate slowness that made Xie Lian’s breath hitch. The sheer weight of Jun Wu’s body seemed to envelop him entirely, and the warmth radiating from him only heightened the tension in the air.

As his knee brushed against Xie Lian’s crotch, Jun Wu’s lips curved into a teasing smirk. “Ah,” he said, his tone laced with both amusement and heat, “so my little omega didn’t think to wear anything underneath this dress. Were you that eager for me, my love?”

Xie Lian’s face flushed a deep crimson, and he tried to stammer out a reply, only for Jun Wu to lean in closer, silencing him with the press of his lips. The kiss was deep and consuming, Jun Wu’s mouth moving with practised confidence as he dominated the exchange. Xie Lian let out a soft, needy whimper, his omega instincts urging him to submit fully.

Jun Wu’s large hands began to roam, slipping over Xie Lian’s sides before coming to rest on his chest. Through the sheer fabric, his fingers found the small, sensitive peaks of Xie Lian’s breasts, rolling and teasing them until they hardened beneath his touch.

Xie Lian gasped, breaking the kiss to let out a trembling moan. His hands clutched at Jun Wu’s shoulders as his body arched instinctively into the alpha’s touch. “H-husband,” he murmured, his voice breathless and tinged with desperation. His sweet peony pheromone began filling the air, mingling with Jun Wu’s cedarwood.

“Good,” Jun Wu said, his tone rich with approval as his lips brushed against the corner of Xie Lian’s mouth. “Call me that again.”

“Husband,” Xie Lian repeated, his cheeks burning as the word slipped past his lips.

“That’s my obedient little wife,” Jun Wu murmured, his dark eyes gleaming with satisfaction.

The kiss deepened once more, Jun Wu’s tongue teasing and coaxing Xie Lian’s until the omega felt light-headed. When they finally parted, Xie Lian’s lips were swollen and glistening, his chest heaving with each shaky breath.

Without a word, Jun Wu reached for the hem of Xie Lian’s dress and slowly peeled it off, his fingers brushing against the soft, bare skin beneath. Xie Lian shivered under his touch, his body instinctively curling into itself as he was left exposed.

Jun Wu’s gaze raked over him, taking in every inch of his delicate frame. “Beautiful,” he murmured, his voice low and reverent.

Xie Lian bit his lip, his blush deepening as his eyes trailed down Jun Wu’s body in turn. The alpha shed his own silk tunic in a single fluid motion, revealing his muscular chest and broad shoulders. Xie Lian’s gaze fell further, and his breath hitched as something heavy brushed against his thigh.

The sight of it made his entire body go stiff. Jun Wu’s manhood was more than massive—thick, veiny, and framed by a dusting of hair at the base. It was almost intimidating, and Xie Lian couldn’t help but wonder how something so large could possibly fit inside him.

Jun Wu chuckled at his reaction, the sound deep and rumbling. “Surprised, my love?” he teased, a playful glint in his eyes.

Xie Lian could only nod, his wide eyes fixed on the alpha’s length.

Jun Wu reached out, pulling Xie Lian into a sitting position. “Don’t be afraid,” he said softly, though his tone carried a note of command. “Come here.”

Xie Lian obeyed hesitantly, his movements timid as Jun Wu guided him closer. The alpha held himself proudly, his impressive length on full display.

“Do you know what to do with this?” Jun Wu asked, his voice light but laced with expectation.

Xie Lian stammered, shaking his head. “I… I read about it, but I… I didn’t learn enough.”

Jun Wu smirked, brushing a hand through Xie Lian’s hair. “Then let me teach you, my dear wife. Use your mouth. Start slow. I’ll guide you.”

Xie Lian swallowed hard, his fingers trembling as he reached out to grasp it. It was hot and heavy, pulsing slightly under his touch. It smelled muscular and thick with Jun Wu’s pheromone that made him dizzy. The sheer size of it made him hesitate, but his husband’s patient yet commanding gaze urged him forward.

Xie Lian leaned in, his lips parting as he stuck out his tongue. The first tentative lick drew a low groan from Jun Wu, the sound sending a shiver down Xie Lian’s spine. Emboldened, he began to explore more, his tongue tracing the length with shy, deliberate strokes.

“That’s it,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice low and rich with approval. “Good boy. Just like that.”

Xie Lian’s cheeks burned at the praise, but he continued, his movements growing more confident. His small hands stroked what they could, though the girth and length made it impossible to manage completely.

“You’re doing beautifully,” Jun Wu said, his hand resting lightly on the back of Xie Lian’s head. “Take your time. There’s no need to rush.”

Xie Lian nodded, his lips brushing against the tip as he began to take more of it into his mouth. The warmth and weight were overwhelming, but he pushed through, driven by the need to please his husband.

His hands trembled as he continued, his tongue growing bolder as it traced the length of Jun Wu’s now fully erect cock. It had grown even larger, heavier, and hotter in his hands, and the pre-cum leaking from the tip tasted so potent it made Xie Lian shiver with need.

Jun Wu groaned, low and guttural, his voice vibrating through the room like a command. “You’re such a natural, my love,” he murmured, his tone heavy with approval. “But now… it’s my turn.”

Without warning, Jun Wu gently but firmly pushed Xie Lian onto his back, spreading his thighs further apart as he positioned himself between them. The alpha loomed over him, his powerful body casting a shadow that seemed to swallow Xie Lian’s smaller frame. His dark eyes glimmered with a predatory hunger, though his voice was tender as he spoke.

“You’ve worked so hard for me,” Jun Wu whispered, brushing a strand of hair from Xie Lian’s damp forehead. “Now let me take care of you.”

Before Xie Lian could respond, Jun Wu’s lips descended to the delicate folds of his heat, his large tongue grazing over the sensitive skin in one long, deliberate motion.

“A-ah!” Xie Lian cried out, his back arching as an intense wave of pleasure shot through him. His hands instinctively gripped the sheets, his legs trembling as Jun Wu’s tongue continued its exploration.

Jun Wu growled against him, the deep sound vibrating through Xie Lian’s core. “Sweet… so sweet,” Jun Wu murmured between strokes, his voice muffled but dripping with satisfaction.

“P-please, husband,” Xie Lian whimpered, his voice high-pitched and trembling. “It’s… it’s too much—ah!”

Jun Wu didn’t relent. His tongue delved deeper, teasing the entrance to Xie Lian’s untouched channel before pressing forward. When it was stopped by the thin barrier of his hymen, Jun Wu paused, his lips curving into a soft, approving smile.

“You’re still so pure,” he murmured, his warm breath brushing against the slick folds. “But we’ll change that soon, my love.”

Xie Lian shuddered at his words, a flush of heat spreading from his face to the rest of his body. “H-husband,” he gasped, his voice breaking as Jun Wu’s thumb moved to part his folds, stretching him further.

“Relax for me,” Jun Wu urged, his tone firm yet soothing. His tongue returned to its work, probing, licking, and teasing in ways that made Xie Lian’s mind go blank.

The sensations were overwhelming. Xie Lian’s whimpers turned to moans, his body writhing as pleasure coursed through him. It was nothing like the hesitant touches he had experimented with alone—this was far more intense, far more consuming.

“I-I can’t—ah! Please, stop!” Xie Lian’s voice was high and desperate as he squirmed beneath Jun Wu. “It… it feels like I need to—need to—”

Jun Wu chuckled against him, his lips curling as he latched onto Xie Lian’s folds, sucking gently before grazing them with his teeth. “Shh,” he murmured, his tone dark and commanding. “Let go, my love. Trust me.”

Xie Lian’s protests dissolved into broken cries as Jun Wu’s movements intensified. The alpha’s mouth worked tirelessly, coaxing and drawing out more fluid as Xie Lian’s body trembled uncontrollably.

“H-husband, I—ahhh!” Xie Lian’s voice peaked into a scream as his release came crashing down on him. His body convulsed, his thighs squeezing Jun Wu’s head as he squirted with an intensity that left him gasping for air.

Jun Wu growled deeply, drinking in every drop as though it were a treasure meant only for him. The sensation of his tongue lapping at the sensitive area sent aftershocks rippling through Xie Lian’s body, leaving him a trembling, limp mess.

When Jun Wu finally pulled away, his lips were glistening, and his dark eyes shone with pride and satisfaction. He leaned forward, brushing a gentle kiss against Xie Lian’s temple.

“That wasn’t pee,” Jun Wu said softly, his voice laced with amusement as he wiped a tear from Xie Lian’s flushed cheek. “That was your release, my love. Your first climax. It’s proof of how much pleasure your alpha can give you.”

Xie Lian, still dazed and barely able to move, could only whimper softly in response. His body felt heavy and boneless, his head lolling to the side as he tried to catch his breath.

Jun Wu sat up, his powerful frame towering over Xie Lian’s small, trembling form. His arousal was still prominent, now even larger and more intimidating than before. Xie Lian’s wide eyes flicked to it, his breath hitching as fear and anticipation twisted in his chest.

Jun Wu smiled down at him, his voice a soothing balm to Xie Lian’s nerves. “This is just the beginning, my love. I promised to be gentle, and I’ll keep that promise. Trust me.”

Xie Lian nodded weakly, his voice barely a whisper as he replied, “Yes… husband.”

Jun Wu leaned down, pressing a lingering kiss to Xie Lian’s swollen lips. “That’s my good wife,” he murmured, his tone rich with affection and pride. “Now let me show you how deeply I can love you.”

Jun Wu shifted smoothly, his powerful thighs tensing as he half-knelt between Xie Lian’s legs, pressing his smaller body into the plush mattress. Gently, he lifted Xie Lian’s hips, positioning the omega’s thighs to wrap around his waist. Xie Lian’s breath caught as he felt the heat of Jun Wu’s cock pressing against him.

Jun Wu leaned forward, his massive length resting on Xie Lian’s belly, the tip brushing past his navel. The weight and heat of it left Xie Lian trembling, his chest rising and falling rapidly as he stared at the sight.

“It’s so…” Xie Lian began, his voice trailing off as his fingers hesitantly brushed against the girth resting against him.

“Big?” Jun Wu teased, his lips curving into a knowing smirk. “What else did you learn about this, little one?”

Xie Lian, still dazed from the aftershocks of his earlier release, whimpered softly. His cheeks flushed a deep red as he whispered, “I… I’m supposed to enjoy it. And let my alpha… take control.”

Jun Wu chuckled, the sound rich and deep as he leaned closer, his dark eyes glinting with amusement. “That’s right, my love. But tell me…” He lifted his length and lightly slapped it against Xie Lian’s stomach, eliciting a startled gasp from the omega. “Do you think you can take all of this?”

Xie Lian’s wide eyes darted to the throbbing length before meeting Jun Wu’s gaze. “I… I don’t know,” he admitted, his voice trembling. “It’s… it’s so big, husband.”

Jun Wu laughed softly, the sound vibrating through the room. “Don’t worry,” he murmured, brushing his thumb along Xie Lian’s cheek. “Your body is made for this—for me. Omega and alpha. It’s mutual pleasure, my dear wife. Trust me.”

His free hand gripped his cock, guiding the blunt, leaking tip to Xie Lian’s entrance. Slowly, he circled it against the slick folds, teasing and coaxing the omega’s body to relax. “Do you feel how heavy it is?” Jun Wu whispered, leaning down so his lips brushed against Xie Lian’s ear. “By the end of this, all of it will be inside you. And then you’ll carry the fruit of our union.”

Xie Lian shuddered at the words, his entire body trembling as he clung to Jun Wu’s broad shoulders. “Yes, husband,” he whimpered, his mind flashing to the posts he’d read about omegas who couldn’t stop getting pregnant.

Jun Wu smiled against his neck, pressing a soft kiss there before slowly beginning to push inside.

The stretch was immediate and overwhelming. Xie Lian cried out, his head pressing back against the pillow as his body struggled to accommodate Jun Wu’s sheer size. The pain was sharp, his entrance straining against the intrusion, and when the thick head finally pushed past the tight ring of muscle, he felt something give—a sudden, searing sensation as his hymen tore.

“H-husband!” Xie Lian gasped, his fingers digging into Jun Wu’s arms as tears pricked the corners of his eyes.

Jun Wu stilled, his large hands cupping Xie Lian’s hips as he leaned down to kiss away the omega’s tears. “Shh, it’s all right, my love. Breathe. I’ve got you,” he murmured soothingly.

Xie Lian’s chest heaved as he struggled to focus on the alpha’s voice. His body felt like it was being split apart, stuffed beyond its limit. Yet even amidst the pain, he noticed how the ridges of Jun Wu’s cock dragged against his walls in a way that sent conflicting signals of pain and pleasure.

“Just a little more,” Jun Wu whispered, pressing another kiss to Xie Lian’s trembling lips. “You’re doing so well for me. Such a good omega.”

The words soothed Xie Lian, and he clung to the faint memory of the posts he’d read—how it would hurt at first before transforming into something incredible. He braced himself as Jun Wu continued, moving achingly slowly, inch by inch, until he finally stilled, giving Xie Lian’s body time to adjust.

Xie Lian’s head lolled back, his chest rising and falling as he tried to catch his breath. “H-husband…” he whispered shakily. “Is it… all inside?”

Jun Wu chuckled, his hand sliding down to rest on Xie Lian’s stomach. “Not even halfway, my love,” he said, his tone filled with dark amusement. He guided Xie Lian’s gaze downward, showing him the obscene sight of his entrance stretched wide around the thick shaft. “Look how perfectly you take me, little one.”

Xie Lian whimpered softly, his clit taut and throbbing from the stimulation. He wanted to say “wait,” but when he shifted slightly in his discomfort, the motion sent a jolt of unexpected pleasure through him. His breath hitched, and a soft moan escaped his lips.

“Does it feel good?” Jun Wu asked, his voice low and velvety.

“I… I don’t know,” Xie Lian admitted, his voice trembling. “It’s… too much.”

Jun Wu kissed him again, his lips firm and reassuring. “Then let me show you,” he murmured, slowly pulling back before pushing forward again, his movements deliberate and measured.

The initial pain began to ebb, replaced by a strange, building pressure that made Xie Lian gasp. His body, though still stretched to its limit, began to respond, the friction of Jun Wu’s cock dragging against his walls sending waves of warmth through him.

“Please…” Xie Lian whimpered, his hands clutching at Jun Wu’s shoulders. “Slowly… please.”

Jun Wu growled softly, his lips brushing against Xie Lian’s ear. “As you wish, my love,” he said, his deep voice filled with restrained hunger.

His movements were slow and careful, each thrust easing Xie Lian’s body further into submission. The pain transformed, melting into a pleasure so intense it left Xie Lian breathless. Each drag of Jun Wu’s cock against his sensitive walls sent sparks through him, and soon, he was moaning freely, his earlier fear replaced by pure, unbridled desire.

“You’re perfect,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice reverent as he kissed Xie Lian’s flushed skin. “Made just for me.”

“H-husband,” Xie Lian gasped, his body trembling as he clung to Jun Wu, the pleasure overwhelming him. “I… I can’t…”

“Yes, you can,” Jun Wu growled, his movements steady and unrelenting as he anchored Xie Lian beneath him. “Trust me, my love. Let go for me.”

Xie Lian whimpered, his body trembling as he fully submitted, letting Jun Wu take control. A soft, breathy moan escaped his lips as Jun Wu’s strong hands held him steady, guiding him through the storm of sensations overwhelming his senses. Each ]thrust pushed Jun Wu’s cock deeper, stretching him impossibly wide. Xie Lian gasped, a low cry spilling from his mouth as it felt like Jun Wu would never fully fit, yet slowly, inch by inch, his body adjusted.

“Ahh…” Xie Lian whimpered, his voice trembling as pleasure and pain blurred together.

It felt like forever, the fullness and pressure so intense that Xie Lian teetered on the edge of unbearable pain. Yet, despite the ache, it felt right. A soft, needy moan escaped his lips, his inner omega purring in satisfaction as he realised how perfectly they fit together. Jun Wu filled him so completely, Xie Lian knew he could never belong to anyone else.

The room was thick with the mingling scents of their bond—cedarwood and white peony blending into a heady haze, and their slick bodies glistening with the exertion of their union.

When Jun Wu finally bottomed out, the last inch pressing deeply inside, Xie Lian’s cry filled the room, raw and unrestrained. “Hah—ah! Husband!”

Jun Wu let out a deep, rumbling growl of satisfaction, his chest vibrating with the sound. The omega’s small body trembled beneath him, a broken moan escaping Xie Lian’s lips as his muscles remained taut yet pliant, adjusting to the sheer size inside him.

“You’ve done so well, my little one,” Jun Wu murmured, his lips brushing against Xie Lian’s temple. “Feel how perfectly you take me.”

Xie Lian whimpered softly, his body limp and trembling as a weak spurt of slick escaped around Jun Wu’s cock, a testament to his complete submission and pleasure.

“Ahh… I… it’s so much,” Xie Lian gasped, his voice soft and high-pitched.

Jun Wu leaned back slightly, his dark eyes filled with hunger as he began to move. “Now it’s time for me to take control.” His thumb found Xie Lian’s taut, swollen clit, brushing over it with calculated precision.

“Ahnn—ah! H-husband, wait—!” Xie Lian’s words dissolved into a series of breathy cries as Jun Wu’s movements intensified, each stroke sending shockwaves of pleasure through him.

Jun Wu silenced him with a kiss, fierce and consuming, his lips demanding submission even as his cock drove deeper into Xie Lian’s trembling body. Xie Lian whimpered into the kiss, his voice breaking as his wrists were pinned firmly above his head. He moaned helplessly, unable to do anything but accept the alpha’s relentless pace.

“You’re mine, Xie Lian,” Jun Wu murmured between thrusts, his breath hot against Xie Lian’s lips. “Such a good omega. You’ll carry my children, won’t you? I’ll fill you over and over until your body swells with my babies— our babies.”

“Ahh—yes… yes, husband,” Xie Lian moaned, the idea of carrying Jun Wu’s children sparking another wave of ecstasy within him. “Please… fill me… Ahhn!”

Jun Wu growled approvingly, his hips driving harder into the omega’s slick, tight heat. Xie Lian’s body responded instinctively, his walls clenching tight around the massive intrusion as his clit was overstimulated by the friction of Jun Wu’s pubic hair with every thrust.

“Ahh—hah… too much—ah! I—ahnn…” Xie Lian’s voice broke as his body trembled beneath the alpha’s unrelenting rhythm.

“You can,” Jun Wu interrupted, his voice low and commanding as he licked the shell of Xie Lian’s ear. “Your body was made for this. Made for me. Feel yourself—already milking me so perfectly.”

Xie Lian’s cries turned into desperate moans, each sound growing louder as he lost himself in the overwhelming sensations. “Ahh—H-husband! Please… I can’t… I…”

“Shh,” Jun Wu soothed, his tone dark and dripping with authority. “Just let me take care of you, my love.”

The omega moaned helplessly, his voice high and needy as the overwhelming pleasure consumed him. His body felt like it was in a state of endless release, teetering on the brink of climax. If not for Jun Wu’s cock stuffing him so thoroughly, he felt as though he would be leaking like a broken faucet spilling over.

Then, he felt it—the base of Jun Wu’s cock beginning to swell. Xie Lian’s eyes widened in panic as he realised the knot was forming, thickening and pressing insistently against his entrance.

“No—hahh! Wait—please—ahh!” Xie Lian cried, his voice breaking into frantic gasps.

Jun Wu’s growl deepened, primal and raw, as he pinned Xie Lian firmly beneath him. His grip on Xie Lian’s wrists tightened, leaving the omega completely at his mercy. “Stay still,” he ordered, his voice rough and dominant. “You’ll take it all, my little wife. I’ll make sure you’re mine, completely.”

“Hah—ahh—husband… ahh!” Xie Lian moaned, his cries desperate as Jun Wu pushed harder.

With one final, determined push, Jun Wu forced his knot inside, the thick swell popping past Xie Lian’s stretched entrance. Xie Lian let out a sharp, broken scream, his body convulsing as the intensity overwhelmed him.

As the knot locked them together, Jun Wu shifted his angle, and Xie Lian’s breath hitched. The alpha’s cock breached deeper, pressing against his cervix with an insistent force. With another low growl, Jun Wu pushed forward, the tip slipping past and breaching into Xie Lian’s womb.

“Ah—ahhh! Husband!” Xie Lian cried out, his body arching as the fullness became utterly overwhelming. His walls clenched tightly around the massive knot, his slick gushing uncontrollably as his entire body shuddered in a dry, powerful orgasm.

Jun Wu groaned deeply, his hips grinding as he savoured the tight, quivering heat enveloping him. “Perfect,” he murmured, his voice thick with satisfaction. “You’re perfect, Xie Lian. This is what your body craves—to be filled by your alpha.”

Xie Lian’s head lolled to the side, his chest heaving as he let out weak, breathy moans. He was overwhelmed, overstimulated, but somewhere deep inside, he felt the satisfaction of their bond solidifying. The fullness was almost unbearable, but he knew it was exactly as it was meant to be.

Jun Wu leaned down, pressing soft kisses to Xie Lian’s flushed cheeks as the omega whimpered softly beneath him. “You’re mine now, my love. Every part of you. And I’ll make sure you’re filled again and again, until you're full of my children.”

“Hah… yes… husband,” Xie Lian whimpered softly, his body pliant and trembling beneath Jun Wu as the alpha began to release, the hot, thick spurts flooding into his womb. The sensation of being so completely claimed left Xie Lian utterly dazed, his mind fogged with submission and a deep, primal satisfaction.

Their bodies remained entangled for what felt like hours, pressed so tightly together that Xie Lian could feel every detail of their union. Jun Wu’s powerful arms held him close, their breaths mingling as the knot swelled and locked them completely. Xie Lian’s senses, dulled by the overwhelming sensations, began to pick apart each detail in detached clarity.

The fullness in his womb became increasingly prominent, starting as a faint heaviness that grew steadily more intense. With each pulse of Jun Wu’s cock, he felt another thick gush of warmth flooding him, his womb gradually yielding to accommodate the sheer amount of seed being deposited. Xie Lian whimpered softly, his head resting limply against Jun Wu’s chest as the alpha’s hands roamed his back in soothing strokes.

“You’re doing so well,” Jun Wu murmured, his voice a husky rumble. He shifted slightly, grinding his hips gently to press deeper. “Look at you, my little wife, taking everything I give you so perfectly.”

Xie Lian let out a shaky moan, his body trembling from the strain. He could feel it—how his womb stretched, the pressure increasing until it was almost unbearable. His lower abdomen began to swell faintly, his omega body forced to expand and make room for the sheer volume.

“I-It’s too much…” Xie Lian whispered, his voice barely audible, his hands clutching weakly at Jun Wu’s shoulders.

“You can,” Jun Wu replied firmly, pressing a kiss to his temple. “Your body was made for this, my love. You’ll carry it all, won’t you? You’ll carry me.”

The words sent a strange, primal thrill through Xie Lian, his inner omega preening despite his dazed exhaustion. He could feel his womb becoming heavier and fuller, the dull ache intensifying before it finally settled into a strange, satiating pressure. By the time Jun Wu stilled completely, the knot firmly deflated, Xie Lian was utterly spent.

His eyes fluttered half-closed, unfocused and glassy, his body limp and pliant under Jun Wu’s. He looked down weakly at his swollen belly, the faint curve of it visible against his otherwise slim frame. It was obscene, a stark testament to how thoroughly he had been claimed.

Jun Wu’s lips quirked into a teasing smile as he gently ran his hand over Xie Lian’s stomach. “You look beautiful like this,” he said, his voice filled with a possessive pride. “But to make a baby, my love, we’ll need more than this.”

Xie Lian whimpered softly, the thought both thrilling and overwhelming. He murmured faintly, almost to himself, “But… I’m not even in heat…”

Jun Wu chuckled, the deep sound reverberating through his chest. “Perhaps,” he said, his fingers trailing along Xie Lian’s flushed skin. “But look at you. Even without your heat, I’ve filled you so completely that it would be impossible for your body not to respond. There’s no doubt, my dear—you’ll leave this room pregnant.”

Xie Lian whimpered again, his mind swirling as he imagined the truth of those words. The posts he had read about omegas becoming pregnant immediately after nights like this replayed in his thoughts, and for the first time, he fully understood what they meant.

But Jun Wu wasn’t finished. For the rest of the night and the following days of their honeymoon, he used Xie Lian like a man possessed.

In the bed, Jun Wu’s knot claimed him again and again, each time leaving Xie Lian trembling and dazed with fullness. When he tried to rest, Jun Wu would pull him into his lap, pressing him against his chest and taking him slowly, intimately, until Xie Lian could barely distinguish blissfulness from exhaustion.

In the bathroom, Jun Wu pressed him against the cool tiles of the shower wall, the slick water cascading over their bodies as he thrust into him with a relentless pace. Xie Lian’s cries echoed in the enclosed space, his body pliant and willing as Jun Wu growled in approval.

Even in the suite’s dining area, Jun Wu lifted Xie Lian onto the table, spreading him open and feasting on him with the same hunger as their wedding night. Xie Lian clung to the edge of the table, his legs trembling as Jun Wu took him there, the hard surface grounding him as his alpha filled him once again.

Through it all, Xie Lian submitted completely, his body responding instinctively even when his mind was too overwhelmed to process. He recalled the words of other omegas, the posts that spoke of their submission as a source of pleasure. This is what it means to be an omega, he thought, his lips parting in a moan as another climax surged through him. He couldn’t deny it—despite the intensity, it left him utterly satiated, his entire being steeped in the overwhelming bond he shared with Jun Wu.

By the time the honeymoon came to an end, Xie Lian was utterly spent. His body was sensitive to every touch, his muscles sore from days of unrelenting passion. On their final morning, Jun Wu finally allowed him to rest, gently cleaning him in the bath. His hands were firm yet tender, massaging away the tension and exhaustion in Xie Lian’s limbs.

“You’ve been so good for me, my love,” Jun Wu murmured, pressing a soft kiss to Xie Lian’s temple as he wrapped him in a warm towel.

Xie Lian could only nod weakly, his body too exhausted to form words. When it came time to leave, Jun Wu dressed him carefully, his movements slow and deliberate. Even so, Xie Lian’s legs gave out when he tried to stand and Jun Wu dutifully carried him out of the suite.

The journey to their new home, Jun Manor, passed in a haze for Xie Lian. Resting in Jun Wu’s arms, he could feel the alpha’s possessive grip around him, the warmth of his body a constant reassurance.

As they pulled into the grand estate, Xie Lian gazed up at the sprawling manor with tired yet awed eyes. His new life as Jun Wu’s wife, as the omega of one of the most powerful alphas, had only just begun. Despite his exhaustion, a small smile graced his lips. For all the intensity, he couldn’t deny the strange, fulfilling warmth that had settled deep in his core.

Xie Lian’s life had transformed into a dream he never thought possible. Jun Wu had kept his promises—every single one. Under Jun Wu’s careful orchestration, his family’s business had not only recovered but thrived. Bai Wuxiang, the shadowy rival who had nearly ruined them, had disappeared as mysteriously and suddenly as it had arrived. In an act of reconciliation, Xie Lian’s father had even proposed merging their family group with Jun Wu’s empire, solidifying their alliance.

The joy only deepened when, during a routine check-up a month after their honeymoon, Xie Lian’s physician hesitated and suggested a pregnancy test. Xie Lian, accompanied by Jun Wu, had been nervous yet hopeful. When the results came back positive, Jun Wu had practically lit up the room with his excitement. He pampered Xie Lian endlessly, showering him with affection, gifts, and unwavering attention.

As the months passed, Xie Lian’s happiness grew alongside his swelling belly. When it was confirmed that he wasn’t carrying just one, but two babies, he felt like the most blessed omega in existence. At five months, he was massive—his belly protruding prominently against his delicate frame. Physical activities were becoming more challenging, yet Xie Lian found solace in staying busy within their sprawling home.

Despite Jun Wu insisting that servants handle every chore, Xie Lian liked to take care of more personal tasks himself. Preparing Jun Wu’s coffee and serving it alongside some snacks became a small ritual that brought him comfort and joy.

Today felt like any other day. The sun streamed gently through the windows as Xie Lian carefully arranged the coffee tray. He made sure the cup was just the way Jun Wu liked it, the aroma of the brew filling the air as he added a plate of delicate pastries. Balancing the tray carefully, he made his way to Jun Wu’s study.

Knocking lightly, he waited for a response. When none came, he hesitated before slowly pushing the door open. The study was empty, which was unusual—Jun Wu rarely left his work unfinished without letting Xie Lian know.

Frowning slightly, Xie Lian stepped inside and placed the tray on the large, ornate desk. His gaze wandered idly over one of the drawer, seemingly filled to the brim to the point that some paper stuck out messily. He shook his head as he opened it, wanting to help to organise it. Such an unusual thing for Jun Wu to be this untidy. But as he sorted through, something caught his eye: a stack of old papers beneath, with the name “Bai Wuxiang” printed in small, bold letters at the top.

His heart skipped a beat. The name sent a chill down his spine, a grim reminder of the dark days his family had endured. He hadn’t heard it spoken since the rival company’s sudden disappearance, and yet here it was, in Jun Wu’s study of all places. Perhaps he had been investigating them all these time?

Compelled by an uneasy curiosity, Xie Lian reached out, his hands trembling slightly as he picked up the documents. His eyes scanned the text, and with each line, his stomach twisted into tighter knots.

Financial reports... corporate espionage... acquisitions...

The connections became clearer with every word he read. It wasn’t just that Jun Wu had dismantled Bai Wuxiang—he was Bai Wuxiang.

Xie Lian’s breath quickened, his hands shaking as he pieced the evidence the paper had presented together. Jun Wu had orchestrated everything. He had been the very force that had crushed his family, the shadowy figure behind their downfall, only to swoop in as their saviour. The man he loved, the man who had given him everything, had also taken everything from him in the first place.

“Xie Lian?” Jun Wu’s voice broke the silence, smooth and steady.

Xie Lian jolted, his head snapping up as Jun Wu stepped into the room. The alpha’s gaze immediately fell on the stack of documents in Xie Lian’s trembling hands. His eyes narrowed briefly before his expression softened into something unreadable.

“What are you doing?” Jun Wu asked, his voice calm but carrying an undertone that sent a shiver through Xie Lian.

Xie Lian didn’t respond, his voice caught in his throat as his trembling intensified. He clutched the papers like a lifeline, his mind racing with conflicting emotions—fear, betrayal, confusion.

Jun Wu sighed, his broad shoulders relaxing slightly as he took a step closer. “I see you’ve found those,” he murmured, his tone almost casual. But his eyes were sharp, watching Xie Lian’s every reaction.

“You…” Xie Lian’s voice finally broke free, though it was barely a whisper. “You’re Bai Wuxiang…”

Jun Wu tilted his head slightly, a faint smile playing on his lips. “I am,” he admitted, the words falling effortlessly from his mouth. “Though I suppose you weren’t meant to find out like this.”

Xie Lian’s knees felt weak, his free hand moving instinctively to his swollen belly. “Why? Why would you do this to my family? To me?”

Jun Wu took another step forward, his presence commanding yet calm. “Xie Lian,” he said softly, “it wasn’t personal. It was business. Everyone stood in the way of my plans, and I did what was necessary to remove that obstacle.”

Tears pricked at the corners of Xie Lian’s eyes as he took a shaky step back. “But you—everything—you saved us… you saved me…”

“I did,” Jun Wu replied smoothly, his voice unwavering. “And I would do it again. Because you, my love, were always part of the plan.”

Xie Lian’s breath hitched, his trembling hands clutching his swollen belly as Jun Wu’s words lingered in the air, heavy and unrelenting. The alpha’s dark eyes softened momentarily as he observed Xie Lian’s turmoil, but then something deeper flickered in his gaze—an obsessive glint, smouldering with an intensity that made Xie Lian’s chest tighten.

“You don’t understand, my dear wife,” Jun Wu began, his voice dropping lower, tinged with something almost primal and dangerous. “In the past, alphas didn’t vie for their omegas with pleasantries and gifts. They fought. They killed one another to claim what was theirs. The strongest survived, and the perfect omegas, the most desirable, were treated as deities. Alphas would bleed and die just for the chance to stand near them.”

Xie Lian’s wide eyes remained locked on Jun Wu as the alpha’s pheromones began to shift, the comforting cedarwood tinged now with an edge of something darker—sharp and smoky, like burnt wood lingering in the air.

“We don’t do that kind of savagery anymore,” Jun Wu continued, his lips curling into a faint smile, “but don’t think for a moment that those instincts have faded. Especially when it comes to omegas like you.”

Xie Lian froze, his body tense as Jun Wu stepped closer, his commanding presence filling the room.

“You’re too pure, too diligent, too perfect to realise how many alphas would have done anything to claim you,” Jun Wu murmured, his gaze roaming over Xie Lian with an almost possessive reverence. “How many of them were watching, waiting, scheming for your attention while you remained blissfully unaware?”

Xie Lian’s heart raced, his mind reeling from the revelation. “What… what are you saying?”

Jun Wu chuckled darkly, his eyes gleaming. “I’m saying that I didn’t just fight to win you. I destroyed them, one by one—any alpha who dared think they were worthy of you. How many businesses I crushed, how many futures I dismantled, just to ensure no unworthy eyes ever lingered on you.”

Xie Lian’s hands trembled as he took a shaky step back, his voice trembling. “But… but you destroyed my family too. You took everything from us.”

“And rebuilt it,” Jun Wu replied smoothly, his tone calm yet firm. “Stronger than before. I proved myself, Xie Lian. No one else could have done what I did for you. I’ve given your family back their legacy, secured their future, and proven beyond doubt that I am the only alpha worthy of you.”

Xie Lian’s knees threatened to give out as he processed Jun Wu’s words, the weight of his declarations crushing. He didn’t recognise this side of Jun Wu—the calm, gentle husband now revealed as a man driven by a ruthless obsession. Yet, as much as the rational part of him felt overwhelmed and intimidated, another part—his omega instincts—relished it. That primal part of him purred at Jun Wu’s words, at the lengths the alpha had gone to claim and protect him.

Jun Wu seemed to smell the distress in Xie Lian’s pheromone. His expression softened slightly, though the edge in his aura remained. “Careful, my love,” he said gently, stepping forward and placing a steadying hand on Xie Lian’s arm. “Don’t stress yourself. It’s not good for you or the baby.”

Xie Lian hesitated, but Jun Wu’s touch was grounding, his strong grip guiding him gently to the plush chair by the desk. “Sit,” Jun Wu murmured, his tone soft but firm.

Xie Lian allowed himself to be seated, his mind still in a daze. His wide eyes followed Jun Wu as the alpha knelt before him, his broad shoulders and powerful frame humbling himself in a way that felt strangely reverent.

Jun Wu took Xie Lian’s trembling hands in his own, pressing a soft kiss to each one before trailing his lips to the delicate curve of Xie Lian’s wrist. “You are everything to me,” he whispered, his dark eyes lifting to meet Xie Lian’s. “You, our family, our future.”

Xie Lian’s chest tightened as Jun Wu’s hands moved to his swollen belly, his lips pressing a tender kiss to the stretched skin. The alpha lingered there, his breath warm against Xie Lian’s abdomen as he whispered softly, “And you’re carrying our children. Proof of the life we’ve built together.”

The words barely registered before Xie Lian felt it—a faint, fluttering movement within him, like the brush of butterfly wings against his insides. His breath caught, his hands instinctively flying to his belly as his wide eyes met Jun Wu’s.

“Did you feel that?” he whispered, his voice shaky with awe.

Jun Wu’s smile softened, his hand pressing gently over Xie Lian’s. “I did,” he murmured, his voice filled with quiet pride. “They’re strong, just like their mother.”

Tears welled in Xie Lian’s eyes as he gazed down at Jun Wu, the alpha’s lips still pressed against his belly as if to communicate silently with the life growing within. Despite the confusion, the intimidation, and the whirlwind of emotions coursing through him, Xie Lian couldn’t deny the warmth that spread through his chest.

He was loved—deeply, obsessively, irrevocably. And though the truth of Jun Wu’s actions weighed heavily on him, the bond they shared, and the life they were creating together, felt unshakable.
