Summary
“Father?” Silver called out, gently pushing himself up on his elbows. It seems like he had fallen asleep on the couch and a blanket had been lovingly draped over his small figure to keep him nice and warm from the creeping winter chill. Though, in hindsight, it was a little strange that his father hadn't just carried him to his room like usual, although this wasn't the forefront of what Silver was truly curious about.
“Why are you—” His father suddenly turned with an expectant grin. “Ah! You’re awake. Excellent timing.”
He stepped aside.
There was a small figure sitting on the shelf.
It wore red. Its smile was stitched, not painted, and its eyes caught the morning light in a way that made them seem almost alive. It sat perfectly upright, hands folded on its knees, as if it had been waiting.
Silver stared.
After a moment had passed he asked quietly. “What is that?”
His father clasped his hands together, delighted. “That, my dear boy, is an elf.”

Summary
“You came back,” Shen Qingqiu said.
“Yes.”
“Why?”
A creature lunged from behind a broken column. Liu Qingge turned and killed it in a single, brutal strike, then faced Shen Qingqiu again as though nothing had interrupted them.
“Because I would never leave you,” he replied sincerely.
Something broke in Shen Qingqiu’s expression.
“They assumed I was dead,” Shen Qingqiu added quietly. “I heard them shouting it.”
“Well, you certainly proved them wrong.”
Shen Qingqiu laughed, sharp and disbelieving, then coughed, blood at the corner of his mouth. “You really shouldn’t have come back here.”
“I know, but I wanted to.”
What begins as political convenience becomes survival, scandal, and a love neither of them planned for.

Summary
The stars don’t go out all at once. They dim slowly, like they’re trying not to be noticed.
The first one slips behind the black, then another. You don’t feel the dark until it’s already everywhere.
He always said it was just the sky being shy. Said it like it was funny, like his voice wasn’t cracking when he said it.
But he kept watching anyway. Every night.
Wrapped in too many blankets. A cup cooling in his hands. The telescope sat nearby, untouched.
“It’s just the weather,” he murmured once, when the coughing didn’t stop.
Or maybe it was, “The air’s thinner up here.”
Something soft. Something harmless.
He always had a reason. Always had a smile.
That kind of tired, aching smile you give someone you love when you don’t want them to ask what’s really wrong.
So no one did.
Not then.
Not until the stars were mostly gone.

Summary
Phainon believes they're destined to be together, his friends were just too blind to see that Professor Anaxa clearly reciprocated his feelings.
Silence fell. A bird chirped. Somewhere in the distance, a lawnmower droned—a metaphor, possibly, for Mydei’s will to live.
“Look,” Castorice said at last—voice kind, but laced with the bone-deep weariness of someone who’d been here far too many times—“I’m not trying to crush your quest for true love or whatever, but please. Either confess or let it go. You can’t keep spiraling over fractions of seconds.”
Phainon’s grin widened, radiant and unbothered. “But the fractions are getting longer. That means something.”
“So would medication,” Mydei muttered, barely audible over the sound of his own mental collapse.
But Phainon simply leaned back onto the grass, utterly unbothered, clutching his notebook to his chest like sacred scripture. He stared up at the sky with the sigh of a man caught in a tragic ballad, already rehearsing his next completely unnecessary excuse to show up during office hours.
“It’s fine,” he thought. “He’ll realize it soon. Love like this doesn’t go unnoticed forever.”

This kind of frequently told story has only one ending, but it can be found beyond those repeating summer days.
"Thank you again for taking him in. I’m so sorry to impose, it’s just—"
"You’re not imposing at all," Audata interrupted smoothly. "We’re happy to have him."
The older sister glanced back at her brother, who was looking around the platform with polite detachment. "Go on, Anaxagoras. Introduce yourself."
The boy stepped forward, meeting Phainon’s eyes briefly before offering a small bow of his head. "I’m—"
"You’re pretty," Phainon blurted.
The words hung in the hot air like a firecracker that had failed to go off.
Phainon’s eyes widened a fraction too late, heat rushing to his face. He hadn’t meant to say that out loud. His parents both laughed; the older sister covered her mouth with a quick, amused giggle. Cyrene gave him a sidelong grin, the corners of her mouth twitching in that way that meant she’d never let him live this down.
Anaxagoras—Anaxa—flushed faintly, clearing his throat. "…I’m Anaxagoras. It’s nice to meet you."

Summary
A few years after graduating, Kalim was working hard as the Asim heir but with little to show for his efforts. Jamil, as always, covered his weak points, but Kalim knew better than to hope that they might make their teamwork more official. Jamil might be his best friend (and the love of his life), but he was still a servant.
And to his father, that was all that mattered.
But maybe there was a way to work around his limitations after all. And maybe, just maybe, he could find a way to get even closer to Jamil in the process.

Masterpiece! I absolutely adore it, I remember finding this when it was still ongoing but life came and separated me from it, thankfully I stumbled upon it again. Such a wonderful read, definitely a must-read!

This is actually so beautiful, a real masterpiece, the only problem I have is that it isn't longer. Skk's relationship is handled quite compellingly, I genuinely felt chills. Definitely a must-read!

After a daughter of one of their business rivals tries to seduce his boyfriend and tests his patience one time too many, he decides to show both her and Kalim just how he deals with threats.

One of my fave reads, it's always so hilarious to read about Kalim being so biased for Jamil that even when he commits murder for petty reasons he just scolds him a little and even reassures him he's his number one. I can't with this guy. Highly recommend this though!

No matter what he did, no matter how much he fought, there was nothing he could do to stop it.
Kalim’s mating ceremony would proceed regardless of his desires. Even if they had to chain him to the bed with magical inhibitors, his new alpha would take him, and they'd be wed in the morning. Such is his duty, one could suppose, as an omega. His position demanded he have many children, beginning with his own pregnancy to establish an heir before he started his harem. Not to mention, his father was getting older, his mother getting sicker, and Scalding Sands inheritance laws were fuzzy at best about what omegas could inherit without a mate and what their mate had control over when it came to said inheritance. As usual, Kalim Al-Asim came before Kalim the person.

The first time Jamil spots this, he thinks he's mistaken. He was imagining things, the sweltering heat had gotten to him, he just couldn't wrap his head around the idea that Kalim Al-Asim could flirt so shamelessly.
