Chapter Text
Blood covered the ground, the walls and the ceilings. Dismembered bodies everywhere. kissy’s feet was stained by the crimson liquid. The hour of joy lasted for hours and she’s relieved that it ended. She didn’t kill anyone. She just walked by the bodies and mindlessly wandered the hallways and into the daycare.
She stopped mid-step when her eyes catched on a familiar huge feline. His claws dig into the alive and swarming human below his huge paw. She winced when the employee let out a pained screech. Catnap rumbled and lifted the human up with his claws before slamming them down.
The human eyes widened with terror before a huge chunk of blood poured out from their mouth. Catnap forever smile grew into a feral one. He leans down and chomps down on the employee’s head. The muffled screams shook her to the core.
She bolted away and squeezed her eyes shut. The sound of crushing bones and flesh made her speeded up. Her heart pounds in her chest. The sight never left her mind; it lingers. If the feline had caught sight of her then surely he would have attacked or warned her to go.
She doesn’t know where she’s running. She just needs to get away. Maybe somewhere to hide. Her eyes spotted a familiar hole on the wall like a cave. Orphans used to go inside and replay a lot there. They had always wanted her to join them but she was too tall.
She rushed forward and slid into the hole. She stayed down on her back. Halfway lifting her head. The cave is short so she had to bend her knees. She huffs and puffs. The run had taken her energy away. She leans back on the cave wall. Something water brushed her hand. She flinched and looked to her side.
She quickly lifted her hand and fear struck her chest. Just inches from her was an employee's body but the lower half was missing. Blood is pouring everywhere. Staining her hands and fur.
She pushed her body out of the cave. The blood follows her. She forced herself up before bolting once again. Nowhere is safe. Every hiding spot she knew was covered in blood, bodies or toys feasting on the said bodies. Where could she go?.
She was sure there had to be a place where she could hide just for a minute to gather her thoughts. She left the daycare and went into the hallways. She’s been running for so long. Nowhere is safe. Something blocked one of her feet making her fall down. She squeaked at the impact and winced in pain.
She looked back and saw a paw grasp her leg. She squeals as she was dragged into a room. Then the paws pulled her upwards. Her shoulder hits a furry chest. She blinked and turned her head to the side. Relief made her body melt.
Dogday.
But he looked worried. He pulled her closer and made a gesture to keep quiet. She nods and tense up when claws hit the ground. Coming closer and closer to their direction. Dogdag bares his teeth and scooches backwards with her.
Then red fog came into the room meaning two things. Catnap is out of the daycare and he’s looking for someone. But who?. The both of them waited for the feline to pass them. The red fog slowly fades away. She breathes shaky and leans against the toy behind her.
What is catnap hunting for?. All of the employees are dead, well almost all. She blinked when she felt a chin on top of her head. The arms around her tightens. She made a noise but didn’t tug away. Instead she stays there. She knows he probably needs this. Plus she needs this as well. It was quiet. But a nice quiet.
She felt like sleeping right then and there. Her eyes suddenly felt heavy, she tried blinking them but they still felt heavy. Paws rubbed her back in a smoothing matter. She felt a yawn coming along.
Her jaw opened widened with the revealing of sharp needle like teeth before it went away when she closed her mouth.
An amused huff was heard above her. She huffs and gently nudge dogday’s shoulder. He snickers before falling into silence. She closed her eyes and let sleep take over her. The last thing she heard was a “ good night kissy “ from dogday.
When she woke up dogday wasn’t there.
She was alone once again
