Chapter Text
Prowl's plating hummed with unspent energy, still hot from the heat of the Earth sun after a long chase of assisting one of the many local human police precincts that surrounded the base. Moving briskly down the hall, he finally stopped in front of his habsuite door, his doorwings flared wide behind him, barely containing the trembling of his built up charge. Palming open the door to his room, he sat down heavily on his couch as his doorwings trembled on his back, leaning back further, he settled himself against the corner of the couch, doorwings moving idly behind him.
A soft tschh echoed through the otherwise quiet room, save for the rumble of his engine and soft whirling of his vents expelling the hot air from his frame, as his half limp spike pressurized into his callused right servo. His right servo slowly drug up the length of his black and red spike, white biolights brightened softly as his charge rose, thumb teasing over the gold bars pierced in an 'X' through the head of his spike, digits catching and sinuously dragging against the gold bars pierced through the underside. His left servo came up to his lip dermas, glossa peeking out to lathe the tips of his digits in oral solvent before his servo dropped down to his left headlight glass. Circling gently along where the glass met his plating he pressed firmly, leaving streaks across the glass, following along its curvature.
His lips parted as soft panting left his intake, his right servo squeezing gently, continuing its motions up and down his spike, thumb dipping slightly into the slit on the tip before stroking down once more. Prowl's engine rumbled faintly as he thought back to the pursuit he'd just completed, the feeling of the warm sun on his plating, the hum of his tires against the warm road, the almost primal urge to chase to capture that flowed through him. His left servo came back up to his lip dermas as he rewet them with his glossa before bringing them up to firmly grasp and slide along the bottom of his deep red chevron, imitating the stroke of a glossa along the warm metal.
Prowl's optics offlined as his right servo quickened its pace, gliding smoothly along the surface as his charge climbed higher, visible arcs of electricity jumping randomly along his frame. Left moist digits traced the inlay of his chevron shield. Close, he was so close. His right servo pumped frantically as he let out a wobbling moan.
A sharp buzz and chirping rang out in his commlink, indicating a high level emergency. Prowl's helm jerked to the side at the sudden noise, his left servo fell from beside his faceplates as he groaned loudly. “Of course! I can't have a moment of peace, something is always going on that just needs my attention!” He let go of his still achingly hard spike as he clicked on his commlink.
"Commander Prowl here.” He answered shortly, not bothering to hide the frustration from his voice.
“Prowl? This is Chief Irwin of the Inland Rock Precinct. We have reports of what is believed to be a Deception seeker flying extremely low over residential areas, and all of our units are busy on other calls. This also seems to be an Autobot issue, not one for my men.” Irwin spoke to him shortly through the commlink, sounding nearly as annoyed as Prowl.
Pinching his nasal ridge, he sighed through his intake. "Colors, any reports that include the colors of the jet?” He stood as he continued to speak, muting himself as he groaned, his servo pushed gently on his spike, trying to ease the still hard member back into it's housing. He hissed softly as the pain of his forcibly retracting spike did little to dampen his charge.
“Reports indicated it was a jet that was red, blue, white and black. A few indicated also seeing what they described as a purple face located on it.” Chief Irwin spoke curtly as Prowl's faceplates soured. "I'll ping you the location of the last report.”
His left servo came up to pinch his olfactory ridge as he paused pushing his spike back into its sheath. “Starscream, of course it's Starscream.” Prowl's smooth baritone voice groused. “I'm on my way." The line clicked abruptly as Prowl ended the call before he finished pushing his still semi-hard spike into its sheath. Closing his modesty panel, his engine still burning hot and rumbling as he exited his habsuite.

Prowl had spotted the Seeker flying low over a few buildings, nearly scraping the tops of a few large evergreens with his underbelly a few miles back as he'd exited the more densely populated area of the city. His plating still burned hot and his engine growled lowly from the interruption he'd suffered earlier while trying to dispel his building charge. A chase into another chase. I will catch him. His processor helpfully supplied, he accelerated faster, churning up the desert sand as he careened down the broken road.
Settling lower on his tires to maintain his aerodynamics, sand sprayed into the air behind him as he picked up speed. Prowl's engine roared louder as he sunk into the code-deep desire to chase, his charge increasing again as he encroached further into the area where Starscream was. The need to chase kept his frame alight, his lightbar flared to life on top of his cabin, sirens whirling lowly, trying half-sparked to catch the attention of the seeker.
Prowl continued to drive over the broken sandy road, bottoming out with a groan, as his modesty plating that covered his still half hard spike drug across a particularly high sand dune he let out an overly loud growl from his internal PA system. “Starscream! Surrender and end this or I WILL pursue until your surrender!” His voice carried easily over the sounds of their engines and the wind howling past the both of them.
Above him Starscream gave no indicator of hearing or spotting him as he continued to fly lazily through the air. “Surrender now!" Prowl yelled once again, feedback crackling harshly through the internal speakers as he bottomed out on another sand dune. In what was surely meant to be a taunt, Starscream dipped his right wing in the direction of Prowl before his thrusters flared to life, sending him even faster across the desert.
Prowl's engine roared louder as he redlined his tachometer, gunning off of the edge of the road to continue to pursue Starscream. His tires hissed faintly as he let out a little bit of air, feeling them turn soft and glide across the sand easier. “Cease and desist!" Barked from his internals as he caught up to mere feet behind where Starscream was above him in the sky.
He could feel his control fraying as he continued his pursuit, the coolant in his lines increased in temperature, feeling like they were searing him from the inside out. A growl left him as his internal fans opened, blowing hot air across his leather interior as his frame battled against his own rising charge, siren increasing in volume adding to the scream of their engines. Prowl felt the sand shift beneath his tires as he hit a soft embankment, the nose of his alt mode dipped into the sand before he careened up and out the embankment. As he hit the crest of the hill, he transformed in mid air, frame flying through the air as his fingertips barely grazed the white underbelly of Starscream. He groaned loudly as he transformed back into his vehicle mode, suspension creaking loudly as he slammed harshly down into the sand.
Teasingly Starscream moved his right elevator along his tail fin up and down before his engine whirled louder, sending him careening faster than Prowl out into the desert, he tried to shake off the slight ache of the impact. Losing his momentum, he wiggled on his tires, cutting further into the sand, testing to make sure nothing was broken in the impact, he flew forward again, sand spraying behind him.
Sensors locked onto Starscream, he continued to fly forwards, his processor subconsciously marked Starscream as prey his enforcer coding flared to life as his processor drained of any rational thought, the desire to chase, to catch, the only thing on his processor as he continued hot on Starscream’s tail. Prowl accelerated quickly hitting his rev limiter as he closed the gap between him and Starscream, driving directly under him once again. Above him, Starscream rolled to the left lazily in the sky, Prowl continued to speed quickly, banking to the left to follow him.
A large outcropping of cliffs and various large rocks began to slowly appear on the horizon as both vehicle and jet continued to careen forward. With a whine of turbines Starscream made a lazy loop in the air, flying low above Prowl teasingly, nearly grazing Prowl's still illuminated lightbar as he made a pass, sparks of built up charge flew from the white plating of Prowl's roof into the white underbelly of Starscream's alt mode. Starscream's engine stuttered slightly, realizing just how much charge the former enforcer was building as he pulled up and away from Prowl.
Prowl's engine growled loudly as his plating bristled, tingling where his charge arced to lick the underbelly of the offending jet. “You don't know what you're asking for seeker!" Came Prowl's booming voice, echoing out over the desert. Prowl watched the outcropping of rocky terrain in front of them both, quickly analyzing how easily he'd be able to lure Starscream into the mess of spires and cliffs, 72.37% of successful ensnarement and capture.
In a feral bid for the chase to be complete, to finally catch his prey, Prowl gunned his engine, truly pushing the limits of his frame, sand sprayed into the air behind him, quickly he sped between two spires, into the mess of outcroppings. Above him Starscream's engine whirled loudly as he quickly gained on Prowl again, aiming for a low pass. Prowl felt the air currents around him shift through his burning sensors shortly before Starscream flew low along the aft of his vehicle mode.
The sharp tchtchzz of Prowl's transformation sequence rang out along the rocky pass’ walls, white and black arms transformed from his chassis, digits quickly finding purchase on the searing hot metal and gripping the sensitive vents of the jet. In a desperate attempt to shake the ground frame off of him he banked up sharply but gently, as to avoid damage to his vents, pulling Prowl with him, who transformed into his root form slowly, weighing Starscream down as he dug his pedes into the sand, digits still gripping tightly. Bright blue iridescent sparks of charge jumped from Prowl's servos into the black vents, causing Starscream to stutter and lose momentum, forcing him to shift into his root mode.
Prowl panted through his intake heavily as the seeker gaped at him, optics overbright as his system reeled from his charge. “Do you have any idea what you just walked into, you-” his engine snarled, cutting off his vocalizer as he grit his dentae. Sparks jumped from his plating and danced through the air as he stepped closer to Starscream who was watching him incredulously. Fighting through the coding he spoke slowly and lowly as his processor swam from his charge. “Consent Starscream, I need consent. You know what I'm after now, don't play coy with me, you know about enforcer coding.” Prowl stepped ever closer still to Starscream, bumper to cockpit glass as he continued to pant through his intake, plating softly pinging from the heat his frame fought to dispel. Lubricant from his own valve began dripping down his thigh as he looked at him expectantly.
Starscream looked surprised and yet disgusted as he looked down his nasal ridge at the ex-enfocer. "Oh is this the lovely Praxian Enforcer coding I've heard so much about? The poor Second in Command reduced to nothing but the primal urge to chase and to claim?" He tutted his glossa as he watched Prowl shift uncomfortably from his rising charge in front of him, optics locked onto the pink lubricant streaking down his thigh. “Well, since the poor grounder can't seem to resist his own charge, I suppose I shall grant him mercy and use his valve as I see fit, I consent as well."
In a movement that took Starscream by surprise Prowl had him backed fully against the cliff wall. Prowl hummed softly as his engine continued to growl lowly. "You expect me to build up charge from not one but two chases and not be on you like this?” He clucked his glossa, watching Starscream with predatory optics. “Mm, no. I worked hard to catch my prey. You lost this chase, you're mine, mine to use until my coding runs its course. Face the wall now.” He rumbled out, vocalizations full of static.
"As if! You think I'd let a grounder dominate me? The Winglord of Vos?” Starscream laughed incredulously, "No, you face the wall-” Starscream was cut off as Prowl was already in motion, pinning the seekers servos against the wall above his helm, knee firmly between his legs as he ground his thigh into Starscream's quickly heating modesty panel.
"Don't struggle, take it, take what I'm giving or I'll leave right now. I know others who would enjoy having me like this, having a capable dom.” His left servo, the one not pining the seeker to the wall dug in his subspace, seeking out the spool of utility rope. He hummed again, a thoughtful expression in his faceplates. “You think you're the only mech I've chased like this? You think you're the only willing one? If you only knew what I was capable of, you'd be in my berth every night.” He leaned his torso away from where it'd been pressed against Starscream's cockpit.
Prowl pressed his searing hot pelvis against the jet’s to keep him pinned against the wall as he used his servos to make several slip knots in the length of rope, sparks still jumping from his plating from his charge only to hit the other mech, slowly increasing his charge as well. In front of him the seeker stared incredulously at him, almost too stunned to speak, making overly loud sounds of disbelief as he watched with a rapt attention to the deft, sure movement of white servos on the length of rope. “What? Enforcer got the tongue of the pretty bird?" Prowl chuckled lowly at the awful attempt of a joke, having successfully fashioned a pair of wrist restraints he cut the end of the rope with a small utility knife. “Mm, I'll remedy that." Prowl hummed as he secured Starscream's wrists with the rope, effectively restraining the mech.
Starscream's engine rumbled lowly as he gritted his dentae. “Don't bristle at me enforcer, you should consider yourself honored to get me like this! You'll do well to watch your glossa when speaking to me!” His wings twitched, irritated against the rock face behind him, chipping and marring paint. “Step back! You're ruining my paint, I'll turn, I'll turn!" Starscream huffed as he pushed slightly against the pursuit vehicle, tugging his hands gently away from him.
Prowl stepped back from the jet, pede tapping impatiently as he waited for the jet to turn before he scoffed. “I changed my processor. On your knees, now.” He commanded, engine rumbling loudly, still running hot. His left optic ridge quirked, unimpressed, lip dermas pursed in a soft pout, left index digit pointing to the ground in front of him.
