Chapter Text
I woke up in the morning.
Today was the start of my new life at a new school after... the aCciDeNt .
I was excited to meet new people...
This...was my chance...to find where I fit in.
...
I look over at my bed stand, my eyes meeting the alarm clock.
OH SHIT ... I OVERSLEPT!
I threw my ugly hair into a messy bun and slipped on an oversized cardigan. I stared into the mirror, my bluish-greenish-purplish-redish-brownish-caramel orbs piercing into the glass. It's not my fault I'm ugly. :(((
I walked downstairs to grab a piece of toast before going to school. I smacked some spreadable canola oil butter onto my burned toast and quickly dashed towards the door, snatching my backpack before I left.
I can't be late on the first day of school!!!! uwu
On my way out of my house, I saw my mother passed out drunk on the couch.
She hasn't been the same since...the AccIDeNt.
We used to be so happy...I remember...we went to the Ant-Man premiere and got ice cream afterwards...My mom...was so happy....Her and my dad were still in love...until thE aCCiDenT...
I quickly ran towards the school, the piece of toast lodged in my mouth, as I flailed my arms around to run quicker.
...
My eyes saw a silver metal in the distance. It was the school gates. They were just about close when I managed to Kong Vault throw the small space between the closing gates.
As soon as I clumsily tripped through the gates, they closed. I made my way to my locker. The hallways were crowded with so many students.
So many possible friends...
I made my way through the sea of students to my locker. I almost reached it when...I fell, all of my notebooks spilling out of my backpack.
Kya! So embarrassing! >o<
My face burned red.
Omg, I can't believe I'm embarrassing myself on the first day of school already...
Then, I saw a hand being offered to me.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to trip you..."
I looked up...the voice was a handsome guy. His beautiful chocolate brown orbs reflected against his hypotenuse shaped bowl cut.
I trembled, taking his hand. "I-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i'm s-s-s-s-s-sorry, i-i-i-i-i-i-it was my f-f-f-f-f-fault, I didn't see you."
"Here's your books back," the handsome guy said.
My face flushed a rose colored pink. The bell rang, before I was able to thank my savior.
He was gone.
Maybe...this was the start of something...
