Chapter Text
Another day, another life or death, repeat. That's all the survivors did here. Forever. They didn't even know why they got dragged to this place, it just happened. And there's no way out of this so called "hell".
It was early today. Usually the survivors wouldn't get up until hours later. Guest 1337 would be "early bird" of the survivors if you may call it. But today, he was still in his room, in his bed. He was just lost in his thoughts. His thoughts about home. Now, he obviously missed them and thought about his family here and there, but today felt different.
Guest 1337, lost his parents at a young age, grew up and met his future wife and best friend at the orphanage, Got married and had a daughter. Went to war with his best friend to fight off the bacon army....

He never forgave himself for that fact. He always was angry that he would just leave them like that. Now he was stuck in this hell with no way to get out. Oh why did the spectre had to take him.. or well anybody here? He never understood it.
Now he sat up in his bed. He started to think about when he first met Daisy. There were only kids when he met the love of his life. They started off as this little friend trio with Matt, but of course later in life Guest and Daisy fell in love. He remembered the day he confessed. They were only teens when he asked the question. He remembered the smile on her face when he said it. Oh that smile. Every time she smiled he felt like he would do anything for her. Probably even crush the world for her. He remembered when they got married. How beautiful she looked in her dress. And the kiss they shared on that day. Oh how he would go through anything just to kiss her gorgeous face again. He remembered the day she announced that she was pregnant. He felt like he could explode out of happiness that day. He remembered when Charlotte was born. He was so nervous but couldn't help but shed a tear when she was born.
But alas, he remembered the day that he left them. How hugged his daughter like she would perish quickly. How he kissed his wife like he would never taste her lips again. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐲.
He broke his promise.. He did.
Guest didn't realized till now, but he had been shedding tears. His face damp with silent tears of longing. He quickly wiped them off, not wanting to have any stains from the tears. But.. he couldn't help it.
He sat at the edge of the bed and placed his face in his hands and silently sobbed to himself. Yeah, he was a grown man who didn't have much emotion, but today it felt nice to finally let it all out.

After his short crying session, he cleaned himself up and quickly got out of his room to find everyone else already up and ready for the round to come.
Chance, with his ever-so cocky smile came up to Guest. "Hey Mr. Soldier! Surprised you're not up earlier. Did you forget to wake up early?" He chuckled to himself while he fixed his fedora.
Guest sighed and replied back. "So now its a problem if I don't wake up early?" He replied with a hint of irritation in his voice.
Chance chuckled. "Not at all!!! Just bugging ya you know?" He playfully pushes him.
All Guest can do in return is roll his eyes and actually get ready for the round.
