Chapter Text

The neighborhood was dark, narrow alleys crawling with stray cats and the distant hum of a broken streetlight. Shen Wenlang’s expensive leather shoes clicked sharply against cracked pavement, an oddity in such a place. His jaw was locked tight, his temper simmering with every step.

Three days. Three whole days without Gao Tu in the office. Three days of being forced to sit through meetings without his steady presence at his side, his calm voice balancing Wenlang’s sharpness, his quiet competence smoothing over what Wenlang would otherwise bulldoze.

And all because of an Omega.

Wenlang’s lip curled. He could still smell that sage scent lingering in his office, clinging to the papers Gao Tu had touched. He told himself it disgusted him. He told himself it stank. Yet secretly, infuriatingly, he craved it.

I’ll drag him back if I have to, he thought savagely as he climbed the chipped staircase of the rundown building Gao Tu apparently called home. The very idea that his secretary lived in such a dangerous slum made Wenlang’s blood boil. I pay him more than enough for a proper condo. What the hell is he doing here?

The scent hit him halfway up the stairs. Strong. Thick. Pungent with need. His alpha instincts surged, tightening his throat and making his gut clench. He growled low in his chest. So that’s it. He’s rolling in bed with that damn Omega.

By the time he reached the apartment door, the scent was nearly suffocating. Sage—sharp and green, sweetened by something warm, damp, and slick. Wenlang didn’t knock politely; he slammed his fist against the door.

“Gao Tu!” he barked. No answer. “Open the door. Now.”

Silence. Only the steady thrum of that scent curling through the cracks of the door. His hand twisted the knob, and to his fury, it gave way. The apartment smelled like him—Gao Tu—but intensified, laced with something raw and desperate.

“Gao Tu,” Wenlang snapped as he stormed through the cramped living room, his voice echoing against peeling wallpaper. “You think you can just disappear for three days because of some—”

The words died in his throat as he opened the bedroom door.

There, tangled in damp sheets, was Gao Tu.

Not some nameless Omega Wenlang had despised in his imagination. Not a faceless rival for Gao Tu’s time. It was him. Gao Tu, sweat-drenched, trembling, pupils blown wide, body curled into the mess of his own heat. Sage bled off him in waves, the scent so potent Wenlang staggered back half a step.

His secretary. His Gao Tu. An Omega.

For a moment, all Wenlang could hear was his own heartbeat thundering in his ears. Memories crashed down on him—the countless times he had mocked Omegas in front of Gao Tu, belittled their instincts, insulted their worth—insulted Gao Tu’s worth. The times Gao Tu had only smiled faintly, hiding something in his eyes Wenlang hadn’t cared to notice.

And now here he was, revealed, helpless, laid bare before him.

“...No,” Wenlang muttered, shaking his head. His throat was dry, his hands clenching uselessly at his sides. “You—you lied to me. You said you were a beta. You let me—damn it, you let me—”

A soft sound broke through his denial.

“...Alpha...”

Wenlang’s gaze snapped to the bed. Gao Tu’s lips parted, his voice hoarse and needy, breaking on a whine that cut straight through Wenlang’s chest. He shifted restlessly against the sheets, his body arching as if searching for something—someone.

For him.

“Alpha... Wenlang...”

The sound of his name, spoken like a prayer, nearly shattered his control. His entire body strained forward, every instinct screaming at him to go, to touch, to soothe, to claim. And then the air hit him, thick with the undeniable slick-sweet scent of Gao Tu’s arousal.

Wenlang swore under his breath, fists trembling. “You don’t even know what you’re saying,” he ground out.

But Gao Tu’s glassy eyes turned toward him, dilated and hazy. He let out a weak, broken laugh, as if mocking himself. “I’m dreaming again,” he whispered, voice barely audible. “Wenlang would never come here. He hates Omegas. He hates me.”

Something inside Wenlang cracked open.

“I don’t—” His voice faltered. He swallowed hard, forcing the words out. “I don’t hate you, Gao Tu.” His chest heaved as he stepped closer to the bed, his shadow falling over the trembling Omega. “Damn it, I could never hate you.”

But the Omega only whimpered, his fingers clutching at the sheets, body arching again as another wave of heat wracked him. His scent clung to Wenlang like shackles, sinking into his skin, drowning him.

Wenlang’s breath grew ragged. He knelt down at the edge of the bed, one hand braced against the mattress, staring at the man he had sworn to himself he would never see this way.

And Gao Tu, lost in fever, whispered again.

“Please... Alpha... Please.”

Wenlang’s hands shook as he gripped the sheets, trying to steady himself. His body screamed at him to climb into that bed, to bury himself in Gao Tu’s scent, to answer the call of the Omega whimpering for him.

But his mind—his pride—clawed back. “Gao Tu.” His voice was rough, uneven, nothing like the sharp CEO who ruled boardrooms with an iron tongue. “You don’t know what you’re saying. You’re not thinking straight.”

The Omega blinked at him, pupils glossy, lips parted. He whimpered softly, rolling onto his side, curling toward Wenlang like a moth toward flame. His thin shirt clung damply to his skin, baring the long line of his throat, slick sheen glistening at the curve of his hip. The sage scent was intoxicating, a tide Wenlang was losing to.

“I’ll get you medicine,” Wenlang rasped, his chest heaving. “Suppressants. Cold water. Anything.” He tried to stand, to break away, but a trembling hand caught his sleeve.

“Don’t go,” Gao Tu breathed, his voice thready, desperate. “Alpha... don’t leave me.”

Wenlang froze.

That single word—Alpha—from Gao Tu’s lips sent a shudder down his spine. He’d heard countless Omegas use it before, simpering, manipulative, cloying. He’d despised it. But from Gao Tu... it was different. Fragile. Honest. A plea that tore at his heart.

“Damn it,” Wenlang whispered. His hand hovered, trembling, before finally brushing damp hair off Gao Tu’s forehead. The Omega leaned into the touch with a soft sigh, as if it were the only thing that kept  him tethered.

Wenlang’s resolve cracked further. He sat on the edge of the bed, trying to convince himself it was just to make sure Gao Tu didn’t hurt himself. He dabbed at Gao Tu’s damp skin with the corner of the sheet, murmuring, “You idiot... living here, lying to me all this time... Do you have any idea what you’ve done to me?”

Gao Tu gave a weak laugh, eyes half-lidded. “I always thought... if you knew... you’d fire me. Or worse. You hate Omegas...”

The words hit Wenlang like a knife twist. Images flashed through his mind—every time he’d mocked Omegas in conversations, every cruel word Gao Tu had endured in silence.

“I was a fool,” Wenlang admitted, his voice breaking low. “I hated what I didn’t understand. I hated what I wanted. And now... all I want is you.”

That was the breaking point. Gao Tu shifted, pressing closer, his scent blooming like wildfire, wrapping Wenlang in a haze of sage and slick. “Please, Alpha,” Gao Tu whispered again, tears shining at the corner of his eyes. “Just for tonight... let me dream you’re real.”

Wenlang’s last defense shattered. He cupped Gao Tu’s face, forcing the Omega to look at him.

“You’re not dreaming,” Wenlang growled, voice thick with both warning and surrender. “I’m here. And if I touch you now, Gao Tu... I won’t stop. Do you understand?”

A trembling nod. A whispered, “Yes.”

And then Wenlang finally gave in.

His mouth crashed down on Gao Tu’s, fierce and hungry, years of denial burning away in a single kiss. Gao Tu gasped into it, clutching at Wenlang’s shirt as though afraid he’d vanish. Wenlang growled low, dragging him closer, the scent of sage wrapping around them both like chains.

For the first time, Shen Wenlang didn’t hate the scent. He breathed it in like salvation.

Chapter Text

Gao Tu’s lips trembled against his, the kiss too fervent, too alive to be a dream. His lashes fluttered, confusion warring with need. When Wenlang pulled back just enough to breathe, their foreheads pressed together, Gao Tu whispered, broken and small.

“...It feels so real.”

Wenlang’s chest heaved, his hands trembling where they cupped Gao Tu’s jaw. “It is real, Gao Tu. I’m here. I can’t—” His voice cracked, thick with desire and something deeper. “I can’t walk away from you.”

But Gao Tu’s wide eyes darted, panic flashing through the heat-drunk haze. He knows. He knows I’m Omega. He knows I lied. The thought clawed at him, sobering and terrifying. His body burned with need, yet fear laced his scent, sharp and bitter against the sage.

Wenlang caught it instantly. His Alpha instincts surged—protect, soothe, claim. He lowered his voice, deep and commanding, but softer than Gao Tu had ever heard. “Don’t be afraid of me.”

The Omega’s throat worked, tears pricking at the corners of his eyes. “You’ll hate me. You always said… Omegas are weak, pathetic, a burden...” His fingers twisted in Wenlang’s shirt, pulling him closer even as he shook. “And I—” He swallowed hard, voice breaking. “I lied to you. I thought… if you knew, you’d never even look at me again.”

Wenlang’s heart twisted. His thumb brushed away a tear before it could fall. “Look at me, Gao Tu.”

Slowly, hesitantly, Gao Tu lifted his gaze. Wenlang’s dark eyes bore into his, raw and unguarded. “I don’t give a damn what you are,” Wenlang said fiercely. “Beta, Omega, Alpha—it doesn’t matter. You’re Gao Tu. You’re mine.”

The words shattered the last wall Gao Tu had built around himself. He let out a broken sob, burying his face in Wenlang’s chest, clinging to him as though he’d vanish at any moment. “Even if it’s just this once... let me have you,” he whispered, his voice shaking with both shame and yearning. “Even if tomorrow you hate me, shun me—tonight, please, Alpha... don’t leave me.”

Wenlang growled low, primal, his restraint snapping thread by thread. “You think I could ever leave you now?” His lips brushed Gao Tu’s temple, his jaw, the trembling corner of his mouth. “Little Omega... you’ve ruined me.”

The confession sent a shiver through Gao Tu. He arched instinctively, his body begging for more, the heat consuming him. Wenlang’s hands roamed over him, reverent yet desperate, as though mapping every inch of the Omega he had denied himself for years. When Wenlang finally pressed Gao Tu down into the sheets, the Omega gasped, realization striking like lightning—this wasn’t a dream. The weight of Wenlang’s body, the heat of his touch, the raw scent of Alpha filling the room—it was all real.

Fear spiked again, sharp and trembling. But stronger than fear was need. He couldn’t push him away, not when his body was aching, not when his heart had long since belonged to this man.

So he told himself a lie to survive it. Just enjoy this while it lasts. Just tonight, before he changes his mind. Before he hates you.

And when Wenlang’s mouth claimed his again, when strong hands pinned him to the mattress and every Alpha instinct poured over him, Gao Tu clung tighter. Fingers tangled in Wenlang’s hair, nails digging into his back, he whispered against his lips, “Please, don’t stop. Don’t let me go.”

Wenlang’s answer was a growl, deep and possessive, as he finally gave in, completely claiming the Omega who had haunted him all along.

                                                                           _______________________

Wenlang’s self-control snapped the moment Gao whispered, “don’t stop”.

His mouth trailed fire down Gao Tu’s throat, drinking in every sound the Omega made, the scent of sage and slick filled the air, thick and intoxicating, driving Wenlang wild. His hand slid down, curling around Gao Tu’s hip , thumb brushing the damp heat soaking through the sheets where his body wept slick from the soft folds between his thighs. The Omega gasped, his body jerking, thighs trembling as Wenlang’s touch coaxed another rush of wetness from him.

“Alpha—!” Gao Tu’s voice cracked, both shameful and longing in the word.

The sound tore through Wenlang. “Say it again,” he growled against Gao Tu’s skin, his teeth grazing the curve of his shoulder.

“Alpha…” Gao Tu whimpered, arching under him. His hands clung to Wenlang’s shirt desperately, as though he’d drown without the contact. His mind screamed that this was wrong, that Wenlang would despise him when the heat faded—but his body betrayed him, clinging, begging.

“Look at me,” Wenlang commanded. His tone was sharp, but his thumb brushed tenderly across Gao Tu’s cheek as he lifted his face. Slowly, Gao Tu met his gaze, pupils blown wide, lips trembling.

“You think I’ll hate you,” Wenlang murmured, voice low, roughened by restraint. “But I can’t. Not when you’re mine.”

Gao Tu’s breath caught. The words stabbed straight into his chest—mine. He wanted to believe, but the years of hearing Wenlang mock Omegas echoed in his head. His fear coiled tight, warring with the need that made his body quake. “Just tonight,” he whispered, trembling. “Even if you change your mind tomorrow... let me belong to you now.”

Wenlang’s eyes darkened. He pinned Gao Tu’s wrists above his head, his weight pressing him into the mattress, their breaths ragged and uneven. “You think this is just tonight? You think I could touch you like this and walk away?” His voice broke into a growl. “Gao Tu, you’ve already ruined me.”

And then there was no more talking.

His mouth moved lower, trailing down Gao Tu’s chest, his stomach, until he reached the slick heat between his thighs, fingers reaching to cup the perfect mound; Gao Tu gasped, thighs snapping shut in instinctive shame, but Wenlang pried them apart with steady hands.

“Wen—!” Gao Tu’s protest broke into a cry as Wenlang licked a slow, deliberate stripe over his folds, tasting him fully. The Omega’s back bowed off the mattress, slick spilling, his breath catching on a sob.

Wenlang groaned against him, the sound low and guttural, as though he had been starving for this. His tongue worked with merciless patience; circling, teasing, plunging—every movement designed to unravel Gao Tu. His hands gripped trembling thighs, pinning him down whenever he tried to twist away.

“Don’t—ah—don’t look at me,” Gao Tu begged, covering his face with his trembling hands, humiliated by how quickly he was falling apart.

Wenlang’s only response was to growl into him, the vibrations making Gao Tu cry out. He dragged his tongue deeper, drinking down every drop of slick as if it were salvation. “You taste like you were made for me,” he rasped when he surfaced for air, his chin glistening. “How could I ever look away?”

The words shattered Gao Tu’s defenses. He keened, thighs trembling around Wenlang’s shoulders, body convulsing as pleasure ripped through him. Each flick of Wenlang’s tongue was too much, too raw…yet not enough, leaving him gasping, sobbing, begging for more. When Wenlang sucked hard on the sensitive bundle of nerves at his core, Gao Tu broke completely. His cry tore from his throat, his body jerking, slick gushing against Wenlang’s mouth. He came undone violently, shuddering beneath the Alpha who devoured him to the very end, swallowing every drop.

By the time Wenlang finally pulled away, his lips wet, his eyes black with hunger, Gao Tu was wrecked—sweat-damp hair plastered to his forehead, chest heaving, thighs trembling open.

“You’ll kill me,” Gao Tu whispered, dazed, voice shaking with need.

“No,” Wenlang growled, dragging himself up over Gao Tu’s ruined body. He licked his lips shamelessly, letting the Omega see his slick shining on his mouth. “I’ll keep you alive. I’ll keep you mine.”

Gao Tu flushed scarlet, turning his head to the side. “Don’t… don’t say things like that. Don’t look at me like that.”

Wenlang caught his chin and forced him to face him. “You think I’ll let you hide? You came so sweetly for me, Gao Tu. Every sound, every drop—you gave it to me.” His voice dropped to a husky whisper against Gao Tu’s ear. “That’s nothing to be ashamed of. That’s what you were made for.”

The Omega whimpered, covering his face again, but Wenlang only chuckled low, kissing his palms before pinning them above his head. “I won’t let you deny it. You belong to me.”

Gao Tu shivered, both humiliated and undone by the claim, his slick still dripping against Wenlang’s abdomen. Wenlang pressed a soft kiss to his lips, tapping his cock against his pussy and sliding it between the Omega’s sensitive folds. “You ready, little Omega?”

Gao Tu whimpered. Wenlang was big—really big. He wasn’t sure if he could handle it, but he nodded anyway.

When Wenlang finally pushed inside, Gao Tu’s world shattered. His body arched, a cry ripping from his throat, tears blurring his vision. He felt stretched, filled, utterly claimed in the most primal way, the heat of Wenlang buried in the vulnerable core of his body. It was too much—too real.

“Breathe,” Wenlang murmured, though his own voice shook, barely leashed. He kissed Gao Tu’s damp cheek, moving inch by inch, letting him feel every relentless press inside.

Gao Tu’s thighs trembled, clamping weakly around Wenlang’s waist as he tried to adjust. He couldn’t stop the broken sounds spilling from his throat—half sob, half moan—as Wenlang’s length seated fully within him.

“Alpha…” he whined, “So big… so full…”

“So tight, Baby, you’re perfect,” Wenlang groaned, forehead pressing against Gao Tu’s. His hands framed the Omega’s face, forcing him to meet his gaze. “You fit me perfectly. Say it—you feel it too.”

“I—ah—!” Gao Tu couldn’t form words, his body already clenching helplessly around the Alpha. His nails dug into Wenlang’s shoulders, leaving marks as his back bowed under the overwhelming stretch. “It’s too much...”

“Never too much,” Wenlang growled, pulling back only to thrust deep again, a slow, claiming stroke that made Gao Tu’s breath hitch. He set a steady, consuming rhythm, each movement rubbing deeper, forcing Gao Tu’s body to open and yield. The Omega sobbed, writhing beneath him, torn between shame and the raw pleasure building with every thrust. “You’ll break me...”

“I’ll never break you,” Wenlang snarled, kissing him hard, swallowing every desperate cry. His hips moved with relentless purpose, grinding into him, rubbing the Omega’s clit in gentle but firm circles, knot swelling at the base. “I’ll make you mine.”

The pressure built unbearably, Wenlang’s pace roughening as Gao Tu’s body clung tighter around him. His pussy gushed slick with every thrust, soaking the sheets, the sound of their joining obscene in the heated air. Gao Tu’s moans pitched higher, his body arching, trembling as the pleasure dragged him closer to the edge. He was sobbing openly now, tears streaking his cheeks as Wenlang pounded into him, harder, faster.

When the knot finally forced its way inside, locking them together, Gao Tu screamed—his entire body shuddering violently around the intrusion. The fullness was overwhelming, unbearable—and yet perfect, completing him in a way nothing else could. He clung to Wenlang desperately, nails raking down his back, sobbing into his neck. “Don’t hate me,” he begged, voice raw and broken. “Please, Wenlang... don’t hate me.”

Wenlang froze for only a heartbeat, his chest aching at the desperate plea. Then he crushed Gao Tu’s lips in a bruising kiss, whispering fiercely against his mouth. “I could never hate you. Never. I love you, Gao Tu. Do you hear me? I love you. For the past ten years, it’s only ever been you. Only you.”

The words tore the last of Gao Tu’s fear apart. He sobbed, arching into Wenlang’s embrace, surrendering completely to the Alpha above him. And when Wenlang finally rode out his climax, pushing his knot deeper, Gao Tu came undone too, shattering with a cry, body milking Wenlang for every drop.

In the aftermath, Wenlang held him tightly, knot anchoring them together, their foreheads pressed close. Gao Tu trembled, still crying softly, overwhelmed by the brutal mix of fear, love, and release. But Wenlang never let go. His hands stroked Gao Tu’s hair, his lips brushing away the tears. “You’re mine,” he whispered again and again, a vow that burned into Gao Tu’s soul.

And for the first time, Gao Tu let himself believe it.

Don't mind me, just making sure there's at least one fic where Wenlang eats Gao Tu like he's straved🙈
