Summary:

With "Absolute Renegade, Absolute Zatanna (Absolutely Chalant!) - Partners in Crime" still a work in progress, I would like to share to you the outlines I have for each chapter.

I've finished this long before I started drafting the full-fledged chapters, and I wanted to let all you guys take a sneak peek into the story's plot and lore while I'm still working on the rest of the story.

Parts 1 to 18 were written in text files, hence the weird layout and formatting (which I may update in the future after I publish the whole work), but Parts 19 and onwards were written in Word docs with the better formatting.

Consider this as the spoilers for "Absolute Renegade, Absolute Zatanna (Absolutely Chalant!) - Partners in Crime".

Notes:

As the summary suggests, these are the original transcripts and chapter outlines for "Absolute Renegade, Absolute Zatanna (Absolutely Chalant!) - Partners in Crime".

They're very bare-bones until Part 5 and the more refined formatting from the Word docs comes in at Part 19 onwards.

I'll be uploading 10 Parts per day with the first 10 being uploaded today (2025-11-16); there are 39 Parts total (from Part 1 to the bonus content of Part 39).

Chapter 1: Part 1

*(Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman just finished dealing with a magical threat with reluctant help from Zatanna)*

Diana: "Well, that's been taken care of. Good work everyone."

Clark: "Yeah well, what do we do with *her? (points to Zatanna, now bound and gagged again by Diana)*"

Bruce: "We take her back to custody, our work here is done."

Diana: "Very well then--"

*(Explosions everywhere)*

Bruce: "Take cover!"

*(Diana, Bruce, and Clark take cover)*

Bruce (trying to stand as the smoke clears): "Where's *cough cough* Zatanna?"

(They look around, Zatanna's gone)

Clark (pointing to a rooftop): "Over there!"

(The three look up)

Renegade (waving down at them, Zatanna slung over his shoulder): "How you guys doing down there?"

Diana: "Who are you?! Where are you taking her?!"

Renegade: "Sorry Wonder Lady, nothing personal. Just being paid to do my job."

Bruce: "You don't know what you're dealing with! Zatanna's a dangerous criminal!"

Renegade: "Yeah, well, so am I Bats."

(Renegade rips off Zatanna's gag)

Zatanna (wincing): "*tsch* Took you long enough."

Renegade: "Sorry babe, traffic was shit."

Diana: "After them!"

(Bruce fires his grappling gun, Diana and Clark try to fly after them)

Renegade: "Would you please, my lady?"

Zatanna (snorts and rolls her eyes): "Tropelet"

(Zatanna and Renegade vanish as Bruce, Diana, and Clark reach the rooptop)

Bruce (scoffs): "Damn it!"

*(In an undisclosed safehouse)*

Zatanna: "I was starting to think that you forgot about me."

Renegade (pulls off his mask, revealing who he is): "You wish, we're both stuck together for the rest of our shitty lives and you know it."

Zatanna (smirking): "And that's why I love you, babe."

Dick (picks her up bridal-style): "Love you too, babe."

Zatanna: "Can you untie me now? The ropes starting to itch my wrists and ankles."

Dick (smirking): "I will, but I got a few things in mind I wanna do first."

Zatanna (leans closer and bites his neck): "I like the way you think, babe."
