    Summary

Sterrscir is a realm teeming with fantastical creatures and phenomena, magic woven into the very fabrics of its universe. On occasion, outlanders are brought to the realm by the Trinity to aid Sterrescir in times of great need.

The war of succession ushered in an era of blessed peace and stability; after years of unease, people slept soundly in their beds. Flowers bloomed across the dales. Children's laughter rang freely once more. An outlander had not been summoned to the realm in decades.

On an ordinary night, when the wind was scented with petrichor and lullabies had long since been sung, the cloud-streaked sky exploded with the colours of dawn, a white hot star emerging from the chaos.

The afterglow of the falling star lit up the midnight skies as it streaked past the eastern hills, leaving dread and stardust in its wake. An outlander had been summoned without notice or warning.

An enigmatic crisis had threaded itself into the fate of the realm, right under the nose of the royal court. Right under the nose of Arthur Kirkland, Starkeeper of the realm.

Who was this outlander? And what was this malady?
