"Hey Sy. How's Switzerland been treating you?" Zane's the one who starts this week's video call, to Syrus's surprise—and delight.
"Hey Zane! It's been great! I met up with Chazzz in the hotel elevator of all places. He agreed to duel me after the tournament."
"That so?" Zane can't help the proud smile that forms; his little brother has really come a long way in eight months. And still: "I'll be just a little disappointed if I find out that you lost."
"Your smile's bigger than your talk, big bro."
They exchange a moment of laughter, of brotherly love.
