Summary
Rio Vidal is the only cop in Westview that went to Catholic school, so she is the one to be sent undercover as a bishop to the local church, where parishioners have been going missing for months. There is no evidence and no one will speak to police, there's only rumors of a secret hate group being held underneath the church proper.
Enter Agatha Harkness after mass on Rio's first Sunday, dressed to kill and there to hit up her mother for money. She recognizes Rio, because six months prior, Rio had arrested her. She challenges Rio's identity, and Rio sets out to prove just how Catholic she can be.
