Katie groaned as she slowly awoke from her sleep, feeling cold as she slowly registered the blanket covers where slowly slipping halfway off the bed, as an energetic egg patters its small feet up and down the mattress. Katie huffed as she slowly rose up into a slouched seating position, rubbing her eyes gently as she cleared her vision.
The bedroom was dark, slightly cold, and cozy- Just the way she liked it. But save for the tiny egg that still continued to scamper around even after acknowledging Katie woke up.
"Nacho, Its late buddy"
Katie sighed, scoffing as the egg- Nacho, crouched towards her, before running from end to end of the bed once more. Katie hummed as she watched Nacho continue doing.... whatever he was doing, before turning away to rummage through one of her bedside drawers, collecting a small notebook and pen.
"Nacho- baby here"
Katie ushered as she handed him the notebook and pen to write.
"Write mumma what you need"
She smiled softly as Nacho took the pen and paper, scribbling down a few words before holding it up to her triumphally. Katie squinted her eyes for them to adjust to see the words written down.
I want dadda
The words read out.
Katie frowned slightly before sighing, smoothing her hand over Nacho's round head.
"Nacho...Dadda is at his place...probably sleeping because it's so late..."
She cooed softly, smiling gently as Nacho curled himself up a little, making him appear slightly smaller than what he already was.
"oh Nacho..."
Katie sighed, not long before Nacho decided to run back and forth once again in a childish tantrum.
"Hey- Nacho!"
Katie groaned, running a hand through her messy bed hair, letting out a deep breath.
"Fine. Mumma will call Dadda, okay?"
That got Nacho to listen.
Katie scoffed as she watched the egg tuck itself back into bed, his tiny feet kicking up and down under the blankets as he waited for Katie to call.
"Spoilt thing..."
Katie muttered as she leaned down to gently kiss Nacho's head, before sitting back up and reaching for her phone on the bedside table.
Multi had been sitting at his desk for the past five hours, scribbling notes and updates on his reactor, along with piling up dead ends of his hair that he'd pull out every now and then. He sighed, rubbing his eyes as he reached through the clutter of paper reports, finding his phone for the time. Multi jolted slightly as he picked his phone up, the instant vibration of his phone alerting a call, he sighed dragging his thumb to decline the call without reading the name. The screen flashed a bright white colour as it showed his homescreen, squinting slightly Multi checked for the time-
2:10AM
"Kurwa..."
Multi groaned as he tossed his phone across his desk, the wooden desk beneath him let out a quiet crack as he slouched head first into the table. Multi cursed under his breath as he felt another vibration on the table, no doubt his phone ringing once more-
"Oh my fucking God..."
He hissed, whining as he stretched his arm out blindly infront of himself, trying to grab his phone.
"Ah! Don't worry boss!"
Multi jumped, the loud voice snapping him upright.
"Ewron? How the fu-"
"ah ah!"
Ewron grinned, clicking his tongue as he picked the phone up for Multi, his tail swaying from side to side as he gleamed at Multi. Multi let out a huff of breath, resting one hand on his chin as he watched Ewron.
"Put it on speaker Kurwa"
Multi mumbled, Ewron chuckled but obliged and did as told.
"Hello-"
"MOTHER. FUCKING. MULTI"
Katie cut through, Ewron squeaked a little, almost dropping the phone in surprise as Katie's voice screamed through.
"I have called you....five MILLION times! And you DIDN'T pick up!"
"Oh my God...Katie-"
"KATIEEEE BESTIEEE!!!"
Ewron interupted, an unusual smile painted on his face as he spoke.
"Ewron? What the- Why do you have Multi's phone? Oh nevermind, pass me to Multi ple-"
"Why do you have Multi's number bestie?"
Ewron tilted his head slightly, his eyes flicking up to meet Multi's before bringing them back to the ground.
"wha? No, better question, why do you have his phone-"
"SO YOU JUST HATE ME THEN!"
Ewron screamed into the phone, his voice echoing around the caves walls where he and Multi stood. Multi whinced, covering his ears as he jolted to a stand.
"O mój Boże! Oddaj mi ten telefon natychmiast!" (Oh my God! Give me that fucking phone now)
Multi yelled, storming over to snatch his phone out of Ewron's hand, watching as Ewron's ears flickered in irritation as he crossed his arms and pouted.
"Kurwa...."
Multi mumbled, smacking a hand down his face before continuing to talk.
"Sorry Katie, what did you call for?"
Katie sighed loudly through the phones speaker, clearing her throat loudly.
"Well! I just called to say that our son-"
"CICHO! ZAMKNIJ SIę!" (quiet! shut up!)
Multi hissed as he quickly took her off speaker before rushing to a corner of the cave, taking a glace at Ewron before placing the phone up to his ear.
"Okay, so-wow"
Katie huffed.
"Sorry-sorry, continue please"
He sighed.
"OKAY, SO. Our son"
"Yes, yes our son"
"Oh my God, he wont go to sleep. You know how late it is don't you?"
Katie whined into the phone. Multi let out a tired chuckle, nodding his head slightly.
"Yeah I know, pretty late...so..?"
"So.....ugh....pleasecomesleepover"
Katie mumbled the last part making Multi frown as he clearly didn't hear it well enough.
"Uhhh English please?"
"PLEASE COME OVER!"
Katie yelped, making Multi extend the phone away from his ear for a second.
"Katie what?"
"Please! I'm dead serious! Nacho won't stop jumping around my room, even after I said to stop!"
"..."
"Oh my God, please Multi! I don't want Nacho sleep deprived and even more fidgety than he already is!"
Multi takes a deep puff out, one hand brushing through his hair.
"...ugh...yeah- yeah okay, I'll be there shortly then"
"UGHHH!! Your the best! Thank you!"
Multi chuckles softly as Katie squeals.
"Alright, be there in 5"
"Okey dokey!"
Katie hums.
"Love you! byee!"
*beep*
"Wow"
Multi glances back at Ewron, who is still in his lab, sulking.
"Oh shut it panda. Hold down the cave while I'm gone"
Multi grunts as he slips out of his lab coat, tossing it to Ewron as he heads for the lift.
"Yeah whatever baby daddy"
Ewron taunts, poking his tongue out as Multi flips him off until out of veiw.
"Dupek..." (asshole)
Multi didn't even get to turn the door handle of Schlatt and Co, instead being plumeted to the ground as Nacho smacked his way out the door and onto Multi. Multi chuckled as Nacho snuggled into Multi, attaching himself as Katie came through as well.
"Nacho, let dadda up"
Katie chuckled as she picked up the egg, holding out a hand for Multi to take as nacho climed to sit on her shoulder. Multi smiled slightly as her took her hand, pulling himself up off the ground and dusting himself off as Katie went back inside.
"Well, come on!"
Katie huffed, standing next to the door as she waited for Multi to come inside.
"ah....have you uhm...notified Mr Jschlatt...?"
Multi scratched his head awkwardly. Katie huffed, a smile creeping on her face as she pulled Multi inside, shutting the door behind him.
"Were not sleeping in his room, so chill"
Katie giggled as she pulled Multi along down the hallway to her room. Multi sighed and alowed himself to be dragged around and into Katie's room. It was pretty decent he thought, the room was dark and cozy without any lights on, Multi chuckled to himself as he knew the room was probably blinding with lights on.
"Alright!"
Katie beams as she flops onto her bed, her hand still holding Multi's as she yanked him down with her. Multi yelped slightly as he braced both hands either side of katie's head to stop himself from completely crashing down on her, caging her in as he breathes out slowly. His breath hitched slightly as he looked down apon her, his face embarrassingly close to hers, feeling her warm breath hit his face as he stayed still. Katie fidgeted a little, turning her head to the side as her cheeks burned slightly, one hand coming to her chest as she tried to calm her heartbeat down a little. Multi hummed quietly, his hand hesitantly brushing a strand of Katie's hair behind her ear, feeling as her pulse jumped slightly.
"....Katie-"
The two jolted as Nacho reappeared, sqishing between the two of them stubbornly, making the two laugh. Multi rolled off Katie and to her side instead, patting the space between himself and Katie for Nacho to lay down.
"There we go Nacho"
Multi chuckled, patting the eggs head gently.
"Let's get some goodnights rest"
Katie hummed, pulling the bed blanket up to cover them all, snuggling herself close to Nacho as her eyes flickered towards Multi's. Multi hummed, looking back at her softly.
"Dobranoc" (Goodnight)
"Good night"
Katie hummed.
