"Did you miss me so much you had to come back to visit?"
Tommy scowled, shoving trembling hands into his pockets. "Fuck you," he shot back unevenly.
"What are you doing back so soon?" Wilbur asked curiously. "Revival not work out too well for you?"
Stiffly. "Dream killed me."

Summary
Tommy doesn't like change at all. He hadn't liked it when Wilbur had gone from a caring big brother into something... wrong and dark. He hadn't liked it when L'Manburg had been blown to ruins, struck down and decimated.
And he especially hadn't liked it when Tubbo had begun to pull away - when he'd begun to stick to his new family, his new friends and his new commune.
When he'd left Tommy behind.
-
As Tommy wept, as he choked and he bled, and he gagged on the flowers caught within his throat, he could only remember how much he hated change.
...And how much he missed his best friend.
