Summary
In 1566, Ludmilla is not killed after her fight against Bartok the Magnificent. Instead, she flees and learns that she can use magic to an extent. She isn't able to learn much magic as a dragon due to her being captured by the magical Russian ministry and kept in a cage for nearly 428 years. After this, she is brought to the Dragon Sanctuary in Romania in preparation of the Triwizard Tournament. She is brought to the tournament and ends up facing Harry Potter instead of him against the Hungarian Horntail (Whom she ate the night before the first task). She feels the magic rolling off of him and decides that he will be hers. She doesn't attack him like the spectators think she is, instead she is trying to mark him as her mate. Ludmilla can't have all of Russia but maybe she can have the small lithe boy that everyone seems to be hating on. She succeeds in marking him as her mate and chaos ensues.
