Before he could stop it, his mind wandered—he imagined slipping into Sukuna's lap, the heat of his skin beneath his lips, the way his pulse would thrum under his teeth as he bit down, tracing a path from his adam's apple to his jaw. He pictured pressing closer, sinking into his lap, feeling the solid strength of his body beneath him.

"You're going into heat," Yuuji said. Megumi's first heat.
Megumi started to tug at the hem of his shirt, trying to pull it off but being unsuccessful due to how flustered and hot he was. Yuuji was hesitant, staring at Megumi with a wary look in his eye, but helped Megumi get his shirt off. Afterwards, Megumi's hands dropped to the button of his pants. That was when Yuuji realized that he couldn't be in there any longer.
Then, Megumi finally understood it once he was able to shimmy his pants off, and he realized that his underwear was soaked. That was why Yuuji couldn't stay. Because instinct and hormones didn't care about who Megumi saw as family, and that Yuuji was his brother that he loved and admired, not a mate.
Because from then on, all Megumi wanted to do was jump Yuuji's bones. The entire time. Even when their parents came home and checked on him, all he wanted was Yuuji. Even when Megumi's mother had the awkward talk with him and left him with materials to help satiate the feeling deep inside his stomach, he still wanted Yuuji. He cried and cried for all of his heat, begging for Yuuji to come and see him just for a minute.
