Adora's mostly sure that she's dating Catra. They see each other just about every day and have sex and go on dates. So yeah, probably dating.
She tries to suggest a fun idea that they can do together. Maybe smoke a little pot and hang out? Low maintenance, low risk. Like all plans involving Catra, this escalates then derails quickly. Hijinks and fluff ensue. Will Adora ever just have one nice day with her chaotic cat?

“Can I help you with something?” Catra asks in the most detached ‘customer service’ voice that she’s probably ever used. Her eyebrow’s still arched and until now, Adora hadn’t realized the power of that one single move.
“Yes,” Adora says. “I’m looking for a book. Something by…” She tilts her head towards Catra and throws her a little cheeky grin. “Sappho.”
Catra immediately breaks character, laughing so hard that she has to close her eyes and throw her head back. “Gods, Gray! That’s what you came up with?!”
Catra wants to be a librarian, which Adora thinks is brilliant and amazing. And also, hot. Like, really hot. So hot that Adora can’t get it out of her mind and, after some inspired birthday gift-giving, Catra sets up a little surprise for her. Turns out, Adora's got a surprise of her own. Who will come out on top?
