“Would you like to touch yourself?” he asks Joe.
Joe nearly drops his glass. “Um. Yes,” he says. “Can—can I come?”
Nicky smiles. “No. But I would still like to see you touch yourself.”
There are no particular rules around when Joe is allowed to come—only that Nicky has to allow it. Nicky’s not as much of a sadist as some doms, but, well—the urge is still there. Joe doesn’t particularly get off on any sort of pain, so Nicky has to find other ways to scratch the itch.

Joe whines.
