STRANGER TIDES:
Set after King’s Tide, The Hexsquad tries to settle into life in the Human Realm, while attempts to re-open the portal to the Boiling Isles come up short. During a rainy period of weeks, the group begins to immerse themselves in Human Realm pop-culture while watching Stranger Things and bonding with Camila Noceda about the music and pop-culture of her Gen X youth.
When an attempt to communicate with friends and family across realms using an idea from Stranger Things seems to fail, Luz, Hunter, and Vee begin to experience strange phenomena as the experiences of the characters on the screen resonate with their own struggles with identity crises and traumas.
But with all three of them keeping secrets, and an unsettling moral panic spreading throughout Gravesfield, Luz, Hunter, and Vee will have to figure out how much they can trust their friends, each other, and themselves with their roles in this story.

Summary
Set within the timeline of the Stranger Tides AU Fiction.
The Hexsquad have been stuck in the Human Realm for a while now, and have begun to bond over the pop-culture and music of Camila and Luz's world.
Hunter and Willow have just recently begun to slowly explore the possibility that their friendship is advancing.
When Hunter wakes up from a Nightmare after accidentally falling asleep on the Noceda's couch next to Willow he is surprised to find her crying in her sleep.
Willow has been so determined to be the one that Hunter and the rest of their friends can rely on and Hunter doesn't have a lot of experience expressing himself or giving comfort to others.
Still, the two manage a heart to heart that moves them ever closer.
Set against the lyrics of the song Handle with Care by the Traveling Wilburys (or the amazing cover by Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins)
