Blood was dripping from his mouth- it had splattered against his hand as he was coughing, but right in the middle of Arthur’s palm he saw bloodied shapes. Moving them closer his eyes widened realizing what they were.
Flower petals. He coughed up flower petals.
“Shit.”
Arthur passed out clutching the petals in his hand.
