Summary
Itachi Uchiha is a career hobbyist. His best friend Shisui is a meddler and works with mutual friend Kakashi to introduce Itachi to the perfect woman via a weekly baking class. Itachi's estranged brother Sasuke has recently moved into his apartment and they try to repair their relationship.
Sakura Haruno agrees to take a baking class at the suggestion of her co-worker, Shisui Uchiha.
Itachi and Sakura have no idea just how much their social circle over-laps, because Sakura used to date Itachi's little brother. And Sakura plays matchmaker herself and introduces Ino to Shisui.

Summary
Shisui did not die the day he fell into the Naka River. Instead, he is recovered by Orochimaru and becomes the master swordsman that trains the Snake Sannin’s disciples including Sasuke.
