Summary
Perhaps he is— drowning, that is, in this thing they’re engaging in that most people would call sexual, or at the very least a heated romance. But the yearning that creeps beneath his veins, that causes him to chase Zhongli’s mouth, it is not something he can describe using the physiological reactions of his lacking human vessel.

Summary
Childe is a simple man, most times. He lives his life in the simple, singular pathways of his chosen identities for the day: wielding his blades with deadly precision on the days he must be the Tsaritsa’s Vanguard, and wielding words to weave into tales on the days he is Ajax, older brother.
But there are times where he must set aside, tenderly, the flesh of Ajax and Tartaglia, to deal with matters regarding the deeper world. These matters are often fast and fleeting, but there are occasions.

Summary
Contrary to the rumours passed around in the Fatui recruit barracks, Childe isn’t a horrific, indecipherable entity all the time. Most times, his trueself sleeps easily, and Childe can manoeuvre the world in his human skin nicely. It isn’t hard going through the motions— despite it all, Ajax was born human.
But on some days… he feels wrong.
In which Childe struggles to cope with the inherent wrongness of being an eldritch entity stuffed in human skin, and Zhongli offers his Veteran Eldritch Man advice.
