Summary
Modern AU. Two years after her divorce, Celebrían has reconnected with Elrond Peredhel, a past recipient of her family's college scholarship who's remained in their orbit ever since. Years ago Elrond was the nerd she ignored but now he's handsome and successful and, oddest of all, he seems to enjoy her company. There's only one problem: after ten dates they've still not slept together and she's losing patience.
Elrond has loved Celebrían from afar for a decade and is trying hard very hard to keep his cool.
OR: Cel gets a second chance at love and takes it. Featuring very soft celrond sex with twenty pounds of backstory.

Modern AU. It's been 4 months since The Tenth Date. Cel and El are enjoying their time together. A fundraiser for Senator Galadriel proves to be a minefield for them both, though for entirely different reasons.
Featuring Finn and Erestor being very good friends to Elrond, sad and wet Cel, relationship milestones of various sorts, and some extremely tender celrond.

They normally would head to their ski place, explained Cel (a little self-consciously), but since this is a campaign year and her mother needs to put in appearances throughout the city, they’ll be at their place in the Hamptons instead. "Would you maybe like to join us?" she asks him a little shyly. "I know it's probably not how you pictured spending your time off..." Elrond stops her with a hug and a kiss that says yes, for you I will brave whatever the Lothloriens have planned.
