Summary
“Hi! I’m Tally Craven, Raelle’s best friend and business partner."
Scylla acknowledges the other woman with a nod and a polite smile. “Detective Scylla Ramshorn.”
Tally ignores Raelle’s horrified look when she exclaims over her friend’s shoulder, “Raelle’s like totally into you,” before taking a long sip of her margarita.
Raelle is on her feet in an instant and is grabbing her friend by the shoulders, guiding her back to wherever she came from. “Okay, that’s enough for now, Tal. I’ll join you guys in a minute.”
“Take all the time you need!” the obviously inebriated woman shouts over her shoulder, shooing Raelle with her hand before disappearing into the mass of people.
When Raelle comes back to her seat, Scylla has a perfect eyebrow pulled up and a smirk that the blonde just wants to wipe off of her face with a kiss.
“Totally into me, huh?”
