“Sadly, I think it is. I will have to buy a new lens, but it’ll have to wait until my next pay check, right now it’s impossible.” Woomin looks at the window with a sad smile. “Still, you are not hurt and that’s what matters.” he says, coming back to look at his girlfriend, with a shy smile.
“Yes, but that means that I will have to review that contract for tomorrow. Audrey doesn’t run itself. There’s still a lot of work to do. Come here, hug me, it’s starting to get cold.”
Woomin moves to the bed where Ji Eun is sitting, sits next to her, puts his arm around her shoulders and tries to lie down but right when his back touches the mattress, he feels a small wave of pain on the right side of his middle back. “Oh!” he utters, unable to hide his painful expression.
