In which I stumbled into the Pretty Cure Franchise via KiraKira Precure A La Mode and started watching Fresh, Yes! 5, and Yes! GoGo. I then proceeded to watch Happiness Charge, flipped a mental switch into Researcher Mode, and went on a deep dive lasting two years trying to piece together backstories, characters, lore, and timelines. Episode by episode.
This is the result of... whatever all that was. Has anybody ever wanted to watch Happiness Charge Pretty Cure but been intimidated by the universal hatred it receives? The only problem, (as Pikarigaoka's other resident Cure, Cure Fortune, likes to remind her), is that she's really, really bad at it.
Enter Megumi Aino, who might just be the solution to Hime's problems.
Or, a reinterpretation of Happiness Charge Precure, as done by someone who hasn't seen the entire show but would love to play around with the concepts it introduces because she thinks they're super cool.
