Finn has been working at Dumo’s as a server for a little over 2 years, and it’s safe to say that he loves his job. He was perfectly perfect at greeting his tables with an introduction that made anyone feel at home; could read someone so well he knew exactly when a problem was arising and he could shut it down almost immediately. He knew exactly what to say, when to say it, and when to flash his infectious, tooth-gapped-grin.
Logan has been a server at Dumo’s since he’s been legally allowed to work. Unlike Finn, he’s not as good with his words. Sometimes he mumbles too quiet and sometimes he forgets to introduce his name when he’s serving a new table. None of that mattered when all he had to do was glance up with bright, green eyes through thick, dark lashes to win over a table.
Leo was the chef. The patient, cool-headed chef who took on every mod and every complaint a customer could throw at his face. He was so good, and Finn had loved him, and he had loved Finn. It went unspoken that they both loved Logan, and Finn was almost sure Logan hated him.
Well it’s as they say, “don’t shit where you eat”

The streets felt too empty, Remus noted with a twitch of his nose as he headed down the sidewalk, hands in his pockets and rucksack slung casually over his shoulder. He forced himself to keep a steady, leisurely pace. One foot and then the other. His fancy shoes were silent on the cobblestones - they were artfully battered to fit his look, but still nicer than anything he could have bought for himself at home.
They weren’t his, though. Not really. Just like the rucksack with no less than eighteen hidden pockets wasn’t his, nor were his high-waisted pants. Not even his wristwatch - silver, with a camera in the winding mechanism - had come from a real manufacturer.
Remus passed under a cracked streetlamp and forced himself to breathe normally. Paris was full of eyes. The key to making them slide right over him lay in being just visible enough to forget.
