Summary
After the end of his first case back on the job, Detective Ellis Fielding reunites with a former partner, the one he had while on that fateful undercover bust. The budding romance that was halted by his kidnapping and subsequent torture resumes anew, and things seem fine until Ellis's old enemy returns. It will only be with this man's capture that Ellis and his love can finally move on from that nightmare.
