Dan wakes up along his best friend Alex in the middle of a forest, with no recollection on how they got there, and barely anything about themselves either. Later, they find a group of people in the woods, who have also woken up in the forest with almost no memories. Later on, they discover that they have been selected to play something called "Flicker", a deranged murder game which needs everyone to play against each other, only one team can remain victorious, Good or Evil
When Dan realizes that the murders are real, and that his life and everyone else's is genuinely at stake, he realizes that he needs to win the game… and make it out alive
