Summary
Back when the Virtues were falling and transforming into beats, Shadow Milk found himself plagued with a deep sense of loniness. All his former friends, the beasts, were slipping away from him and their motley crew was falling to pieces.
He couldn't stand idly by and let that happen so he decided the best way to bring them all back together was to introduce a few bundles of baby dough into their lives, making them come together as one big twisted family.
The mixture was prepared and the oven was heated but Shadow Milk never got a chance to bake their sons and daughters thanks to the machinations of Silent Salt and Dark Enchantress Cookie, leaving his plans and his family lost to time.
Until those very same children resurface countless years later, totally unaware of their origins. Fortunately their uncle Shadow Milk, recently freed from the prison of the Silver Tree, is more than happy to arrange a few family reunions!

In that moment Pure Vanilla felt something he had never felt before in his whole life and to be honest he didn’t even know what he was feeling. The man looked up from his puppets to the door where they all stood.
“Oh! Guest.” He hands the puppets to the man beside him. This one had short fluffy black hair with purple tones. The man flipped his ponytail and made his way over to the door.
“Heyyyy Sugar what you got there?” He stops right in front of her as he titles his head giving a smirk. Mrs. Sugar had plastered on a clearly fake smile and chimes, “This is Custard and he will be joining your classroom as of this moment.” She gestures to Custard as he smiles wide showing off his tooth gap.
“Ohhh! Hey kid I’m Shadow Milk nice to meet ya.” He leans down and ruffles the kid’s hair. “Custard!” A boy with two other kids clinging close to him shouts. “Ginger Brave! Oh my and Strawberry and Wizard! Dad, can I go play?” Custard clings to Pure Vanilla and pulls out the sad dog eyes. Pure Vanilla glances at the man with that the man chuckles. “Knock yourself out kid. I need to talk to your dad anyways.” With that Custard bolts off to his friends and tackles them into a giant hug. -
