Vi doesn’t know what possesses her at that moment. Maybe it’s the exhaustion. Maybe it’s the frustration. Maybe it’s the absurdity of the whole situation coupled with the fact that the sheer sight of Caitlyn ties her tongue.
Either way, she huffs out a laugh and says, “Trying not to fuck up.”
