The letter crumpled in his hands as he bowed his head against the desk. Hot tears dripped to the wood below, his knuckles straining white around the paper as the words ran rampant through Midoriya Izuku's mind.
"Due to your Quirkless status and for the purposes of ensuring your safety, your application to U.A. High-school has unfortunately been denied."Izuku's dream stalled at the gates U.A. High school, All Might deciding to pass over the boy as a successor in an attempt to keep him safe, decision made when he recklessly ran into the Slime Villain incident.
But Izuku will be damned if that stops him from helping everybody his fists can reach.

Summary
Not all men are created equal. The same old lesson that the wise men yammer on about, sure enough did one Midoriya Izuku learn it as a child, when his life as he knew it came to a fiery end.
Now its ten years later, and Japan is abuzz with the news of the notorious vigilante Noctis. The people unashamedly love him, the Police begrudgingly respect him, and the Heroes are determined to put an end to his illegal, admittedly non-lethal activities. Meanwhile, Izuku is closer than ever to tracking down the man that tore his mother from him.
Now if only these pesky heroes could stop trying to slap cuffs on him.
