One year after Nyx’s birth in Silver Flames, Nesta and Cassian enjoy their mated life together―although, for no fault of their own, they haven’t officially mated yet.

At this time, Nesta’s battle rages on two fronts: proving that Emerie’s wingspan is, indeed, the largest, and exploring her relationship with Cassian by putting him on his fours.
