Summary
He supposes it starts on a random Monday morning. He's brushing his teeth when Tommy gets out of the shower. He watches with undisguised appreciation as Tommy towels himself off efficiently, scrubs at his head with a towel and wrapping that towel around his waist as he drops a sweet kiss to Buck's cheek. Buck spits and sits back to watch as Tommy takes the hairdryer to his hair and when he's done, Buck notices just a few more grays on his temple. He can't help himself, and reaches over to touch a fingertip to the spot.
Or: Buck notices Tommy's hair is getting grayer and he loves it.

Summary
“You know, I never saw these,” Buck says, trying to sound light.
“You've been missing out,” Tommy says, blinking and turning a little in his seat so he's facing Buck more directly. “How—”
“I didn't know you'd be here,” Buck admits. “Is it okay?”
Tommy nods slowly, sliding his phone into his pocket. “Yeah, of course. How've you been?”
Buck winces and throws a couple of kernals of popcorn into his mouth. “Okay, I guess? Actually not. I don't know, it's—I’m fine.”
“Uh-huh,” Tommy says slowly, clearly not believing him. “Why don't you get back to me about that in a few hours?”
“Okay,” Buck says, holding the popcorn bucket toward him. “We can share.”
“Okay,” Tommy agrees, grabbing a couple pieces.

Buck decides to go to the movies and sees Tommy there.

Summary
“Evan, what the heck!”
Buck snorted at his boyfriend's expression, slapping a hand to his mouth, a bit of his own surprise likely mirrored in his own face.
“I'm so sorry!” He set down the half rinsed plate, quickly drying his hands before he pulled at the sleeve of Tommy's t-shirt. “It's not sore, is it?”
Tommy blinked, and shook his head. “No, it's fine. I mean, we both know I can take a much harder bite than that, but, ah, where did that come from?”
“I don't know…” Buck shrugged sheepishly. “I was just here listening to you and I got hit by this wave of emotion because you're a weirdo about your coffee but you're my weirdo and I'm, like, ridiculously in love with you. It just overwhelmed me for a moment and then the next thing I know I'm, uh, chomping down on you.”
He watched as Tommy's brow furrowed and then he was rinsing his own hands and patting them dry on his jeans before reaching out and tugging Buck closer.
A smirk slowly spreads across Tommy's face, his eyes crinkling and glowing with a sudden mischief.
“I'm not a professional but if I was, I'd diagnose you, Mr Buckley, with a little case of affection aggression.”
