    Shadow the Hedgehog was designed to protect humanity. Metal Sonic was built to destroy Sonic the Hedgehog. By all accounts, they should be two sides of the same coin; creations of mankind with an intended designation.

    However, there is one thing that separates them: autonomy.

    Shadow must endure the task to give Metal the freedom he deserves, and Metal must endure the task of finding out who he really is. The only thing stopping them is a vindictive enemy that the two of them have seemingly met before...
