Kenma instantly recognizes that look, and his stomach turns sour. He’s not stupid, he knows that he’s liked Kuroo for almost 5 years now—as soon as his teenage hormones started to kick in and he understood that while most guys like the blonde cutesy princess in video games, he’s more drawn to the overly cocky, black-haired heroes with a heart of gold. If he can be honest with himself, he probably looks at Kuroo the same way as she does. But while Kenma likes the male protagonist of his action games— Kuroo is like most guys. He doesn’t want the cool hero, let alone the dorky loner player.
