Katsuki Bakugo has been a resident at the local foster care facility since his second birthday and hopes that when he turns 18 he can finally live the life he’s always wanted. Free of judgement and ridicule. None of his previous foster families had panned out.
Enter Shota and Hizashi. Two adults who also possess quirks.
How will things be different for the thirteen year old who has only experienced disappointment and lack of understanding from the adults in his life.
