Summary
Batman is missing in action.
Nobody spots Bruce Wayne for quite a time.
A group of young or borderline teenage vigilantes (is that a crime boss?) take over Gotham’s night.
A mysterious man calls out for Superman with a haste and grudgingly asks for something makes Clark wonder why in the world someone could even think about asking.
Those cannot be related.
(Sure they are.) -

If you don’t mind that the freebie is severely damaged.
Or, after a multiverse mishap, Bruce brought his counterpart back home as a souvenir and accidentally turned Clark's already doomed pining (not that the love was ever truly unrequited) into an even bigger problem.

Summary
If Will had known throwing them off a cliff was only going to get him right back to where he started, he might've taken an extra minute or two to evaluate his options. Now stuck in the past, Will has to wonder-- what are he and Hannibal? They're together now, right? And if they are, why does it feel like the only thing Hannibal wants to do is either avoid him or drag him back into his little schemes?
OR: Will and Hannibal time travel after killing Dolarhyde, and it takes them a while to get on the same page.

Summary
Technically, Will offers it to him twice.
“I’d wager this flannel saw the Oklahoma City Bombing, judging from the age and general tatteredness of it - a favorite of yours? Wrested from the depths of the FBI’s evidence storage?” asks Hannibal, looking over the fabric. If he is disgusted by the sheen of oil in the threads, he shows nothing of it.
Will smiles, unoffended. “Older and worse than that,” he says. “Be careful with it.”

(Will is a selkie, and can barely tolerate being without his skin. Hannibal can't tolerate being without it at all.)

Summary
Three years after the fall, Will Graham is alive—and under federal house arrest. Strapped with an ankle monitor and a rotating guard, he’s dragged back into FBI service when a new killer surfaces: the Patapsco Butcher, a religiously-driven murderer who keeps his victims for three days before dismembering them. Enter Clarice Starling, a promising new agent with sharp instincts and a growing fascination with the infamous Will Graham.
Will hasn’t seen Hannibal since their cliff dive. Or at least that's what he's told everyone.
The world thinks Hannibal the cannibal is dead.
Will knows better.
