Summary
Seo Changbin answered more quickly than Minho did, as if instead of listening, he waited for the exact moment she’d pause for his answer. Minho looked over, drawn to his tone. He was bright, clearly confident. Changbin turned to him and slipped his hands in his pockets. Cool and casual. He gave Minho a nod, a “we formed a band when we were twelve, and now we’re performing a sold out show, are you ready?” kind of nod.
Minho answered with a flick of his eyebrow, practiced and precise, though usually employed on Woojin at midnight, when he was tired and unwilling to say what he really wanted aloud. Though the expression was the same, what he hoped to express was wholly different: Minho knew only the challenge Hoyoung faced to get Joowon to agree to help him.
“I don’t trust that look in your eye,” Changbin began.
“I’m not trusting you to trust my eyes, just my intentions.”
“I don’t trust that either.”

Or, Minho gets cast as the lead, Changbin as his closest ally, but their off-screen chemistry is anything but friendly.

Minho rarely attends the underground markets anymore. Humans chained beneath dim lantern light had lost novelty long ago, and the scent of fear smells stale to him now. The begging, the crying, the bargaining. Nothing new. Tonight had been no different at first. A warehouse beneath the city with rich monsters lounging in velvet chairs while humans stood displayed beneath golden light.
Minho had nearly left, but then he saw him. Not the most beautiful human there, and definitely not the rarest. But strange. A boy seated quietly in the back corner of the platform while the others around him trembled openly. No tears or pleading present on his face. The human sat still.
The seller had grabbed the human’s jaw harshly, forcing his face upward for inspection. “This one’s obedient, quiet. Doesn’t cause trouble.”
The human had looked more annoyed than frightened, and that’s what sold him.

how easily he gets someone on their knees, definitely not for praying; it's not something natural for angels.
but then again, nothing about minho is natural for an angel.or the typical demon/angel au but with a slight twist.
